Mathcad Installation

Is there any way to move text around the sheet without it snapping to grid? I need to move some text in between two grids to put over an image. The lines of the image do not line up with the grid perfectly.

Need help moving the license from the old server to the new server. Don't have the access to download the software. Can't log a proper ticket as the site won't let me. me. Can someone please assist by providing:1. Instructions to do this2. Code3. Advise how to move my Flexserver licensesThank you

We bought Mathcad earlier this year.  I believe we bought it in February.  I have a new computer and just went to install it.  I downloaded and installed Mathcad Prime 10.  When we pointed to our license server, it doesn't work -- we only get Express functionality.  My IT guys think I need to download Mathcad Prime 9 and that the problem is that our license doesn't support 10.  That surprised me because we only bought it a couple of months before the update, but the message seems to indicate that could be the problem.  See below: 8/15/2024 10:49:42 PM : The license request failed.Requesting MathcadPrime ...7788@XXXlicense003: (-21) License file does not support this version. If I need to download 9, how do I do that? Hello, everyone. I am trying to install a floating license server and it worked. However when performing some tests with my colleagues I realized that after I borrowed the license, I was not able to return back for another colleague to pick.I received the following error msg: "Unable to return the license. I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0When using the new Advanced Controls features, performance suffers greatly. This would be expected if I were loading in large amounts of data or perhaps performing complex processing with these regions, but all I'm doing right now is using text boxes to display results with color coding or select which version of text to display from a known list. Literally just display boxes, and yet performance suffers greatly. It was never this bad using essentially the exact same files before adding the advanced controls. M, colleague has even worse issues, where the advanced controls grey-out as if they're still processing, or unable to finish processing, and is unable to get them to cooperate again. Is there some performance issues with the advanced controls? Is there some trick we can use to reduce the performance demands?Has anyone else experienced something like this?-Sean

Today, when I tried to open mathcad, nothing happens, not even the splash screen shows up. When I open task manager, I can see that the mathcad process starts for a few seconds and then it's gone. Already tried searching the community for similar cases but I didn't find anything that works. Please help me! I have tried installing Mathcad and have agreed to user agreements.Upon getting to "Application Selection" step in install process, my installation path is C:->Program Files->PTC but there are no applications to "Choose from the list below".I cannot push next to complete the installation process.
