Hi, I am new to CREO and I was trying to model my stapler but can't seem to figure out how to create this part. The circle comes out a bit from the curved surface. I have attached what I have so far and would appreciate any suggestion that I can get.  Thanks.  

I installed PTC academic 9.0 on a PC and it's working. Now I tried to disinstall and reinstall it on my laptop but I'm getting an error during licence installation. How can I solve it?

My mathcad 7 prime keeps changing spellcheck language by its own. It is set to danish by default (also in my template) but everytime i put a text box in and write just one letter it changes to english?? also in my older previous documents this also happens and when i write in a textbox that IS changed to danish it corrects to english again and says "mixed languages" what to do???

I am having problems importing my parts into an assembly project. When I am inside the project as such and try to import the necessary parts, the computer does not load them and the screen goes blank. Any advice you can give me to solve this problem?  

Hello everybody,   I just downloaded the zip file for the Creo 9.0 student version to my Windows 10 system. After unzipping, the "setup.exe" does not launch. Even when running as administrator, the load icon appears and then nothing happens....   Does anyone know how to get Creo installed?   Thanks in advance!        

After entering the product code, clicking Install Licensing and logging in, it then processes for awhile but will then return Error!

My license is expired and I wanted to renew it by running setup.exe. I am stuck at this point because of the erorr. The product code should be correct for Creo 8.0.4.0.I tried reinstalling, still doesn't work. How can I fix this?

Hello there I'm facing a problem with downloading the Creo 9.0 university student version every time I download it it keeps giving me a Trial Version for only 30 days so what is the solution for this?

The screen shows only a black screen, and the toolbar, when I open a file. I reinstalled creo, but the problem persists.

Upgraded to a new laptop and now have an issue then working with Decals during rendering. The decal will appear on the part, but the laptop then crashes and traceback log created which is attached. wondered if it is a graphics car issue?  Laptop has an onboard intel card but also an nvida cuda card. Any ideas?

Hello everyone. I'm a student, and I have PTC Creo student license. I want to try free 30 day trial of Mathcad, however I can't find any Zip* code in the form they ask for. Any help is highly appreciated, thank you.

When I try to launch CREO the installer via setup.exe, a loading symbol occurs and then nothing happens (the pragram exits, no running task in taskmanager). Happens with CREO 9.0.0.0, 8.0.4.0 and 7.0.8.0 on two Devices (Desktop running Ryzen 5 5th Gen and RX6600 XT, Surface Pro 7 with i7 and 16GB RAM), both running Windows 11. 

hi, it is now "Creo Parametric 9.0.3.0 Trial CloudPlay"    when I run it as administrator, the same thing happens....it also then removes the file from my downloads folder   I have also tried to email  "Creo-Trial-2@ptc.com"  as the download page suggests, but the email bounces back as it is setup only for internal PTC users

Hi!I have some difficulties renewing my student licence for Creo 7.0.2.0. When I try renewing it, it says my account is not verified ("Client non vérifié"), as shown in joint screenshot.I tried solving my problem following the diverse steps described in this post  :Renewing my password (I was careful not to use any special characters and only used a-b and 0-9).Removing the existing licence from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing and reinstalling the licence through the setup.exe from the installation folder. (In this case, it gives me an error but no information on it)Uninstalling everything from PTC and reinstalling it.Using the reconfigure.exe file from C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 7.0.2.0\Parametric\bin.Is it a known problem?
