Can anyone please tell me why mathcad 15 chooses to not recognise variable definition when you are using the equation directly under it's definition ie x=x                                                                                                 2*x

Hello everyone,I want to write data from Mathcad to an Exceldocument, where already data is saved.The original data for example looks like this:I want to overwrite the data in a special row. In the other rows, the data should not change. Below is my Mathcad file with 3 ways of writing data to Excel. The data should be written to the row with the number of the ID (here 3).______________________________________________________________________________________________The Variable k overwrite the first row, so this is wrong, see below.________________________________________________________________________________________________The Variable kk here gives the right solution, but only for ID=3, see below. So I find a third way, where I can change the ID. But if I have 1000 ID´s, this solution is very time-consuming.Is there a better way to solve the problem?Thank youStephan

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage bzgl. der Mathcad Prime 3.1 Hilfe. Wenn ich die Hilfe auf Deutsch öffne, dann werden bei vielen Themen keine Bilder angezeigt, sondern nur der Text. In der englischen Version werden die Bilder, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, richtig angezeigt. Hat jemand eine Idee warum das so ist bzw. wie ich das Problem beheben kann? Danke schon mal im Voraus!

Hi all, I have a function with 4 variables. Two variables are within a range, while the other two have discrete numbers. Using enumerate method we can get some idea of the value range of the function, but that may not be efficient. I attached my worksheet with an example function in the attachment, would someone advise me what is the best and most straightforward way to probe the range of this function? Thank you!

Hello.This Error message pops up once I scroll down to a certain excel table in my work sheet. An internal error message follows and Mathcad shut down. The table has not been an issue previous to now, but apparently there is a broken link. The main problem is that I have no way to delete this table as the error stops the program from working at once the table is shown. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I am not new to MathCad and I always seem to figure out the little tricks but this one I cannot. I have also given up searching online for an answer. I have run into this problem before but I just replaced constants with values. My point is I'm not dumb I just can't find the button that fixes this problem! HahaQuestion is: Is there anyway to graph by the constants of the function? I can't think of a good way to phrase this question so here is an example.I uploaded a graph of the mass of a particle in the theory of relativity as a function of v. What I want to do is not assign m0 and c to values, but I want them to be constants so that the y intercept would be m0 and the asymptote would be c. So on the graph on the y-axis would simply be a mark m0 and on the x-axis a mark of c.Is there anyway to do this? If not can you use the markers to mark m0 and c on the graph? Seems like there should be a way to do this other than assigning m0 to a value and c to 3*10^8. Would something lik

Hi,I wanted a equation as text which should appear when a situation/ condition is satisfied.Please find attached excel sheet for the same.Below are few examples as to explain the requirement/question.Example1 :- in this example L1<z1, hence the limit of integration of I1 changes from 0 to L1 in first equation.I got the solution i.e the value of I1,  but for representation I require the equation too in the MATHCAD sheet. as shown in the example.Therefore, the value along with equation should appear on the sheet.z1=12m, z2=15m, z3=18m, z4=20m,z5=20mExample2 :- in this example z1<L1<z2, hence the limit of integration of I2 changes from z1 to L1 in first equation..Example3 :- in this example z2<L1<z3, hence the limit of integration of I3 changes from z2 to L1 in first equation.Example4 :- in this example z4<L1<z5, hence the limit of integration of I5 changes from z4 to L1 in first equationThank you for your help.

Hello,I'm trying to solve a "standard" 2D partial differential equation but the Pdesolve function gives the error: "The initial conditions are not consistent with the endpoints specified in the temporal range". I want to determine parameters for function "N*(Sigma^m)=10^C" by using "genfit" built-in function in Mathcad. However, in the process of calculating an error occurs. Whether it is possible to bypass this error somehow? And maybe the input data not absolutely approach under this function ("N*(Sigma^m)=10^C"), but I need to know parameters for it.
