PTC Education

Been having issues with drawings in the student edition of Creo 10.  Apparently none of the symbols work.  I get an error message saying the files are incompatible for my version of creo.  

I have just started learning the basics of Creo Parametric (version 11.0.0.0) using PTC tutorials. In one of the exercises, a step instructs: 'Right-click in the graphics window and click References. The References dialog box opens.' However, when I right-clicked in the graphics window, nothing happened. How can I open the References dialog box and complete the steps? Please help. Thank you!

I installed creo 10 with student license and i receive this error. Could not run to quality agent Please help  

Hi ptc community,   I installed creo 2.0 for students with the installation guide, but if I open it i got a Message :   ' Creo Parametric is shutting down. Cannot register Quality Agent insufficient User Acces. Under administrator priviliges, *either customize the Creo Parametric installation to enable the Quality Agent,                                                  * or run Cre Parametric once to allow proper registration. '   I hope someone can help me, it would be really nice! Thanks in advance!   Jeff 😞

Hi my student version doesn't support core and cavity extraction (10.0.0.0) how can i learn the mold and cavity extraction. Please help me on this

Dear PTC!I ran into a problem after installing Creo 9.0. When opening the program, the message "You must register the Quality Agent in order to continue running Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) in Tryout mode; if you do not, Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) will shut down.Do you want to register the Quality Agent?" I get the error message "Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists.", if I click on the YES button, I get the error message "Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) is shutting down.If you call Technical Support about this problem, report error 0x 00000009." so I cannot use the program.I am a student at the Széchenyi István University, they gave me my license.Please help me to solve my problem.Thank you.

License key problem File format or not suite Please give me solution  

When ever I exit Creo and come back the working directory will revert to its original file location. It doesn't give me a prompt to save it to a config file or anything when i do change it. How do I save the working directory location? im using creo 8 student edition 

so I'm installing Creo on my new computer and I've downloaded Creo 8 but once I go to get a student license it says   "You are currently setup with a Basic PTC.com Account that does not provide access to this area of eSupport. This means that you may have an active PTC Global Support agreement however you have not yet Upgraded your Account to reflect your Support entitlements. To access this area please Upgrade Your Account." how should I get around this? 

Assistance is needed with Creo 11. I received the warning below during install and when I click on Creo 11 the pointer will spin but not open.  My processor is AMD Ryzen 3 3300U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

Recently installed Creo 11/10/8 on my new laptop (Dell XPS 13). The installation for Creo Parametric 8 had the following "completed with warnings" message: Creo installed successfully with some warnings.o Your hardware is not qualified for Creo Simulation Liveo Your hardware is not fully qualified for Creo Generative TopologyFor more information on hardware qualification, use the hardware check utilityCreo cannot detect the supported JRE version of Java 11 on your machine or the version installed is out-of-date and not registered. Creo supports either Oracle or Amazon Corretto Java 11 JRE. If you prefer to use Oracle JRE, PTC recommends that you install JRE 11 from here. If you prefer to use Amazon Corretto, you can install JRE 11 from here.  When I click the Creo Parametric 8 icon on my desktop to start the program, nothing happens. I have tried installing as admin and disabling my firewall. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

I have loaded Creo 9.0 K12 Student edition on our computers at school and I ran across something later on that mentioned config file that should be used for the How To Model Almost Anything curriculum.  Where can I get that config file so the software loads like the curriculum is expecting?

Creo 9.0.4.0 Educational Edition I came across this problem when I try to use a pin connection to assemble the component "SELF-LOCKING-MECHANISM.ASM".  The assembly was smooth and seems no problem, but when this is done I try to drag the component to see if its going to rotate correctly, Then this pin connection is not working and software had a small error reply, I cannot correctly drag this part.  The software tells me that "The connection "Connection_29" of component SELF-LOCKING-MECHANISM.ASM from CLIMBING-ASM.ASM with id path [ 132 ] will be suppressed because of invalid constraint(s)."   All the related information are highlighted in the pictures above.  Hoping to find any skilled people that can help me to sort this out.  Much Much grateful thanks!!!

HI team,I've been working on a drafting with multiple pages sheets. Here i need to change the size of the dimension;s arrow size in different sheets. In Detail properties, whole document's arros only changed, but I need to change it for a specific sheet, (For eg: In sheet 1- arro size must be in 3units and in sheet 2 arrow size must be in 6units. Because of the model scale.) Is it it possible to change? or is it a standard for the process? If any one know that process like config or settings please lemme know.Thanks in Advance

I have below code snap for Windchill 11.0 it is working but when i try to check with 12.0 the  LWCCommands class is not available deprecated is there any alternate?
