I want to build the dashboard as per my requirement in thingworx manufacturing app.is it possible in thingworx manufacturing app ?

When configuring Status for a resource, I can browse KEPServerEX tags or resource properties.  When configuring Performance Metrics, the only resource type that can be selected when browsing is KEPServerEX.  I would think you would be able to browse for properties as well (just like for Status configuration).  That being said, I can enter property expressions and they work, but you should be able to browse for them.

For a Line resource "3-1_Line", I have configured the Status to be that of the "bottleneck" Asset resource - "3-1_PaintBooth2" and part counts to come from the final Asset in the line "3-1_FinishOven"..  The availability for the line is less than the asset since it was configured later and the part counts match up well for quality - 73% vs. 74%.  Not sure why I get a 395% performance value though for the line?????  Shouldn't the line performance value be based on the configured part counts and ideal run rate?

Hi Team，There‘s 'HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error' when I open Thingworx MFG Apps in browser. The error shows 'java.lang.NullPointerException' message.I opened the MFG Apps with nothing wrong yesterday. I tried to restart the Configure PTC Servlet Engine, but it still shows the same.I don't know how to deal with it, could you please help me? Thank you!The error is like shown below:

Hi Team，I saw the 'Platform Support  Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows 2012 R2, and Cent OS 7.1 (paid version only) are recommended and fully tested for production.' on ThingWorx MFG Getting Started Guide. There haven't mention the Mac OS, so I‘d like to ask if I can install ThingWorx MFG on  Mac OS? Thank you!Best Regards,Mengjue

Hello Community.I would like to use "ManufacturingApps" to find singular points from the data to be operated, display and report.1) _ There is also a way to raise the flag for data that deviates from the judgment criteria in the alert setting,With an alert setting, it must belong to one of the operational status.Is it possible to create a new status other than the existing status in "Manage Resources"?Also, if it does not become an alert "Not Configured" corresponds? (This idea is correct.)2) _It is my biggest challenge...There is "Thingworx analytics", but is it possible to detect singularity using this?Is there anything to help with realization?I do not know analytics, so please let me know.Regards,takashi

Hi,       I have connected with Kepware and it is displaying the machine details.  I have set of doubts how to use this Manufacturing app in thingworx composer                       - I have only option to export everything from manufacturing app and import in composer, do i have option to select specific objects alone to export & import?                       - In manufacturing app, if I click a asset I get all graphs and details related to it, exact screen can i display in Thingworx Mashup?ThanksHema

Configuration step of PostgreSQL fails " PostgreSQL Configuration Failed"

Hello,I had an earlier version of Manufacturing Apps installed. I downloaded the new version and tried to upgrade it. When I click the setup, I get an .NET Framework error, even though I've added the .NET Features and done the Windows Updates. After I click "Continue" I see the Installation pane but I get the error on the ss below constantly in every click. I clicked "Next" to unistall the earlier version but nothing happens? Do you have any ideas about this?

Hello Everyone;We are using ThingWorx Manufacturing App and so far we can successfully connect to KEPServerEX and fetch simulated data properly. Alarms also works fine. But in Asset Advisor -> Performance Tab, there is "Status Of Week" section which does not working at all. % and Hours sections both are not getting any data.Any suggestion will help.Thank You.

Hi,          I have already installed Thingworx-mssql in my machine.  I'm looking for the below          1.   Manufacturing app extension to import into ThingWorx which i have already installed, but i couldn't find one.          2 .  I tried downloading Manufacturing app (ThingworxManufacturingApps-8.0.1-02-developerKit), but by default this come with postgre sql.  Do we have one for MSSQL?ThanksHema

Hi,I have a vmware enviroment of MFG app (mixed with composer license), in the beginning the app speed is quite quick,but after a faw days, the performace of open app page is unacceptable.I understand this is not a production enviroment, but even for demo purpose, it makes customer concern. Hi,   In MFG App, I have list of assets in grid. The grid is filled with data taken from GetPhysicalAssets service. When I select the row in the grid for the physical asset list, I would like to change the image widget placed in the mashup. How do I do that? In thingworx, when I need to migrate my assets to another system, I usually create an extension using the extension SDK.If I used manufacturing apps to create my assets, how would I migrate data from one system to another? What projects and entities do I need to include?

Hello,It is under examining what we can do.I downloaded it because I wanted to install [DemoFactory Package] in the environment where Express Install was done.As I go through the instructions, there is no [Import configuration and data] in the [Administrator] menu in my environment.What is the reason why I can not install?  Is it due to license or installation?Regards,takashi

I'm trying to import the TWX Manufacturing extension on top of TWX Foundation 8 clean installation. While I'm able to import the extension-dependencies package, I receive the following error when I try to import the extension package:If I check on Licensing Subsystem monitoring I can see the following result:indicating no licensed features related to Manufacturing Apps (I've just tried to execute the AcquireLicense service of LicensingSubsystem, but I get the same result).How can I import the Manufacturing license into my TWX 8 server?

I am using manufacturing apps to create assets here. I have 10 lines and each line has a number of assets. For each asset I have a few additional properties to define.I need to go to each asset I created and define these properties which is going to take some time. Is there any faster way to do it? I do not want to go to composer and define it because I don't fully understand the abstraction of the "add additional properties" function in the manufacturing apps UI (for example a value stream is automatically created in the backend etc??? just guessing here). If it is fully okay to go composer to use thing shapes I will do that, but prefer to hear the thoughts of developers here first.PS: The current UI does not remember which kepware tag I last accessed so for each asset I have to traverse the hierarchy of my kepware tags repeatedly. Can this be set up as a feature request? Also if the tag field is made an editable string, one can quickly copy, paste and edit rather than traversing.
