Hi guys,   I am trying to show a tool tip mashup on a map.  I created the map and have bound data to it. I also created a mashup for the tooltip with two properties.   If I link the mashup to the tooltipmashup property on the main mashup the two properties do not show that I need to bind to the tooltip mashup.   Is this a bug in Thingworx 8.5? Anyone else experienced this or how to fix this.   This post refers to the tooltipmashup properties but they aren't showing on my main mashup.

Hi , we need to conect Arcgis with thingworx to show information of map layers in thingworx . Any ideo or advice on how to do it?

In our enterprise we have an instance of Thingworx which is authenticated using SAML. Previously we were using ADFS authentication, I tried creating an application key and run a service from a different application, i was able to but after this SAML authentication when I create an appKey and use it in the API to run a thingworx service I am not able to. It is giving me unauthorized 401 as response.   Can you say what I am missing in addition to appKey is there something I have to add in my request ? Hello,   I am using guide for connecting Raspberry Pi 4 to thingworx. But thingworx is not updating value from raspberry pi 4. It is remaining on zero even after showing in raspberry pi 4 terminal that all 3 properties are updated. Please help me to solve this probelm. Hello,   We are using Manufacturing Apps 8.5.2.    In our development environment dygraph in KPI Trends is working properly, but it doesn't in production environment.    In production environment is drawing vertical lines at the same point where the kpi calculation is printed, see attached image. KPI calculation is 90,74% and it draws the value, but in the same timeline a vertical line that get over 140% is also drawn.   We have compared both configuration, development and production environment, and the configuration of the widget in the mashup is the same.   Thanks in advance for your help.   Regards,   Olatz  

We are seeing lot of issues upgrading Thingworx app from 8.5 to 9. Our shop floor users still use Microsoft Edge legacy and IE 11 browser. Thingworx 9 does not have any official support for these browsers.  Is there any workaround ?   IE 11 ( App is not displaying at all – Just white screen below) Edge Chrome       thanks.

Hi Folks,   Is there any Thingworx built-in service/API to check all the Extensions utilization in one GO?   I'm aware of the existing services but that performs utilization check for a single package at a time. Hello! My team and I are trying to use a collection widget and each cell has a button. Since the buttons can have multiple sizes we would like to know if it's possible to have an "auto-size" property for the cells, otherwise, every cell will have to have the width of the biggest button which isn't ideal. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I followed this guide but I have error in PiTemplate, it doesn't update CPU Temp and doesn't show frequency and volt in mashup. I found similar topic but I think it works only on Raspberry 3. Hi all,   I've been recently using the Collection widget to fill in my mashup's contents in a dynamic manner.   So far I've used Table Layout: Flow (Horizontal Distribution). However, this makes it so the Collection is responsive, and it will wrap the mashups within if they do not fit in a single row. How can I make it so it only distributes the nested mashups in a single row of the Collection Widget?

Hi, I have written a service that is binded to the "Data" property of Time Series Chart Widget. There are 2 numeric fields and a string field that is displaying in the chart. Lines are selected in order to display numeric items on the chart and is working fine. On hovering the lines we are able to see the values of 2 numeric fields and string field for the particular timestamp. But the marker is visible on zooming the top area of the graph above the particular timestamp. I have attached the screenshot of the zoomed area in order to see the marker. Is there any workaround to plot the marker in an area which is visible without zooming the graph? I am using Thingworx version 8.5.4.   Thanks

Currently i created user and added to studio-admin group by using service Now i want to give home mashup for every user or direct group for login? I tried visibility permission service to group but confused don't know what to do. I have added super admin user in super admin group, admin user in studio-admin group and trainer in trainer group. how can i give home mashup to every user or group while creating user on mashup? Hi, Is there an accepted method of getting a click event on a Collection Widget tile to trigger a Navigation to a parameterized mashup? I have: Mashup A: Main full size mashup for a Production Line Mashup B: Small mashup that shows key data for a machine on the line. A service on Mashup A populates a Collection Widget with these. Mashup C: Boiler Plate Mashup that shows more detail about the machine.   I would like to set up navigation so when the user clicks on a Machine in the Collection, the Thingname of the machine (used to populate data on Mashup B) is passed to Mashup C.   Now, I can get this to work by setting up a Navigation Function on Mashup A and binding the Collection CellWasClicked Event to the Evaluate input and the Event:Thingname to the Parameter of the Mashup. This works at runtime, until I refresh the composer and I get "Obsolete bindings for <NavigationFunction>" and the Mashup Parameter binding is removed.   I've been searching round for ages fo

Hi All,   From the document I read this, Minutes Locked Out—Amount of time a user is locked out. By default, this is set to 15 minutes. For example, if a user attempts five unsuccessful logins within five minutes, the account is locked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the user has another five attempts.   After 15 minutes, the user account is automatically unlocked or how it works? Please let me know. 

Hello! I'm currently working with Thingworx v8.5.5 and experiencing some concerns regarding Mashups. Right now, we have some containers working as a header, which is compact and doesn't have a scroll bar and below it, another container with a collection (with many elements) that has a scroll bar.  We were wondering if is it possible to have a Header (which includes more than 1 container) that once you scroll down only the bottom container stays on the top of the page. Or another possibility could be on how to scroll the entire page even though the mashup as multiple containers.   We wanted to use the same behavior as we usually do in previous versions to 8.5.5 when we had Static mashups that we could have an entire page scroll bar and not scroll bars in different containers. We want that same behavior but in a responsive layout. And it's not happening in this case because we have the container having the scrollbar and not expanding beyond the page. So the page is fixed.

What is the difference between the load balancer and Thingworx connection server? I can see that for the installation of Thingworx 9, we are expected to have both components. my early assumption was Thingworx connection server does the same work as a load balancer 1. if not then please tell the purpose. 2. can anybody explain the difference by use case if possible?   Thanks Pravin
