I downloaded CREO 11.0 after making an education account but I can't find the actual licence file it is asking for at the start of the installation page? I also clicked on the don't have a licence box and I couldn't upgrade my account either, Please see screen shot attachment, Any help on how to find a student licence file would be appreciated, Thanks Jason 

not getting link of installation after submitting student details

After purchasing the student license and attempting to enter the license key to enable the product, I receive an error message below after some time, with no explanation provided. I have checked that my IP address is correct and ensured that it is not an issue with the antivirus. I even restored my PC to factory settings to see if the problem was on my side, but the issue persists. For this reason, I request a response or a solution to resolve this. Thank you and good day. 

Hello All, I was trying to reach out to PTC, as i want to establish Center of Excellence in our college in India for CAD Design [Creo] and PLM [Windchill]. But unfortunately, I get the meeting scheduled with person based out of Europe or outside country.So they decline the meeting saying " I have to get the contact who is from India " and they provided the contact email ID wherein there is no response as such to my email requests.Can anyone help me with the proper contact, where i can start discussion in establishing the center of excellence in our college in India. Thanks, 

The  version is CREO 10.0.0 student edition, and I can't find any setting or option that can change language.It is now in Chinese version, but I want to change it to English version.I found all the available information, but still can't change it.

Is it possible to download a different monthly version as a student? My university uses 9.0.8

I downloaded the trial version of Mathcad Expess Prime. It was written on the site that the full version of the application would be available for a month, but when I downloaded it, many functions ended up being blocked. Please tell me am I downloading something wrong or is this the only version available?

To access this area please Upgrade your account." How does one go about gaining the free access for a student? can't seem to get a license? Son is K12.

Been having issues with drawings in the student edition of Creo 10.  Apparently none of the symbols work.  I get an error message saying the files are incompatible for my version of creo.  

I have just started learning the basics of Creo Parametric (version 11.0.0.0) using PTC tutorials. In one of the exercises, a step instructs: 'Right-click in the graphics window and click References. The References dialog box opens.' However, when I right-clicked in the graphics window, nothing happened. How can I open the References dialog box and complete the steps? Please help. Thank you!

Hi ptc community,   I installed creo 2.0 for students with the installation guide, but if I open it i got a Message :   ' Creo Parametric is shutting down. Cannot register Quality Agent insufficient User Acces. Under administrator priviliges, *either customize the Creo Parametric installation to enable the Quality Agent,                                                  * or run Cre Parametric once to allow proper registration. '   I hope someone can help me, it would be really nice! Thanks in advance!   Jeff 😞

Dear PTC!I ran into a problem after installing Creo 9.0. When opening the program, the message "You must register the Quality Agent in order to continue running Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) in Tryout mode; if you do not, Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) will shut down.Do you want to register the Quality Agent?" I get the error message "Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists.", if I click on the YES button, I get the error message "Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) is shutting down.If you call Technical Support about this problem, report error 0x 00000009." so I cannot use the program.I am a student at the Széchenyi István University, they gave me my license.Please help me to solve my problem.Thank you.

When ever I exit Creo and come back the working directory will revert to its original file location. It doesn't give me a prompt to save it to a config file or anything when i do change it. How do I save the working directory location? im using creo 8 student edition
