Hello,   As shown in attached image, I am trying to add an asset in the Asset advisor Configuration page. But I am getting the error as shown in the pic. I tried editing the PhysicalAssetThingTemplate template but it is not editable as it is from the extension. Am I missing out something here? But I have no problem in doing the same in older version of Thingworx. Current Version: 8.5.0-b12.   Thanks in advance.

based on my requirement, I need to use LabelAngle. but it not works. May I know what wrong with my input in LabelAngle?

Hi, I am working on a project where I need to upload a excel file from my system and display its content in grid. On uploading it should direct to a popup with grid and the contents in excel has to be displayed in grid. Hi all, i'm trying to create a widget that has to deal with N inputs. Each input needs an EVENT, that will be fired if the binded input its selected. The problem arises here, in Thingworx you can't add dynamically properties, but you can declare them in the "widgetProperties" function with "isVisible" attribute, and set/unset it. I have a CollectionWidget in an Mashup which shows things. Than I made Mashups for selected and unselected entries on which the thingname is passed. After the Loaded the GetAvatarURL() is called which puts the thing avatar to an image widget, therefore i now see the thing avatar on each collection entry.   But now when I change the selection sometimes the picture of another avatar is shown as avatar. For example I have Machines "Square","Circle" and "Triangle".   Collection: "Square" "Square" "Circle" --> Selected "Square" "Triangle"   When I now select the second entry which is a "Square" thing, the avatar of "Circle" is shown/rendered on this item.   The difference between red and black square is just a css style for blackandwhite. But as you can see the Thingsymbol changed to the avatar of the squarething 😞   What should/can i do now to fix this behaviour? For me it seems like a rendering latency which is causing this problem.

Hi all, I am trying to get the number of field definitions from my infotable as shown. In this case, I want the number of field definitions to return 4. I've tried using getFieldCount() but it doesn't seem to work, any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello,   In version 8.3.2, when I select a service like QueryImplementingThingsWithData on a ThingTemplate, next query I can click Edit Query. It open a popup Create Query with a Add Filter button. When I click on the Add Filter button, I can select on a list a field and define my query. OK no problem !   When I do the same on a Thingworx version 8.4.3 or 8.4.5, when I click on the Add Filter button, nothing happen ! There is no list with my fields that is displayed and I can't define my query. For information, in Chrome console, I don't have error.   Does anyone have the same problem ? Thanks   Julien  

Hello,   I have troubles with setting the selected text of a Kendo Dropdown List widget. I have tried to bind a string to the 'value' property or even initialize the property with a text but when I run the mashup the list has not a selected value. I am trying to update Style Definition through a service and I have done updating background color and font color but unable to update image.How to Update Image in it? Hello,   I am trying to bring a custom chart  in thingworx, It is a out of the scope of thingworx widgets so am developing it  using HTML,JS and viewing through webframe widget. Whenever I call thingworx services it is returning HTML response instead json. This answers the question but brings up another for the developers: Is there any chance of adding this functionality to the list of Services available to end users?  Specifically to change Property Category, Data Change Type, etc. via scripting.

Hi , lately I have not been able to see Maps in my Mashups and see errors as  'Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details' , On checking the console I could see 'You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at' .  To resolve this , I created a new API Key on google platform console and changed the API Key in metadata.xml file in GoogleWidgets extension folder. Restarted the server and cleared the cache of browser as well. Still facing the same issue. And in the console still see the old API Key and not the new one.   How to fix this?   Thanks, Vikas Tripathi

And how can i give permissions to access them.   I have created user, also organization and assigned user in organization. Hello,  I have used collection widget and mapped info table to collection widget Data. I have mentioned the name of mashup in mashup field. I cannot see the mashup parameter in properties. How can i map info table fields to mashup parameter. As in repeater widget it shows all fields in properties. How can i achieve that using collection widget. Hi,    It is my first experience with TW Analytics, I am trying to upload a PMML model version 4.3 from third part. I created a Provider using the 'AnalyticsServerConnector' but when I upload the model from file using 'Analysis Models' I get the error: 'Invalid Model' and on the ApplicationLog says: 'Unable to deploy model to TW.AnalysisServices.AnalyticsServer.AnalyticsServerConnector'.  Do you know if I might solve that problem or if it is for sure a PMML model problem of compatibility?   Kiund regards, Marco

"ThingWorx-Platform-Full-Installer-postgres-Windows-8-5-0 (802 MB)" gives a password error though the password matches the strength and the installation is terminated. This is an installer for Thingworx + Flow.    Kindly suggest a solution or if this is a release error. We have entered a password strength of more than 20 characters.  

      Hello guys, i have a problem, for 2 days i am trying to install ThingWorx Foundation, but i got the same error every time. I tried to install it on a fresh windows 7 and 2 times on windows 10 , both fresh install, i have installed java JDK 8, i tried also with JDK 13, i have put the path in Enviorment Variables but still no success. You can see the errors in the pictures attached below. If you have any idea why this is hapening i would appreciate it.        Thank you very much ! Have a good day/night.

Hey community,we wanted to update our runnig THingworx 8.4 to 8.5 so I had to test everything local on my computer before we update the runnig system.I got the tomcat version 9 and intalled it all, everything is working ... I thought.I wanted to put our customizations in my lokal system and I got some import error. I went to monitoring, to monitoring and to the ApplicationLogg to see what is going on.I found there 2 error messeges that are coming in every minute and I don´t know what is going on there.The first one is "Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections." and I don´t know what is about localhost:5432, because there is nothing running on this port and with 8.4 I did not had this error.The secoud one is "Error Executing Event Handler 'RunScheduler' for event Type.Thing:Entity.PTC.SCA.SCO.KPIScheduler:Event.ScheduledEvent" Maybe someone has an idea what I did wrong or wha
