Mathcad

Hello all,   I have datapoints, expressed in a x-vector and a y-vector.   Just by plotting x and y the points are already pretty smooth. The gradient between the first x-points is very big, so I would like to smooth the curve even more. How do I do it the best way? Interpolation between points is the answer, but how to I do it in mathcad?    I attached a mathcad prime 3.0 sheet where I try to do some tests, but without success so far.     The graph in the screenshot is already pretty accurate, but thats because I have enough datapoints.   In a worst case, where I cannot obtain enough datapoints, I would need some kind of interpolation...       The optimum would be even to reconstruct a function out datapoints. Is this possible? I could do further analysis by having a function f(x)   The datapoints were obtained from this graph for thermal resistance over a copper area:       Best regards!

Need to re-install Mathcad 15 after a reset of my machine, and I already have a license. But I do not have a customer number nor sale number .

They took a rope and tied it with both ends to two pegs driven into the ground and spaced one versta (see above) from each other. Then they pulled this rope and drew an ellipse. How long was this rope? What is the canonic formula of this ellipse?Who will give the best solution? 

Have any of you guys got a good solution for being able to distinguish psig and psia in a worksheet? I would like to be able to define the local atmosphere in the sheet and then work with either the gauge or absolute pressures in the sheet. Seems like this should be simple but an elegant solution is eluding me.  Thanks!

There is no placeholder for units in chart component The old plot had unit place holder for scaling the graph units This seems to be missing in MP 7   Also using the chart component in the input area they are not automatically Assigned units to x and y expression I cannot see Corresponding base units displayed which makes it even more difficult  What is the solution for this??

I have received and installed a license file for Mathcad 14 (new 1Tb SSD), but when I try to run the program I get an error message (Invalid Host). It gives the host id as 74F3:0E53 which is incorrect.I originally, mistakenly, gave this as the volume name for my c: drive. The correct volume name is 74FE:0E53 (FE instead of F3). I then went through the license request again with the correct volume name I got a second license file. When I installed this one I still get the same error message (Invalid Host) with the same host id (74F3:0E53 instead of 74FE:0E53). Can you help?Thanks,Kurt Tatektate49@hotmail.com

We are attempting to do a trial period of MathCAD prime on a user machine, but no matter what we try the trial license does not activate. When we go to Options it states the "cannot activate an uncounted licenses." Please assist.

I dont need all the worksheets in the expensive Vol.1 Worksheets, I just want to see the Custom functions such as matrices to c-code. Are  any of these free anywhere or can the custom functions package be purchased separately?

Hallo,ich bin Student an der OTH -Regensburg und kann mir über StudiSoft "PTC(Creo & mathcad) kostenlos holen. Ich habe über Studisoft alles normal gemacht und werde dann mit einem Link weitergeleitet um die Software vermutlich runterzuladen. Die Seite auf die ich komme ist "Creo für Studenten". Ich habe danach meine Daten angegeben und auf "Einreichen" gedrückt. NIX passiert. Ich bekomme keine E-mails, wie es mit der Lizenzierung weitergeht oder wo ich die software runterlade.Wie komme ich jetzt auf meine Student version für PTC(Creo & Mathcad) ?Ich habe ebenso versucht auf der Seite "Mathcad für Studenten" meine Daten einzureichen, da ist ebenso NIX passiert.Da ich aber für mein Projekt Mathcad sofort gebraucht habe, habe ich mir ein Basiskonto erstellt und "PTC Mathcad Express Prime 7.0" runtergeladen, welche aber nur noch 21 Tage funktionsfähig ist. Für die Erstellung meines Basiskontos habe ich aber eine E-mail bekommen mit Bestätigungen usw.....Wie bekomme ich meine Stude

I as administrator created xml file, after first installation (mathcad.p.xml)I have edited xml but one line <PROPERTY name="[APPLICATIONDATA]">C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming</PROPERTY>I dont understand what have to be instead of Admin, I think CurrentUSER but how it will look like?<PROPERTY name="[APPLICATIONDATA]">%Currentuser%\AppData\Roaming</PROPERTY>or something else?2. Hi,I have a simple Problem however I'm searching since nearly one hour for the solution. I'm looking to calculate the mean in an Array. I Have R=(x1, x2, ....) and i want to calculate the mean of every value in the Array like Rm1=(x1+x2)/2 Rm2=(x2+x3)/2 ... and so on. How does it work im Mathcad? The normal Matrix Indicies with i and i+1 doesn't work.I also attached a short Version of the Mathcad file, especially to focus on this Problem. Thanks for helping 😊

UTILIZAÇÃO PARA ESTUDOS

We have had several Mathcad "non-Prime" licenses for 20 years.  We are currently using Mathcad 15.  The license files say they are permanent and not expiring.  We would like to keep using Mathcad 15 as we have many thousand of hours in template creation and legacy projects using those templates.    I would like to confirm the following:   1) The permanent licenses will always open Mathcad 15 without expiring?   2) We will be able to replace the permanent license with a new one when the computer is replaced.   Scott
