I have a remote thing which reports temperature and humidity, sensor is connected to Rapsberry. I have set temp and hum prorerties as persistent and logged, and have Value Stream assigned to thing.   So, I can see property values, and I can observe their values changing over time. But when I query property history, I see, that property changes are not logged over time, but values updated for several last rows with new value (leaving the original timestamp). I attach pictures for better understanding.   So, what is wrong?

Hi Community,   I`m running out of ideas when trying to connect my OPC UA server to the Thingworx platform..   That`s where I`m at and what I tried:   1. Connect to the Server with UA Expert or Prosys OPC Client >> works fine. 2. Use the OPC Client extension to connect to the Thingworx Platform: Create Application Key and test it by changing a property of a thing via URL >> works. Create a Thing with RemoteOPCUAEndpoint Template. Change the following parameters in the config.json file: host, port, app_key, thing_name, endpoint host, endpoint port. Start the ThingWorx_OPC_UA_Client.jar file in the same network: Nothing happens. Note: When monitoring the OPC server on my raspberrypi I can see that the Server activates the session when using OPC UA Expert. When starting the ThingWorx_OPC_UA_Client.jar it also logs an incoming connection but can not activate the session and therefore closes the session. Raspberrypi log from connection to UA Expert

I am trying to update the URL without re loading the whole page. I have a dropdown that controls the data on the screen and the selected value for this dropdown is passed through the URL. If there is no value passed the user is prompted to select a value.   Example: User navigates to the page with specified value "Example1"   The user then selects Example2 from the dropdown. If they click browser back button, it should take them to Example1 If they click browser refresh, it should show Example2   What actually happens is Back: whatever page you were on before navigating to my page Refresh: goes to Example1   Previously in 8.3 I was able to solve these problems using history.pushState This is not working post upgrade to 8.4.    Other things I have tried(failed): location.hash Cannot use the window object   Thanks for any help in advance, Jordan

Hi,   My Thingworx server (7.4.0-b159) ran into an infinite loop today and it became inaccessible.     I have checked the tomcat access log, there is no request from the Thing, but there were a lot of requests appeared in the Application Log and all of them were related to endpoint 86196 which has been closed.   My Bests, Hung Tran

I have a problem with ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps status timeline error since upgrading to ver 8.4. The Status Timeline show "no data", even though the status indicator is "running". I have many assets configured, but I only experience the "no data" error on some. Does anyone know how to fix? Query history services doesn't seem to be fetching the data for some assets.

Hi All,   I am creating a service within a "Thing" and the service tries to get data from a REST API endpoint. I am using "ContentLoaderFunctions" (GetJSON) to send the GET request to the endpoint. It works well, when the URL doesn't have any special characters. But it throws an error "llegal character in query at index 57: https://myserver/webapi/resource?path=myparameter"   As anyone faced this issue? What does the following line mean? "[INFO ] 2019-04-17 00:18:48,841 CrewRover1_wwong: Attempting to GetPropertySubscriptions from server failed. code: 500, result:" I keep getting this line in my LSR log, but i'm not sure what it means.   Another line I'm not sure about is.... "[WARN ] 2019-04-17 00:19:11,60 thingworx.server: Could not set properties on server. code: 500, resp:" What is causing these lines?  Does it mean that my EMS and LSR are not bound correctly?   How can I fix these? Please see the attached LSR log file for the full log.

Hi,   I have an issue in deploying war file on the server. whenever i deploy war file my tomcat server stops after few second automatically. I've tried reinstalling everything again, but I still have the same issue. In application log file it shows the license expiration issue. for this i have regenerated the license ,but still i am facing the issue. Here is the log files attached of my last try.   Below is screenshot of an issue i am facing whenever i deploy my license file and restart my tomcat and trying to load it.       Thanks in advance. how to upgrade version of from Thingworx 8.3 to 8.4

Hi, I was upgrading the license of 8.2 in a machine as it was expired. When I generated a new license and replaced it in Platform folder, it got ignored. After multiple attempts, the licensing was not successful. I formatted the whole installation and re installed ThingWorx 8.2 and when I tried to put the license , keyword password was generated but license request file was not generated.  How can I resolve this? I have attached the application log.

We have a use case where we need to publish documents managed in PTC Integrity to external cloud FTP Sites (Box/OneDrive etc.). We want to know if we can use ThingWorx Flow to connect Integrity and ensure document has been published upon release 

Is there any way to prevent a horizontal scroll bar from appearing on an advanced grid? All my data fits in the  space provided but it seems to want to add about 20 unnecessary px to the right no matter what I do to try to adjust the column widths in both fixed and fluid layouts.  

I am using the LabelChart widget, and need to change the color of the line based on state formatting. Is this possible? Should I use another type of chart widget?   I've been able to change the color of the 'on hover' action based on state formatting (by using the 'SeriesDataStyle1' property of the widget), but not the line itself.

Hi, I wanted to know where we can fetch all the historical data that we get from Kepware. I am able to read the current data during data change in Kepware but everytime the data changes where does the older data or history data gets logged in ThingWorx?
