It is a macroscopic to quantum interface that will allow for instantaneous transfer of the saucer from one point to another in local space via non-local space wherein the field around the saucer mimics that of a quantum particle while the inside is isolated from local space. That means local space inertia is not applicable to the action of the saucer through local space via non-local space. Please visit my website at electrogravity.com for my complete works involving electrogravitation as a unified field theory and quantum energy development.Respectfully, Jerry E. Hello,I encountered another problem in Mathcad 15. I want to calculate a definite integral of a matrix (to be more precise, Mathcad should automatically calculate a definite integral of each matrix entry). I am getting an error "this calculation does not converge to a solution". However, when I manually define the definite integral of each matrix entry, Mathcad 15 obtains the solution without a problem. In the attached example the matrix size is 2x2, however my calculations will deal with few dozens of matrices with sizes varying from 6x6 to 15x15 (user defined size). Obviously I want to avoid typing 36 or even 225 integrals manually. Does anyone know a solution to this problem or yet another Mathcad bug? Thank you in advance for your help. Best regardsRafal
HiWhat is the window function symbol to solve this formula by symbolic maththank you
I tried to access an E-book, specifically calculations and table data in:"About Electrical Power Systems EngineeringThe documents in this book carry out common design calculations from electrical power systems engineering..."The links in this E-book -- from the TOC, Index, and all pages in general -- do not work. I searched Help using "book", "e-book", and "E-books", but found no similar issue discussed. Is there a special technique or setting required to use these older E-books with Prime 3.1? Also, if there are any other "keyword(s)" I should try - I would appreciate the feedback. Thanks in advance!Best regards,Michael O.
Hi, I'm defining a range variable L which goes from 20cm to 100cm with a step of 20cm. This "vector" has 5 rows, so i defined another range variable "k" which goes from 0 to 4. Then I define this time a real vector with one column and 5 rows, and manually insert L[0 + e , L[1 + e , ... and I defined this as a function of "e". This worked. BUT if i try to automatically create this vector, this doesn't work. I mean, I write : (R(e))[k := L[k + e , and the error "A Name is Required". The Program is attached. This is a simplified model of what i need to create. Because my real "k" doesn't go from 0 to 4, but from 0 to 1400 since my real L is much larger. But i can't write manually each row of the vector R(e). Someone knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance
Dear community members,we use Prime 3.0 for a couple of time. The majority of our calculation files are not that large (1 to 4 MB). But a file size larger than thatrequires a very long period of time to save and to close these files (up to 4 or 5 min). What is your experience? Now we discuss to change to Prime 3.1 to save time. Or is this also a problem in Prime 3.1?Thank you in advance!Best regardsDavid
Hello,I encountered a very strange problem in Mathcad 15. When I want to calculate a derivative symbolically that contains a natural logarithm the solution is wrong. I do not know why is it so. Attached you can find the Mathcad file.RegardsRafal
I need to be able to link to a specific tag in a Mathcad 14 document from Powerpoint. It is easy to link to a mathcad 14 file from powerpoint ( Insert->Hyperlink->(existing file or webpage) and the Mathcad worksheet opens correctly at the beginning of the document. However, I want Mathcad go directly to a specific tag - not the beginning of the document. . I can easily create the desired hyperlink from Mathcad sheet to Mathcad sheet (Insert hyperlink FileName #Tag) and I want the same capability to link from PowerPoint to Mathcad Tag. Please note that I do not wish to paste a selected section of mathcad into powerpoint as this creates a new copy of Mathcad that opens in a small window on the Powerpoint page. I want the whole sheet in its own window opened at the previously created tagAny help would be greatly appreciated
I have about 200 Mathcad files / All of a sudden they all disappear. I did not delete them, where can they go?? how can I recover them?
How do I enter this differential equation into Mathcad 15, and make it find the symbolic result?f'(x)=1+f(x)solve for f(x)( where f'(x) is the derivative of f(x) )I know the answer isf(x) = e^x - 1Thanks
Can you find with Mathcat the optimal value of L
Hi ALL,Why, in the following immage, the latter two modules, highlighted with purple frame, are partially simplified? ThanksF.M.
Dear all, recently I reinstalled Mathcad Prime 3.0 and now it gives an error with the words "Unknown errorCould not initialize outfproc symbolic engine "in any calculations. What should I do?
I'm trying to define a function with a Given/Find solve block inside. i.e. the function calls a Given/Find block. I found this thread on how to do it Embedding Solve block in a function - PTC Community It had an example file: https://www.ptcusercommunity.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/30310-2824/collab%20-%20solve%20block%20demo%2001.mcd The problem I run into is that the values I pass into the function (which is used by the Find block), is ignored. Well, not exactly ignored - I think it uses it like a guess value. It solves the system of equations, but the parameters I passed in are changed. My file is attached. TIA,Jason
I’m having trouble solving this system of differential equations. I’m pretty new to Mathcad and I don’t really have that much experience with differential equations either so I’m really off to a great start. I’m trying to calculate the flight path of a spinning tennis ball being launched at 45 deg. I am working with some numbers now but they are partially placeholders. I removed units for now just to take out one level of complexity. Feel free to check my equations but the real problem I’m having is with my initial conditions (I think). I keep getting the error message “Unknown error: dae%_inital%_condition%_error.” and I'm not sure how to fix it.I’ve attached the file below. I'm using Mathcad prime 3.1Thanks
Hi allIn Mathcad Prime 3.1 has come out this inexplicable error. How to correct it? it is enclosed in the box in black, of the following figure.Thk.
The original Mathsoft/Mathcad patents for the live maths whiteboard were many years ago. Those patents prevented the likes of Maple and Mathematica producing similar 'live math white board' products, and they were all stuck with having to do the 'FORmula TRANslation' approach of the text expression with after the fact symbolic displays.Looking at (US/WTO) papetnt lifes it looks like the lifetime of those patents was 20 years http://patents.stackexchange.com/questions/312/how-long-are-patents-valid, so anything before Jan 1996 should have lapsed. Mathcad - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia shows that the original mathcad was released in '86, and by '96 Mathsoft was already up to V6.0 plus, so most of the key innovative aspects wre already there (some still swear by V6!).There have been more recent changes such as the text entry change, but that isn't part of the basic 'white board'.Is it likely that there will be other live maths whiteboard providers any time soon, especially extensible
Hello, Everyone. From : Is there a symbolic :,f(x),solve, symbolic ==> real number ? Thanks in advance. Regards.
Hi I am trying to install Mathcad prime 3.1 on windows 10, now I decided to clean my PC and do a reset as I had a load of apps I wasn't using anymore. When I tried to install Mathcad prime back on it keeps failing. I get a strange 101% installation notification bar in red and that the application has failed due to some VC80 issue. Anyone else had this problem.
Bonjour,Using two type of presentations for the calculus of a classic integral , I don't have the same result.See the joint MCD document.Thank you for your help and Best regardsClaudealibertc@wanadoo.fr
Hi All,I am trying to evaluate the deflection of a simply supported beam (which is subjected to 3 nos. of trapezoidal loads with different start and end ordinates and start and end points on the span of the beam). I tried to formulate the calculation using programming options of the Mathcad. Somehow I ran into a mistake and I could not able to trace the mistake. Can someone please help in finding the mistake. For a clear picture of the problem, please refer to the attached snapshot. Also, the value of deflection at the supports of the simply supported beam shall always be zero irrespective of the loading condition but in my case, the deflections at the support locations are very close to zero but not zero (snapshot is attached for the same).
