Mathcad Installation

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeunknownWe have several licenses for MathCad Prime 10.0.0, and were told that these should apply to the old MathCad 15 version as well. Is this correct? If so, how can we download and activate MathCad 15.0?

I would like to try Mathcad for 30 days free. After installing the software, before getting the license, the software asks me to key in the Product Code. Where can I get the Product Code?

Hello, I am attempting to download and install the MathCad Prime 10 - Student Edition. However, I am running into this failed application error. Please see the attached photos. Can someone please provide any insight or support regarding this installation issue. 

I have used the .dat license file that I got in the email for 30 days free trial version. Although I call it and configure it, status says in red full functionality-29 days remaining but it doesn't allow me to modify anything in the file

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0We had a group recently convert their files from MathCAD 15 to Prime and they are experiencing latency and performance issues. It now takes several minutes to perform the calculations.Also, this was reported by one power user - one alarming thing is that sometimes it takes multiple minutes to finish calculating the worksheet, but what I thought was a status indicator turns back to green before it is even done calculating (So I've either misinterpreted what that icon is, or its not working correctly)

Good morning, everyone. I came across an issue regarding the floating license file for MATHCAD PRIME 10. I got a license for MATCAD Prime from my school (HTL Spengergasse, Vienna) but I have a big problem. I have redeemed the MATCAD license too often and on too many different devices - Today I wanted to download MATCAD Prime on my work device and redeem the license because I need the program for today's math class, but now I get an error message that goes something like this: "You have redeemed the license too often and reached the limit, if you have any further questions contact PTC Support". I then did some research and found out that you have to deactivate the license on the other devices so that you can redeem the license on the new device again, but that's the problem: I redeemed the MATCAD Prime license on my Macbook Air m2 in a virtual machine that no longer exists - so I can no longer deactivate the license. Is there any way to move text around the sheet without it snapping to grid? I need to move some text in between two grids to put over an image. The lines of the image do not line up with the grid perfectly.

We bought Mathcad earlier this year.  I believe we bought it in February.  I have a new computer and just went to install it.  I downloaded and installed Mathcad Prime 10.  When we pointed to our license server, it doesn't work -- we only get Express functionality.  My IT guys think I need to download Mathcad Prime 9 and that the problem is that our license doesn't support 10.  That surprised me because we only bought it a couple of months before the update, but the message seems to indicate that could be the problem.  See below: 8/15/2024 10:49:42 PM : The license request failed.Requesting MathcadPrime ...7788@XXXlicense003: (-21) License file does not support this version. If I need to download 9, how do I do that? Hello, everyone. I am trying to install a floating license server and it worked. However when performing some tests with my colleagues I realized that after I borrowed the license, I was not able to return back for another colleague to pick.I received the following error msg: "Unable to return the license. Verify that the current license settings are correct.". I found nothing about such error on the online documentation.Did someone experienced the same issue? Thanks in advance for the feedback. GF

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0When using the new Advanced Controls features, performance suffers greatly. This would be expected if I were loading in large amounts of data or perhaps performing complex processing with these regions, but all I'm doing right now is using text boxes to display results with color coding or select which version of text to display from a known list. Literally just display boxes, and yet performance suffers greatly. It was never this bad using essentially the exact same files before adding the advanced controls. M, colleague has even worse issues, where the advanced controls grey-out as if they're still processing, or unable to finish processing, and is unable to get them to cooperate again. Is there some performance issues with the advanced controls? Is there some trick we can use to reduce the performance demands?Has anyone else experienced something like this?-Sean
