Hey,i would need a short another help of you.This is a par tof my Calculation:Now my question is,how is it correct to write the fomulas with that variable?I dont get rid of this.Thx !

I have encountered what appears to be a problem with a Boolean operator I am using in a short routine.  I have attached a pdf of the routine for anyone interested.  The values for "TestLeft" and "TestRightIncorrect" should both be 3; however, the "TestRightIncorrect" value is 6.  I have included a modified routine called "TestRightCorrect" that gives me the correct answer, but I do not think this modification should be required.Any advice or guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!Steve

I can drop the firewall to get MathCAD license, but that is not acceptable.  I've tried creating Inbound and Outbound rules that open 7788,27000-27010.  That doesn't seem to work. MathCAD 15.

I find myself constantly using a system of 5 equations with 7 different variables. I always know two of the variables, but the two that I know changes. Is there a way to write a single calculator that can solve for the unknowns instead of writing a different calculator for each combination?equations:mt=mf+mwc=mf/mtvf=mf/8.34vw=mw/8.34vt=vf+vwUsing the solve function only lets me solve for unknowns, so I'd have to rewrite the unknowns each time.Using the find function requires me to guess, but I don't know how to distinguish from a known and a guess.I could use if statements, but I'd have to write a huge set of formulas, which isn't ideal.Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone!I'm a new user of Mathcad and I encountered some difficulties. I need to write a mathcad script which would allow me to calculate output parameters of air in Earth-To-Air Heat Exchanger (temperature, relative humidity and humidity ratio).I think that the code is OK but Mathcad is showing me an error as I said in title. I have recently found out that I cannot add words to the personal dictionary during spell checking. This happens on two machines both running Mathcad 15 one M045 and the other M040 running under Windows 7.  It turns out that I cannot save custom words because I do not run Mathcad from an account that has administrator privileges on either. Selecting Mathcad and running as administrator does not solve the problem and I suspect that Mathcad is really not being run with administrator privileges because it does not ask for my administrator password. Has anyone else run into this problem?The only solution PTC provided was for me to talk to our IT department, but I seriously doubt they are going to waive their practice of having people operate with a regular account rather than administrator account just to accommodate Mathcad 15. I am trying to design a part with two variable diameters.  I change the values of the two diameters at the top of the document and a final answer is displayed at the end of the document.  Is there a way to show the final answer near the top of the document so that I may see what the final answer is while still at the top of the document?Thanks in advance.

Sorry to say but its so annoying.I have been digging my head to get the API of mathcad prime the whole day.I could only see discussion about the API and SDK files but not the link of any API so that I can download it and use it in my programming.I am very new to mathcad and without API I am not able to do anything.If anyone had a link or document then I humbly request you to share me.I would be very grateful.* I am using Mathcad 30days trial version, should I have to buy Mathcad in order to use its API?Regards,Prarthana

Hi Community!It would be very useful to have the entire Eurocode 3 (1993-x-x) written in Mathcad. One could from that spreadsheet cut-n-paste formulaes into the calculations one are doing.Does something like this exist?
