Hello!I have downloaded Creo Parametric 3.0 with students licence (for a univeristy). I somehow can't seem to be able to download the Mechanism Dynamics extension. I need it for trying out a conveyor belt design that I am making. I even saw the following link, that was supposed to provide the extension, but even in that the mechanicsm dynamics is providing with a 404 error.Related Resources: Creo Student Edition Extensions - PTC.comhttp://www.ptc.com/products/creo/mechanism-dynamics-extensionCan someone please tell me what is the problem here, and how can I solve it? The version says it has mechanisms enabled, but I can't seem to be able to download it. Can I use the mechanism in some other way/some older editions?

Hi! So I downloaded the free student version of creo, but I skipped the licensing step. I skipped this step because I could not click on the box to enter my license number. The box was strangely blocked. I was hoping to finish installing everything and be able to go back and input my license info, but I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone help? Thanks

Some times it will crash on my first extrude or round, some times I can work for about 5 minutes before it crashes. I have a quick question about the national challenge map. Are the UAVs allowed to fly around the no-fly zone? Also, can UGVs reasonably drive through the no-fly zone? Thank you.

hi,i'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in aeronautics ,i started using creo since last semester as my professor said its a  a very good software,recently i upgraded from  creo 2.0 to 3.0 but whenever i tried to open creo parametric but it displays a error code 0x0000000b can someone please figure it out ..

I changed my wireless card from an n to an ac card. The software did not work when I did this. I changed the card back again to the n card and the software worked so the card change is the cause of your software not working. I don't want to use the n card on the computer anymore can I use another licence on my computer so I can use the ac card?

Hi,I create a thing in ThingWorx Composer, and try to bind remote properties with the thing properties; it works fine when there are 300 properties,but then it's more than 400, error reports:"Error：Unable to bind things: error to trying to process message: context cannot accept multipart messages bindrequestmessage"Does anybody know why this happen? Is there any limitation for the number of properties bound to remote thing?Thanks,

Hi Fokswhen trying to export this design as stl. its coming up 'Unable to triangulate highlighted surfsce. Aborting output'now this part has just been extruded and shelled, so what am I doing wrong?any help appreciatedJeremy

I have a sad tale to tell which may or may not befall others therefore I share it with you and hope someone can provide an answer.  Last week my old faithful AMD FirePro V4900 failed due to overheating because the fan failed. Finding out that is what had caused my m/c to crash turned out to be a detective story in its own right so no more on that.   Got a new card same make same model(?) installed it and configured with the latest drivers for same only to find PTC CREO 2.0 was very unstable and crashed the m/c.  AMD concluded a faulty card.  New card arrived installed and configured only to be presented by the same problem.  Eventually got it to behave by changing the graphics option in the config file to 'd3d'.  Works a charm, fast and stable, and all is hunkidory.  Check with Tim and find that, in CREO 3.0, Direct3D is not supported. What am I to do?  Upgrade or not upgrade that is the question. I think have another glass of Malt Scotch an

When I run creo 3.0 parametric, it comes up but along with a message display expressing the different viruses and problems it detected. It says the problems have been resolved, but it will not let me use creo and the program freezes. I cannot click anything besides the error message and have to end the tasks of the program. How do you get around virus protection so I can begin to use the software program?

‌Hi, we have drawn a design for a stool, it starts as a truncated cone Upside down,  we cannot seem to turn the 3D part into a sheet material version to create a flat pattern.  Needed so we can construct it from Bendy Ply.  Does anyone know of any tutorials of demos around similar work?

Hey there. I have one problem with my creo parametric 2.0 and have sent some requests to ptc academic support. Since no one there is responding, I guess there must be some people in the community who would like to help me out ^^I was doing my homework and have to use Creo Parametric 2.0. When I opened it, there was a warning window and said that "License request failed for feature"got a nice pic hereseems like my license has expired. It was a license for student and last for one year i guess.So, can I extend my license somewhere or what can i do so that i could go on doing with my homework?Thanks a lot and have a nice day!
