Hey there. I have one problem with my creo parametric 2.0 and have sent some requests to ptc academic support. Since no one there is responding, I guess there must be some people in the community who would like to help me out ^^I was doing my homework and have to use Creo Parametric 2.0. When I opened it, there was a warning window and said that "License request failed for feature"got a nice pic hereseems like my license has expired. It was a license for student and last for one year i guess.So, can I extend my license somewhere or what can i do so that i could go on doing with my homework?Thanks a lot and have a nice day!

I am a Technical writer and am new to this tool-I need to find out how to use ISOdraw with windchill. I have worked through the tutorials which are included with the program but they did not help with importing and exporting.

Has anyone else been told by customer service that a script error in the Learning Connector is caused by Internet Explorer 9.0?Twice now, a Java update has causes errors with the online help part of the Learning Connector. This is a fairly recent occurrence but very persistent. The 1st time I contacted CS and when they connected to my computer it magically fixed itself (something to do with remote desktop... or something else not disclosed)... anyway, a few days later, another Java update installed and the problem exists again.This morning I get awoken to tell me that this is an IE9 issue and I need to downgrade to IE8 (This is a factory install of IE9 on Win7)...Last time I tried downgrading IE I lost a bunch of functionality. It basically toasted my entire OS (Windows XP IIRC).Is PTC really that far behind their programming efforts that they cannot even keep up with browser updates? I started testing with PTC Creo Express and then I downloaded the student version and they are very different, can I get a student version of the express one?

I want to thank Adrian for his patience in handling my requests for assistance.I will summarize my situation. I have TI SmartRF06 boards with TI CC2538 System-on-Chip (SOC) that include 6LowPAN radios for communication with a local router that can bridge traffic to the internet. These devices run an open source OS called Contiki which offers a quite rich programming environment based in a dialect of C. The OS includes support for Web Socket requests as well as ordinary http socket usage. I did not want to resort to the Thwx SDK for C if I did not have to. we are starting a project with the year 9 students to do shopping trolleysthis is the basic wheel they will be using .I am 3D printing at the moment and then they will construct their designs, after working them on Creo. This was my first model/Design on Creo 3,and I found it quicker and easier to use.

I'm new to the Starbase program. I have a couple of computers that CREO will open up. When you click the close arrow on the window that shows the starbase logo it doesn't close. If it does close and I set my directory and open an asm it shows it on the left but you can't see it on the screen.

THe book says that the files can be found within my computer but ive searched the PTC folder on my computer and have found nothing. I did find some files but not the ones that are specific to the book. Where can I find these?
