Hello,   i want to import the Thingworx Utilities plugin into my Installation. The problem is that some extensions of the utility not being imported because of the extension "WebSocketTunnel_ExtensionPackage" is missing (see first screenshot tw). And when i try to import the missing dependency it says that the "WebSocketTunnel_ExtensionPackage" is already installed (screenshot tw2).   Do anyone know what to do now? Thanks in advance.    

Hello,   I'm receiving the following error when trying to export data and configuration from manufacturing apps in preparation of upgrading them to 8.3.   Error while processing task : com.thingworx.contentmanagement.DataExportProcessor.exportAllDataObjects   I've already upgraded the ThingWorx platform to 8.3 without issues, and I haven't been able to find any documentation on how to upgrade the manufacturing apps, so I want to cover all my bases with the data backup.   Thanks!

Hi Experts, I configured my demo asset as the following My KPI Calculation Period is 1 minute. But my OEE,Quality and Performance are all 0   Can anybody tell me why OEE is always 0? I don't understand what's the problem.   Thanks & Best Regards Tom

Hi Everyone,   The parameters for performance calculations of Demoset Line is known following picture:     I have not configured quality and performance parameters using any tag:     Then I can not see performance, quality and OEE values in the production advisor:     However, when I have configured the performance metric from "Performance Indicator Thresholds" section, KPI calculations become successful as seemed at Siemens and Schneider.   Do you have any idea about this issue? Hi, I have installed thingworx version 8.2 and imported the manufacturing apps extensions. Now how do we connect to manufacturing apps design that is to create charts for oee and all how to make it in thingworx composer? Is there any document available?   Thanks, V Shalini

We try to using "Thingworx Connectivity" connecting to "Fanuc Robot" via "Fanuc focas Etherner driver"   The "Thingworx Connectivity" report : "Could not acquire library handle for device 'FANUC Focas.FANUC Focas 20'. FWLIB error: 65520." And we going to read in "Thingworx Connectivity's manual". That must install Fwlib.dll something.   Then, we try to install, But It's not correct version    Where we can download "FWLIB32.DLL (version 1.12.0.2 or later) and FWLIBE1.DLL (version 1.6.0.2 or later)"?     PS. I hope in this topic not delete by admin because of it contain name of Fanuc.

I have installed Thingworx 8.2.5 with Mfg Apps 8.2. The extensions were imported without issues but when i go to: http://myIP/Thingworx/FormLogin/Welcome i see a login screen and i am trying to use the Administrator account but none of the passwords i set during the installation of Tomcat and Thingworx work for that prompt. What password should i use? i saw in the Mfg Apps installation guide that we should have set one password but that was only for windows installation, i am working on ubuntu and i just did the import from the Composer.   Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Good day,   I have a question with regards to the roles in manufacturing apps, particularly Controls Engineer. It is my understanding that the Controls Engineer has limited permissions but when I assign the Controls Engineer role to a user, it seems that user has permissions to view all the tiles and use all the tile functionalities.    Should Controls Engineer have the permissions to view and use all the tiles and their functionalities? I am currently using ThingWorx version 8.3   Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to get alerts for all of the children of a particular line. Can anyone provide insight on how to do this? For example, I have 4 assets grouped as a line, and each asset raises alerts. I would like to create a mashup that aggregates and sorts all of the alerts generated by these 4 assets and displays them on an Advanced Data Grid ordered by priority.

Hi,   Is there are Matrix out there that explains what you can do with the different licence / versions of Manufacturing Apps.  For example.  Add a custom Role Change the logo  Change the color Scheme Change the layout Create my own layouts I see there is a customization guide but that only shows me what I can do not what I'm allowed to do. I was wondering where the documentation for this method is, as I am working on a custom mashup with a dygraph and passing in nothing for trendType causes errors. I've poked around and see PerformanceHistory and StatusHistory return data, but not in the way I need it to as I'm graphing properties other than performance metrics and status metrics.

Hello,   I am using trial version of Thingworx Manufacturing Apps express version and my license is expired. I have carried out "request an extantion" process as mentioned in update license page.   However, my license has not been renew. I have tried to renew the license several times but I could not success. In addition the this issue, I cannot take a usage report now. How to renew my trial license in this case? Could you inform me? How does the calculation being made for performance ? I tweak the tags , KEP simulator, but still get 0% sometimes.
