I have tried to download Creo 11 and 10 through Parrales on my mac, the software is able to download but once it finishes, I get these errors  "Creo Simulation LiveCreo Generative Topology OptimizationCreo Render StudioYour hardware is not qualified for Creo Simulation LiveWe are unable to determine CUDA version.Creo Simulation Live requires CUDA version 11.0 or later. Please check for compatible devices or try updating the graphic processing unit (GPU) driver.Creo Simulation Live relies on the latest graphics processing unit technology to provide its computation and visual experience and requires the following:• A dedicated NVIDIA graphics processing unit card (Quadro recommended) based on the Kepler, Maxwell, or Pascal architecture. Recently installed Creo 11/10/8 on my new laptop (Dell XPS 13). The installation for Creo Parametric 8 had the following "completed with warnings" message: Creo installed successfully with some warnings.o Your hardware is not qualified for Creo Simulation Liveo Your hardware is not fully qualified for Creo Generative TopologyFor more information on hardware qualification, use the hardware check utilityCreo cannot detect the supported JRE version of Java 11 on your machine or the version installed is out-of-date and not registered. Creo supports either Oracle or Amazon Corretto Java 11 JRE. If you prefer to use Oracle JRE, PTC recommends that you install JRE 11 from here. If you prefer to use Amazon Corretto, you can install JRE 11 from here.  When I click the Creo Parametric 8 icon on my desktop to start the program, nothing happens. I have tried installing as admin and disabling my firewall. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

I have loaded Creo 9.0 K12 Student edition on our computers at school and I ran across something later on that mentioned config file that should be used for the How To Model Almost Anything curriculum.  Where can I get that config file so the software loads like the curriculum is expecting?

How can I connect the codebeamer data with power BI for representing it.I am using the latest version of codebeamer and have descent amount of data which i want to represent in power bi.For this I will be needing to create a live connection between Code beamer and Power BI.Any leads will be appreciated.

Creo 9.0.4.0 Educational Edition I came across this problem when I try to use a pin connection to assemble the component "SELF-LOCKING-MECHANISM.ASM".  The assembly was smooth and seems no problem, but when this is done I try to drag the component to see if its going to rotate correctly, Then this pin connection is not working and software had a small error reply, I cannot correctly drag this part.  The software tells me that "The connection "Connection_29" of component SELF-LOCKING-MECHANISM.ASM from CLIMBING-ASM.ASM with id path [ 132 ] will be suppressed because of invalid constraint(s)."   All the related information are highlighted in the pictures above.  Hoping to find any skilled people that can help me to sort this out.  Much Much grateful thanks!!!

HI team,I've been working on a drafting with multiple pages sheets. Here i need to change the size of the dimension;s arrow size in different sheets. In Detail properties, whole document's arros only changed, but I need to change it for a specific sheet, (For eg: In sheet 1- arro size must be in 3units and in sheet 2 arrow size must be in 6units. Because of the model scale.) Is it it possible to change? or is it a standard for the process? If any one know that process like config or settings please lemme know.Thanks in Advance

I have below code snap for Windchill 11.0 it is working but when i try to check with 12.0 the  LWCCommands class is not available deprecated is there any alternate? To whom it may concern,hello, I'm currently installing Creo 6.0(Student edition), however, I clicked and accessed the setup.exe multiple times, and it's not working. I can't even get to PTC's menu. Can you please tell me if there's any solution to the problem? Hello, I installed the creo student version for prepare some work for my lesson in unversity. I want to add symbols on my draw. when I press on surface tolerance -> galery he crash with error:  xx.sym was created by commerical creo and is not compatible with creo student edition. the error comes also when i delete the file (he go then to the next .sym) so means complete lib symbols is not compatible. I tryed already a re-installation and repair but nothing helped do someone have a idea?kind regards 

Good morning. Last year with this same email I bought a student license. A couple of days ago I changed the notebook so I no longer have access to mathcad. When I enter the application it asks me for a product code, but I don't have access to that anymore, now I need to enter my account with my license.

error with license generation, software will not pull new license down when installing Creo License Server. is there a log anywhere of what "error" means exactly?

Hi, my student license for creo 9 expired and when I followed the tutorial on how to restore it a new error occurred.  If I click NO the creo shuts down if I click YES, a message appears: and then it still shuts down.
