Hi  How do I get the Simulate lite application on my Creo Student download..Only Creo parametrics is avalible. among the aplications when installing Creo 9.0. https://www.ptc.com/en/products/education/free-software/creo-college-download/thank-you Best regards   

I followed the instructions on the given PDF for downloading and installing the latest version of Creo and when I try to input the product code given in the PDF it just errors out and says it's an "Invalid Product Code".  

Student edition Creo Parametric 8.0.  Pro/Program will save the Input section but not the relations.  It also is not regenerating the model.

Can anyone help me figure out what am I doing wrong? I've tried installing in multiple different computers, different versions of the SW and I cannot get past the invalid license file or format error.    

Student has Creo Parametric 8.0.  When trying to get into Pro/Program, the student gets, "You do not have the proper access privileges to perform this function."   I found this article.  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS28921 But why can't this student get into this function?   I know students have done so in the past.

Hello, I am having a problem with the Creo 8.0. It gives me a fatal error when I try to open an assembly I made prior. I have followed the steps by the following link on download config.pro as well as change the content in it. However, the system still gives me the fatal error. How to Fix "Fatal Error Encountered. A traceback ... - PTC Community Please let me know how I can fix this issue. Thanks

I am getting a -10 error feature/license expired. I'm following their renewal process and it's just not working.  Cannot really find a legitimate way to contact them for help the site is not helpful and very circular.  Simply trying to renew my student license.  When the software loads there is a PTC License Renewal prompt, then when I enter my info (100% it's correct info), it just tells me 'Customer not verified'   Thanks,  -Steve

Hi! Im trying to start the reconstruct function to work with a mesh, a message in reference with the license appears...Should that function be available in the educational version? or it is dissable?  Thanks!!!

Following the provided document, I enter my product code under the node locked license generation, and it sits and spins but doesnt respond... please advise    

This message appears every time I try to open a parametric file in CREO 6.0 simulate. My classmates have been able to use simulate with their licenses, am I doing something wrong?

Have a student license but when I try to enter the license code BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 it gives an error instead of accepting the code.

I tried to install Creo 7.0.8.0 by following the "PTC Creo 7.0 - Student Edition - Quick Installation Guide" (I deactivated real time protection, cloud based protection, manipulation prevention, controlled folder access, smart app control, the firewall, made sure there were no old licenses and ran it as admin) but the installer won´t even start. I am running win11 22H2 and there was 7.0.2.0 once installed but it´s now uninstalled. I tried searching for similar entries in the forum but the informaton I´ve found seems to be conflicting. There are entries suggesting that that´s what happens when the installer doesn´t support win11 but support articles state that win11 is supported as of 7.0.7.0.

I use BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 for license to install Creo 8, then a window comes up for login. Hi Guys..  Hope you all well and in good health too. We have 34x Pc that already have Creo 7 software inc license, now the license has been expired, so that students cannot use it until i have put new license on it. How can i obtain new License and re-register it onto currently Creo 7 software.   Please help. Kind RegardsBhav

Good Afternoon,  I am currently using Creo Parametric Student Edition to design a FSAE racecar chassis as part of my university team. Recently, we migrated from Creo 6.0 to Creo 9.0. With the new upgrade, it seems we have lost access to the standard AFX license and are now on the AFX Lite version. This means that we cannot have more than 20 tubes and is a major barrier to finishing our design. I know our old Creo 6.0 license had AFX included, so I was wondering if there was a specific step I missed when configuring the download or did something change on the license end.  Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I Need to download MathCad 7.0.0 beccause I have a student Licens for it. It worked for me once and suddenly it stopped working and i could not open the program. The I tried to reinstall it again and then I could not use my licens.I tried a lot of things again and end up with reinstall it, and then I could only get Mathcad 8.0.0 which I dont have a licens for.A found a way to get Mathcad 7.0.0 but it still would not take my licens code. I got a new licens code to try with, but it still would not take it.I have only used my licens on one computer. right know I can only find a way to get Mathcad 8.0.0.I dont what to do, I cant get MAthcad 7.0.0. installed on my computer and it want take my licens.The first things is that i dont cant find a link to download it, it only allows me to download Mathcad 8.0.0.

unable to launch creo due to missing files. creo was installed and then uninstalled due to the setup trial being installed. I am trying to run ptc as a student version. pop-up reads ( Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. please contact technical support if the issue persists. report error 0x06000012

Hello, I am trying to reinstall the newest version of creo (9.0) on my personal Computer. When I am trying to install the education license an error occurs: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". I have used Creo 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 for uni projects before.Thanks for your help in advance.
