Mathcad Installation

I can't use the start the 30 day free full version of mathcad. I downloaded the file with the licence but nothing else happened (after opening mathcad it looks like the old poor version). What should i do next?

I am currently a student who purchased Mathcad Prime 5.0 student edition in January 2020 and I currently have until the 28th of January of 2021 to use it. I recently got a new computer and I wanted to redownload it again, but when I tried to do that it told me I had no products to update, and I am not sure why. I have tried everything, and the phone support couldn't help me. So if someone could help me solve this issue it would be appreciated.

Cannot activate license. I saved the license file on my desktop and pointed to it's location, but get the error:(-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

Hi All,   We have Mathcad 15 installed, but now require the Prime 6.0 version also installed.   When we go through the install process, we seem to be going round in circles, and not actually installing the software.   Can someone advise how we can get this software running?   Windows 10 - Lastest OS updates.   Let me know if you need log files etc copied.   Thanks for your help.            

Hello, i have recently acquired student licensed mathcad prime 6.0.0 and set it up, however after i open mathcad, whenever i type ":=" and then proceed to type anything my app crashes with the following error :"An unhandled exception occured on the dispatcher thread. See..." and so on.

I am a student who purchased Mathcad Prime 5.0 student edition in January 2020 and I still have until the 28th of January 2021 until it expires. I recently got a new computer and I wanted to download Mathcad 15.0 onto it but when I go to the link provided in my email from the product code, it says I do not have any software to download. I am confused on where I can download it onto my computer, and why PTC says I don't have Mathcad Prime 5.0 student edition. any help would be appreciated!

Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0 runs in the background, but fails to open/display.I have attempted the following:1. Updating and re-booting my computer.2. Un-installing & re-installing Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0I have been using Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0 without any issues up until this morning. Can't activate mathcad trial version with the sent licence.

Computer Failed to Start. Geek Squad got computer working again, but lost my copy of MathCad

Error “The remote server returned an unexpected response: (407) Proxy Authentication Required” while installing 30 days trial version Mathcad.     Causes: This error can be because of multiple reasons like - Internet connection, Security firewall or any other means that would block the connection or obstruct authentication. With the help of local IT administrator, user can turn off the security for the time being and try to connect again after reducing the security level   Resolution: Contact PTC Customer License Management and request for a new license file.  

Error: Mathcad Trial Edition Entitled for Installation Support "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF".   Causes: Confirm if the installer is for trial version of Mathcad   Resolution: Clear the cookies and Browser caches and then click on the link provided below The link to download trial is here      

Error "Mathcad application has stopped working" when launching Mathcad Prime x64-Bit version on specific Windows x64-Bit machines   Causes Identified:   This issue is machine specific, where-in 64-bit Mathcad application is unable to run   Resolution: Uninstall Mathcad Prime x64-Bit version Install Mathcad Prime x32-Bit version - Launch Setup for Mathcad Prime Select Install or add new software and select Next Accept the license agreement and select Next Select the Customize tab on the Application selection page Select the Application Features tab. Error message "Mathcad PDSi viewable support: Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed." is displayed during the installation of Mathcad     Cause: System has advance PDF reader already installed   Resolution: Mathcad PDSi viewable support is only required for integration of Mathcad with Windchill. Users can ignore this message and continue with installation as it has no impact on Mathcad functionality. Corrected in Mathcad Prime 6.0 (UI installation) If newer version of Adobe Product is installed, PDSi viewable installation will not be attempted
