I have two arrays I want to use with a find function. I'm having difficulty getting it to work. Any easy advice? See the clip of the spreadsheet below. The arrays are "t" for plate thickness and "a" for the plate radius. As you can see the definition is just passing through the find function. This is a Roarks workbook copied and pasted into a spreadsheet - Table 24A case 3. Thanks for any assistance. This is M'cad 15.

Hello,I am using the ODESOLVE to simulate an RLC circuit. My states are my inductor current IL and capacitor voltage VC.I setup equations to solve for d(IL)/dt, and d(VC)/dt, and used ODESOLVE to get the values. I now need access to the original differential variables....I need access to d(IL)/dt to get my inductor current. Any ideas on how to? In MATLAB I could setup a global variable, but I am unable to define variables that use my states in the solver block.Screenshot of odesolver attached, I need access to IL(t)'

Dear Friends, I need to make a hydraulic profile of a channel. In which a control section is a free fall downstream of it. Use the software to little more than two months and do not have much skill with it. Dear All,I want to make a contour plot from a Matrix 2D which I can do, but the axes X and Y are labeled as 1, 2, 3, and so on. How can I change it to represent the real values?Just to clear the question. The matrix is the result of a Heat transfer analysis on which each cell represent an (x,y) position with the value representing the temperature on that position.All the best

Did PTC decide that Mathcad 11 single user edition is not going to be registered online anymore?Does PTC indicate that Mathcad 11 is not a valid product, or are they saying that they do not offering anymore technical support but Mathcad 11 can be loaded on a computer and then activated?Paul Unmack, PE- ME, CSE

Hello, I'm having a problem solving a Given Find cycle with vectors. I'm trying to plot T vs. X1 and T vs. Y1. Mathcad gives me back always the same value for Y1 and incorrect values for T. Using minerr I don't get better results. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The hard drive in my new laptop where mathcad prime 3.1 was installed was crashed.The computer will be replaced with a new one soon.Once I get it, how can I re-install the software?

You can down load sheets (MC 15 and Prime 3) of the Euler Method of ODEs solution.One question - how simple have arguments of the augment function - as in rkfixed (see the plot please)?Must be one form for this arguments for one ODE and 2, 3, 4... ODES.

I used to use full version MATHCAD. By using "Select All" and "Copy Selection", I can copy the data from my mathcad worksheet, and paste it to Excel directly. Recently I am using a trail version in a Windows 8 system. When I tried to do the same thing, by selecting some data and click "Copy selection", it shows a bitmap or some other kind of figure will be pasted to the excel, instead of the data itself. I do not know what happened, and just want to copy the vectors of data. Would anybody know how can I solve this problem? Or is it a restriction of trial version? Thank you!

Hi, i suppose my problem has a easy solution, but I cant find it.I define a simple operation k(B), I got the results but by some circunstance I got a solution that I need to change, so I want to create a new matrix with the modified results and call it back to use it on an equation but I wrong results... (image attached)..As you can see in the image, when I select the new matrix, I can not change the Math Properties (Tab).Hope you can help me.

Hi,I'm using the given - find solve a series of equations and the number of variable that are being solved for has resulted in the find statement being longer than the page width, is there a simply way to get this onto one page width, ie on a second line etc. before I start to look at changing the variable names or possibly carrying out some substitution in the equations to reduce the number of solve variable's. I'm Using Mathcad 15. Thanks.
