Hello, In the attached sheet: For each load value for P, i 'd like to compute von Mises stress when the load is applied at different angles provided the von Mises stress doesnt exceed the limit( 50 ksi).  it should report each load, the angles, and von Mises. if the stress goes over the limit then not to report the angles or the stress because it exceeds the limit.   Thanks, Sam

Hello. I'm currently doing some basic unbalanced 3 phase load calculation with complex numbers. I decided to use a matrix for this purpose. Any suggestions for a faster and better way to find the phasor angles WITHOUT the added +30 deg. vector angles between phase and line voltage.   Thanks!    

To all, Forgot how to do the following in mcad 15 I’d like to find the “best” possible (feasible) set of numbers (variables) to minimize an error. See attached I am sure I have seen examples about similar problem but can’t find them right now. I'll start looking at setting up the problem but I thought I'll ask in the meantime Does one have to set up a Given (Find) block with the possible equation(s)/inequation(s) or should a function be defined Thanks Regards

Habe mir auf einem neuen Computer MathCAD Prime 6 heruntergeladen über Ihre Webseite, eine neue Lizenz angefordert und bekommen, wollte diese aktivieren, jedoch bekomme ich ständig folgende Fehlermeldung:20.11.2020 11:52:04 : Die Lizenzanfrage ist fehlgeschlagen.Requesting MATHCAD ...C:\Users\Gernot\Desktop\sw_license_email_4975412.dat\sw_license_email_4975412.dat: (-21) License file does not support this versionLetztendlich wird dann Prime nicht aktiviert.

I bought PTC Mathcad Prime 6.0 Student Edition – One Year Term License and I am trying to download PTC MathCad 15.0 and When on the Mathcad License Setup page on PTC mathcad version 15.0, when it says to enter my account information it will not accept my username and password but I can sign in on my account directly online on www.ptc.com like it says in the error message. Please Fix

Ich habe eine Litzenz-datei per E-mail bekommen, habe diese abgespeichert. Anschließend habe ich in Mathcad unter Optionen und Lizenzen den neuen Dateipfad ausgewählt. Jetzt steht bei mir das das Produkt noch 29 Tage verfügbar ist, aber die Version wurde noch nicht umgestellt.Können sie mir weiterhelfen?Viele GrüßeJünger

I have troubles in simplfying this equation normally in Mathcad15 it can be simplfied as following equation shown in the picture. However this doesn´t work on mathcad prime as shown on next picture.      

I installed Mathcad and got to the Mathcad License Setup window, but when it tries to acquire a Mathcad license an error window pops up saying "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF"

Is it possible to assign the subject of the matrix on top (as Mathcad 15, first picture) instead of on the left hand side (as Mathcad Prime 6.0, second picture)? Thank you for your help.

I have a problem with matrix calculation, the answer of my assigned variable nkr do not want to display as a vector, what could be the problem. I should expect an answer like nkri=(39,882; 39,882; 58,804; 81,879;106,51;106,51; 106,51;137,79; 137,79). but instead I have nkri=2441,522. What was the problem with my input? Hello Everybody,   I have a fairly complicated equation set to compute speed up factors vs divergence of fluid dynamics. I got it working in excel but the graph there won't let me adjust the X axis scale, so it is pretty useless to use to read off values for test designs. I brewed up a Mathcad document to solve this problem and yield me a nice accurate graph of the data that I can adjust the ranges of; except I keep getting a plotting failed error when trying to get it to plot.   Attached is the document; I know I am a bit rusty with Mathcad, but I don't see why this is failing to plot. It has the range of data points to calculate all the values.. Any help to quickly resolve this is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I'm trying to solve a 16 equation, 16 unknowns simultaneous equation but keep getting 'no solution found'. I am recreating a worked solution that i've seen (albeit in a newer version of mathcad) although i don't have the original file, only a screenshot of the code.   I can't seem to get this to work, any advice is appreciated.
