Mathcad Installation

I've been using PTC Mathcad Prime 5.0 (student edition) for several months, and my computer crashed, so I need to re-download the software. (My license last for a few more months) I was able to look up my original order on the PTC Store website, but the link to download the software was not working. Is there another way to install the software?

I have stumbled upon a problem, when i tried to install Mathcad on my Windows 10 at Aarhus University. The error is labeled 1920, but i can’t find any solutions on the net, so i hope making this post help me solving this problem. It has something to do with the printspoiler i think. (I have attach a file, which is the text that pops up when MathCad nearly is installed). Hope someone can help fixing this:) Kind regards Vilhelm

I downloaded Mathcad prime 5.0 via the link provided after purchase. When I doubleclick setup.exe (after unpacking), I got prompt "Do you want to allow changes to your disc?", I press "Yes" and the window closes and nothing happens. I have Win 10 and MS framework installed. Any advice?

The flow of issue:   1. Received an email for the Mathcad Express trial   2. Clicked on download PTC Mathcad Express prompt, takes me to a new window   3. Selected install software button and opens a tab for a moment and closes with NO installation   I have a 64-bit operating system with windows 10.  Is there a bug in the installer?

I need to install the software again but I can't find it anywhere. I have the PTC Mathcad Prime 3.1 Student Edition – Perpetual License
