Hello,We have a Wago 750-362 Fieldbus Coupler Modbus TCP device from an outside vendor that I would like to collect data from. We have the Manufacturing Suite and I see the Wago Ethernet and Modbus TCP drivers. It doesn't appear that the Wago driver supports this model, but I'm not familiar enough with protocols to determine if I can use the Modbus TCP driver. Is the Modbus driver an option, or would I have to reach out to the vendor to see if they'd replace the device with an ethernet model? I am anticipating that they will be resistant to the idea. Thank you.

I created a data table so my admin users can approve or denial requesrs, the ideia is to create a temporary table for when a common user make a request it gets stored in this temp table, and now i want to make a mashup so admin users can accept the request or deny, on accept my idea is to have a button to copy the temp table into my main table and on the denial just to delete the request from temp table. But im having problem transfering infotable informations to a data table.

Hi everyone.  I want to get all data from my database which  totalNumber  is larger than 500, but the result is only returning 500.  Is there any method to overcome this limit?  

Can i send my json format properties to outside using REST API url without login from any user?

on load of mashup, after process data and biding infotable to treegridadvanced data, values are shifted to next column and after selecting a row via checkbox, the rows reset with values in the correct column. Has anyone seen this behavior?

Kepserex 6.3 is usedI am connecting delta PLC with modbus serial and all communication is proper and working but for some how i disconnected power of plc, of disconnected cable then reconnected cable then kepservex is not connecting the plc again automatically until i reinitialize it, which setting is necessary to connect with plc automatically after some thing like this occur#Reconnection #ModbusSerial

Dear allWe have OPC DA connection to the system having RSLinx Remote OPC server. Kepware is disconnecting frequently from the RSLinx system. Where as it is running fine from the development environment with same configuration. Thingworx 9.0.4 I have a mashup that retrieves data via a service. The data is then bound to a contained mashup with the appropriate datashape for the mashup property. This mashup has a line chart and the mashup data property is bound to this line chart. The data is displayed without issue but the legend will not appear. I have ensured the "hide legend" checkbox is unchecked. When I did not have the contained mashup, I believe the legend was working.

I have a UCON driver that is collecting scale data over TCP. The driver will work for a long time then suddenly stop working and begin displaying the data as "bad". When I connect to the device with putty I still receive the string data it is supposed to be receiving, but the driver is not collecting it or displaying any errors. When I reinitialize Kepware it begins working again. This happens randomly, it could be days or months before this will happen but it is a problem that I need to reinitialize since we are using Kepware for our data historian. I have tried using a stop character in the string received and have recently just tried stopping after a certain number of bytes, but I don't feel that is the problem since the stop character is always the same termination character.What would cause the UCON driver to stop sending/receiving TCP messages without any errors? Is there an error log somewhere for UCON drivers?Is there any way to correct this? Kepware version V6.4.321.

I have CWC 9.5.0 installed. How to do customization of Thingworx CWC 9.5.0.I have checked https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_apps/r8.5/en/index.html#page/thingworx_apps/ThingWorxAppsCust/customizing_the_thingworx_apps.html.But this was not useful. because [PTC.Factory.C_LaunchPointConfigurationThing] this entity is not found on composer.

Hello Community,I am sending jsonData which is my input parameter of the service from my mashup and it goes like this in the picture below. I am unable to read it in the service. I know the methods JSON.parse and JSON.stringify but still i am not getting it. I am unable to read the data. why its converting the json in this format.  I dont why my json is getting converted with double serialization with extra back slashes.   Single Serialization: When you serialize a JSON object, it should be converted to a JSON string with necessary escape characters.Double Serialization: If the JSON string is serialized again or if escape characters are added improperly, it results in a string with extra backslashes. my json in mashup. its hardcoded i have written.  

Hi, Setting up an ODBC client for the first time here. When I use fixed table Kepware throws an error after the setup saying "Kepware is unable automictically generate tags" . When I go to manually create the tags I'm not sure what to put in the Address section of the Data Properties, as there are no hints available/populated.  Thanks

Dear community, We upgraded from Thingworx 9.3.13 to 9.5.2 which mostly worked OK. After restart I am encountering this message in ApplicationLog:[SECURITY AUDIT Anonymous:@unknown -> /ExampleApplication/org.owasp.esapi.reference.validation.StringValidationRule] Input validation excludes canonicalization. Context: setHeader Input: attachment; filename="plotly-basic.min.js"; filename*=UTF-8''plotly-basic.min.js I am loading the plotly library (from local repository) on several mashups and the warning shows up whenever the according mashup is loaded. The Mashups work fine. In Release 9.3.13 we did not receive this warning. I also checked the files ESAPI.properties and validation.properties in ThingworxStorage/esapi folder but they haven't changed. What is the warning telling me? And more importantly, how do I get rid of this message? Thank you in advance for any kind of supportBenny 

I have Installed ThingWorx and forgotten my administrator password. Using Thingworx 9.5.1 with Postgres SQL.let me know in case anyway password can be reset.

I have installed Kepware 6.15.154 while installation I have not asked about username and password.After installation when  click on Setting it asking for password. What is default admin password.Also it was not connecting to thingworx.

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.3 and DatecodeSP9Not able to select a record from Grid widget. It's not regular but frequent behavior. It occurs mostly when there is a single record in Grid. After reloading the page, it again starts working. Please refer to the video attachment as well

Not sure if what I want to do is possible, I can't find anything solid saying yes or no. I am using Kepware now to log data to an SQL Database when a tag changes. I would also like it to create a CSV file at the same time automatically. Is this something that can be done inside Kepware? Tyring to keep everything in one place if possible. Thanks!

I'm looking to create an custom event in Java SDK using Eclipse that logs event in Audit logs when I download a file using a custom action. I have to log the information like which file is downloaded, who downloaded file, when file is downloaded under which category etc.I have to build this file and import this extension in thingworx.I need help in the steps. This is totally new to me, so please help me from the basics.Steps I have followed:1. I am configuring Thingworx 9.5 in our linux box.I have created twx_db database using the thingworxPostgresDBSetup.sh and thingworxPostgresSchemaSetup.sh. Databases are created successfully. As I understand docu for Session parameters, it should be cleared every time I switch off browser (and in few more cases). But it looks, like it's kept forever. I have application, where you choose area, and data for this area are presented. Then you can choose any location from this area, and application generates more detailed information about this location only.As this process takes a lot of time, I've decided to store them as session parameters. If they are needed again (eg. to generate chart), I take data from session parameters, do not re-generate them again. And at this point, it works.But I was using this application yesterday. Closed all browser windows. Switched off computer. 19 hours later or more, I log into TWX - datas are still there. Logout, close browser, open different browser (previously it was edge, so I used Chrome), log into TWX - datas are still there.Have checked timeout, keeps default value (30 mins).Is that normal behaviour? Does it depend on some setting
