Is it possible to configure the PDF extension to output files in US letter size (8.5" x 11") instead of A4 size (210mm x 297mm)?

I am seeing Unable to Invoke Service GetXML on ContentLoaderFunctions everytime I execute GetXML function of resource ContentLoaderFunctions with URL http://www.holidaywebservice.com/HolidayService_v2/HolidayService2.asmx/GetCountriesAvailable .   I have created one service which internally gets the xml on a particular URL. It works fine on my Home TW composer. But here in my Workstation TW composer it is causing some issue in service. So I was trying to call GetXML function directly. It is showing this error Unable to Invoke Service GetXML on ContentLoaderFunctions.   I have all visible , run time permissions in place.

Hi all,    I have created a remote thing and it is connected to an Allen Bradley Logix 5500 controller via Industrial Connectivity (isConnected bit is true). I have configured and bound a few properties however, some are updating and are showing "quality: good" while others are showing "quality: unknown". See attached image.    The one that is of "good" quality was added first and maybe an hour later I added the others that are of "unknown" quality. I am still connected to my runtime and ALL configured values are changing/updating in the controller.    The property start type is "read edge value".    I am running version 8.4.0-b2013.    Any help would be greatly appreciated! We are trying to set up a OPC DA connection. After installing and configuring the extension from the installation manual, we get the below error messages when starting the OPC client service? This is a warning for everyone.  If you use any of the extensions from the TWX marketplace, test extensively before doing a full migration to 8.4.1.  Because of the way widgets are now implemented in 8.4.1 there may be numerous visualization extensions from the marketplace that are impacted and broken in some way.  I can confirm 8.4.1 breaks the Drag and Drop file upload extension and the FileRepository Home Mashup extension.  Being that these extensions are issued by "Thingworx Labs" PTC has no obligation to fix or provide support. 

Hi all,   I want to build a menu. On each item in the menu I want to use a negative icon and a normal icon. I have seen this once in one of the ThingWorx demo's. Hello, I'm working on a demo that connect an Azure IoT Hub with Thingworx using the connector, but I get two warnings and some erros at the begining of the execution of the azure-iot.bat file. I read that it could be something related to the Event-hub endpoint, but I think I have the azure-iot.conf file in order. The connection between the Azure IoT Hub and the Thingworx platform is stablished and I can import my IoT Device, but I believe those errors don't allow me to see the data I'm sending. Some help will be appreciated. Hello,   I am on a 30 day trial account and following this guide. We are trying to connect a raspberry pi with the hosted ThingWorx server. The raspberry pi is running the edge microserver and the lua script. The problem we are facing is that the Lua Script Resource is failing to communicate with the Edge Microserver. The EMS(edge microserver) was working, but the LSR(Lua Script Resource) hanged with the quickstart guide's files. Adding minimal security to both of the config files seemed to fix this issue. The "IndustrialGateway" Thing Template has several of its properties logged, which is resulting in our "value_stream" database table getting loaded full of needless data (for our use).  Is there a way to turn this off, or is the solution to create a schedule job that purges this data?   This is mostly a problem on our dev environments that are using MS SQL Express.

Hi everyone,   When I use the realtime service under the Analytics_PredictionThing, I see result but when I try to use service on a custom thing,I don't see  result because it fails with this error : Type Check Exception. Hi,  I got the requirement from a customer:    "The data stored for query remain 3 months,  then the data is regarded as "cold data" , user can still query it , but the data should be moved(not removed) to somewhere, like archive database or data warehouse. So that the "cold data" doesn't affect the query performance. "   This is something like life circle management of data and it's necessary for the time-series data I think , like value stream or stream.    Does thingworx supports it natively ?  I mean the the archive database and archive strategy can be specified during deployment and developers don't need to care about querying data query from archive database or live database.    Regards, Sean

I'm trying to align mashup containers into a kind of tiled display, and I'm trying to do so through a set of mashup containers placed in the rows of a layout. You can see my setup in the first picture.   In the second picture I'm making a case for what I want, basically you can see in the end result that the mashup is aligned in the top left of the actual row / column bounding box. I've tried vertical align on a few different components but it doesn't seem to fix the issue.   Any help would be appreciated.
