Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: I need to customize the order of which tabs are displayed on the Part. In my case, Custom-ActionModels.xml I only have the structure tab, because, when I create a sub-type(like TestPart), I want it to start from a clean layout, nothing else except Structure tab should be there but I do not mention the 'Details' tab in the xml, and create in in UI using customize option, the Structure tab is always coming first. I am able to drag and reorder but that order will not be the same for all users. I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.2The class StructuredAnnotationSet is depricated. Is there a replacement class? We only have 1 row of the data in the StructuredAnnotationSet db table, but if we start using annotations after WC 13, what table will they be stored in.

Version: Windchill 13.0   Use Case: Production system is Windchill 13.0.2.1 and several VMs running a mix of Creo, NX and Office workers. In the recipes I have a worker exit on error code for 13032. Now I have an NX drawing triggering that code... but I still need to publish it. Is there a good process somewhere to work through this error to get a successful publish? Description: An NX drawing (NX2312 running on publisher with WGM 13.0.2.0) doesn't publish because of the "worker exists after job on 13032 error" line. What can I do to publish the file via the CAD worker despite this error?     

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.2Please include khushbu.vijayvargiya@hcltech.com , satishkumar.krish@hcltech.com , gokul.duraisamy@hcltech.com in the mail communication.We are using OOTB Rest call of Documenet Domain "GetDocStructure" and we are using expand query "Structure($expand=Document($select=ID,Name,Number,Version,Description,State,TypeIcon,FolderLocation);$levels=2),Document($select=ID,Name,Number,Version,Description,State,TypeIcon,FolderLocation)" to fetch the require details.but we are getting issue in this service as it is not giving us the result in same order of document what we see in windchill. In every hit it change the order of child document hence it is causing the issue for user to view as same in windchill.

Dear all,the requests to the OOTB and Custom OData Rest Endpoints are executed per default in the MethodServer context. We would like to implement a Custom Odata Rest Endpoint which should be executed in the Background Method Server Context, due to the concerns regarding the performance. Is there a way to configure \ customize the Odata Rest Endpoints such that they can be executed in the Background Method Server context?   We have a Cluster Configuration with Dedicated Cluster Master and LoadBalancer Hardware.    Thanks in advance.

As per the title, how do you update string iba values without iterating. I know this is possible but cant seem to find the code to do so at the moment. 

Hi there, I want to display a "released by" information on my drawing.I created an alias attribute with this mapping:  roleBObject@wt.maturity.PromotionTarget~roleAObject^wt.maturity.PromotionNotice~primaryBusinessObject@wt.workflow.work.WorkItem~theWorkItemReference@wt.workflow.engine.WfVotingEventAudit~userRef^wt.org.WTPrincipal~name=name@wt.org.WTUser~fullName The attribute works great so far and lists all User's Full Names, which were involved in the process. The attribute should be shown as parameter "released_by_alias".But in Creo no such parameter is listed. What am I missing? 

Hi, I have written java code using Windchill API to create WTPart. Object is getting created but added IBA values are NOT getting displayed on info page of the WTPart object in UI. IBA values are getting added to attribute container but not getting associted with created WTPart object. Can anyone help me out please? Thanks, Rekha Bhosale

Hello, We have configured Navigate using Windchill-based authentication. However, the customer is now changing the ThingWorx and Windchill server URLs. Other than below pointers, anything else need to take care? Add the new ThingWorx URL to the allowlist on the Windchill side.Update the Windchill URL in all integration connectors and configurations. Thank you in Advance. -Abhiram

Version: Windchill Below 11.0 Use Case: I want to open visualization of parts and assemblies on Creo View directily by Windchill. Our Client uses Creo 8 so that's what we use. I have just installed Creo 8 with everything in it (Creo View Express 9.1 included).Description: When trying to open a Creo View visualization by Windchill either by clicking on thumbnail (the thumbnail works just fine, zooms and rotates) or by Open in Creo View option,, this happens: - On Windchill integrated in CREO: it just pops a IE error webpage that says its not possible to open this webpage, "Some content or files on the webpage require a program that is not installed".
