Hello, Regeneration is not happened properly in Creo schematic and i get the Error " Error Occured While loading the Catalog". Reference snap attached. Please suggest to fix the issue   

I can't add a new oriented view.The button is disabled.Why ?

what i should do if i wanna to paint some shapes or fill an colorful rectangle box in Creo Viewer via the Graphics :"Graphics g = axpview1.CreateGraphics(); " in winform apps i can do this ,but it's seems doesn't work in Creo viewer control AxpviewLib.Axpview in winfrom app, the rapint is okay ,you can drawing any things in winform including fill the shape with color    

Arbortext IsoDraw allowed for a visual angle definition via the creation of oriented grids (see included image).  Trying to match these IsoDraw angles via x, y and z orientations in Creo Illustrate but can't come up with the "math" to do it.  

Hello, we download the CreoView-API 19.1  and find samples how to get files INTO CreoView.But our case would be reading CreoView files and extract the geometrie data. So getting access to the mesh elements and the document structure. Is this possible at all? Maybe somebody can guide us to the right documentation regards  Markus 

If I open a MBD model in Creo view, is there a way to have the note text for a flagnote pop up when it is clicked on? This is something I have seen done on 3D PDFs.

So we just installed Creoview 9 last week.   (Just saw the patch notes for 10) Well the patch notes confirmed my spatial searches were messed up. I work with some very large assemblies and usually convert them to PVZ to manuplate them and chop them up on my computer for faster processing and load times.   So I was attempting to do that yesterday and today and the largest file it can make now is around 4.2 Gig and then after that size is reached it just red stops all other parts from being able to load and has that little red dot by the part name.  If I create another file with the missing parts and load them seperately in a creo view it works, But when i try to create another PVZ file from multiple viewables that file then fails to load due to some zip file message and is completely useless all together. Will try to load 10, but if I have the same issues is there an older archive of creoviews to download?

Hello,  as per default, Creo Illustrate names the steps within a sequence "step 1", "step 2" etc. If I insert a new step afterwards at the beginning, it will be called after the last step created, e.g. "step 50", which doesn't make much sense. I now need to rename all 50 steps manually which takes a lot of time. Is there a way to achieve that Illustrate renames all steps in order without "step" - just "1" "2" "3"?My version is Creo Illustrate 9.0

I am using Creo Schematics 7.0 7.0.0.0pdf export does not display properly dashed lines, labels, reports (text is within case on Creo but outside case in pdf export).Only workaround so far is to use third-party pdf printer (time consuming, especially with different documents with multiple pages to print)

I just noticed that a suggestion from 2014 is closed and inactive and its almost 10 years later and nothing has been done. There should be an Adobe Illustrator Export option n Creo Illustrate as there is in Isodraw CADProcesss.  An option to export in vector AI format. Why isnt there?   Why are almost all ideas ignored and not implemented?  Why is dealing with PTC usually an exercise in frustration?   Answering any of these questions would be good and actually surprising... 

I have a connector that has 186 pins and only using 44. I want to cut the connector at the 44 pin location and delete or hide the remainder part of the connector from view. I used to be able to do that in Pro/Diagram, I'm almost sure it can be done in Creo Schematics. Thank you

Is there any way to speed up 3D rendering in Creo View? I am working with a 4K monitor using a mid-range graphics card. Simple models render nice and smooth. However, as soon as it gets into the realm of some 100,000 polygons, the FPS drops off a lot. The only view mode where I can rotate even very complex models smoothly is Wireframe, so it could be that the hidden line calculation is the problem. With Creo Illustrate, is it possible to export sections with hatched section faces as a vectorial PDF, including the hatching? In other words, in the exported PDF all lines, including the hatching, should be vector lines, not bitmaps?

Hello,Is it possible to create a callout within an inset? So the leader line should end within the inset area. Now, when I select an object within the inset and attach a callout to it, then the leader line of the inset points to the corresponding object in the main model, but not to the part within the inset. Because the inset is much more detailed it is better visible where the leader line of the callout points to.We use this functionality a lot within our company, so this question is quite important to us.Thanks in advance for your answer!

Is there a detailed tutorial on how to create and use explode lines?  Explode lines are not intuitive and and seem sprout from unlikely places..   which makes them a PIA.  i never end up using them and end up creating my own...

Hello all, as I have learned here in the forum 😀, and which also works very well 👍, if I want to show only a small area of a model, I proceed as follows: 1. I define a 3D page and place the model next to it. Then I create a detail that I place on the 3D page. I hide the connecting line. My problem now: I want to show an enlargement (detail) of this section. 2. I can now show a detail, but the detail aerea is on the model next to my page. 3. when I move the detail area to my detail, it is empty. Question: Is it possible to create a detail view of a detail view? Hello all,I don't know if I understood correctly the handling and organization of the "standards". That's why I tested a little bit. If possible, please comment on what I have done and asked: 1. I have created with my own individual standard "Ramon-Standard-01", in which I copied the "Creo Standard" and then extended and adapted it. 2. when creating new CI, I have selected my standard "Ramon-Standard-01" before linking the pvz file. 3. all further changes and additions in "Ramon-Standard-01" I have made with the administration tool. 4. when reopening a CI whose standard is "Ramon-Standard-01", the Ci takes over all changes made to the "Ramon-Standard-01" (and reported it in a small window).--> Important: The time stamp of the changed "Ramon-Standard-01" has to be younger than the time stamp of the "Ramon-Standard-01" from the CI! 5. alternatively a batch run can be executed for the update of a CI. But the batch run is really only necessary if you want to upd

Hi all, sometimes I get a render image shift (displacement) on the 2D figure (see attchement). Any idea why? Until now I could allways move the render image back into its correct position and everything is fine. Expect to obtain the Creo Elements / Direct Modeling configurations of the subassemblies in the Preset Explode  of Creo View  Description:In the help you can read that "You can use the Preset Explode function only if the source data has top-level explode states defined".  This is the structure on Creo Elements / Direct Modeling.  The objects are stored in Windchill.The visualization of Sub-Assy1 is a monlith visualization  and the visualization of the Top-Level-Assembly /Tops-Assy is a strutcure visualization. Only the Modeling configruation  off the Top-Level-Assembly is available in Creo View in the Preset Explode   We also expect to obtain the modeling configurations of the subassemblies in the Preset Explode  of Creo View
