Some students cannot log into Windchill project Hi,My FTC team set up a Windchill account/project last year, but because we were a rookie team, we were overwhelmed with new stuff to learn and never used it. I did load in the KOP (don't remember the process I used) and think it is OK as is. Today as we were accessing Windchill as a Creo team, a couple of students could not get in despite having a PTC account. The message they received was Any idea why two students got in and two did not?Also, we are looking for a clear process to follow as a design team for checking out and checking in parts and saving new assemblies, etc. to Windchill.
