I tried to install Creo 7.0.8.0 by following the "PTC Creo 7.0 - Student Edition - Quick Installation Guide" (I deactivated real time protection, cloud based protection, manipulation prevention, controlled folder access, smart app control, the firewall, made sure there were no old licenses and ran it as admin) but the installer won´t even start. I am running win11 22H2 and there was 7.0.2.0 once installed but it´s now uninstalled. I tried searching for similar entries in the forum but the informaton I´ve found seems to be conflicting. There are entries suggesting that that´s what happens when the installer doesn´t support win11 but support articles state that win11 is supported as of 7.0.7.0.

I use BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 for license to install Creo 8, then a window comes up for login. I log in with my account and then authentication failed.What am I doing wrong?I am a student at the Carl Benz School in Karlsruhe--------------------------------------------------------- Translated the below topic from German to English at 10am IST on 19th September 2022. Hi Guys..  Hope you all well and in good health too. We have 34x Pc that already have Creo 7 software inc license, now the license has been expired, so that students cannot use it until i have put new license on it. How can i obtain new License and re-register it onto currently Creo 7 software.   Please help. Kind RegardsBhav

Good Afternoon,  I am currently using Creo Parametric Student Edition to design a FSAE racecar chassis as part of my university team. Recently, we migrated from Creo 6.0 to Creo 9.0. With the new upgrade, it seems we have lost access to the standard AFX license and are now on the AFX Lite version. This means that we cannot have more than 20 tubes and is a major barrier to finishing our design. I know our old Creo 6.0 license had AFX included, so I was wondering if there was a specific step I missed when configuring the download or did something change on the license end.  Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a trial edition of Creo supplied by Tarek Makhlouf and I no longer have need for the trial software.I need to uninstall the software. I need instruction to remove all bits and pieces of the software from my computer.Please supply the needed information.

I Need to download MathCad 7.0.0 beccause I have a student Licens for it. It worked for me once and suddenly it stopped working and i could not open the program. The I tried to reinstall it again and then I could not use my licens.I tried a lot of things again and end up with reinstall it, and then I could only get Mathcad 8.0.0 which I dont have a licens for.A found a way to get Mathcad 7.0.0 but it still would not take my licens code. I got a new licens code to try with, but it still would not take it.I have only used my licens on one computer. right know I can only find a way to get Mathcad 8.0.0.I dont what to do, I cant get MAthcad 7.0.0. installed on my computer and it want take my licens.The first things is that i dont cant find a link to download it, it only allows me to download Mathcad 8.0.0.

unable to launch creo due to missing files. creo was installed and then uninstalled due to the setup trial being installed. I am trying to run ptc as a student version. pop-up reads ( Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. please contact technical support if the issue persists. report error 0x06000012

Hello, I am trying to reinstall the newest version of creo (9.0) on my personal Computer. When I am trying to install the education license an error occurs: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". I have used Creo 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 for uni projects before.Thanks for your help in advance.

I am installing a student verson of Creo, and it is saying that the license file that I have has an invalid file type or format. I am currently going to Bradley University and trying to install Creo 7.

I was download creo 7.0 student version. In my installation process license identification was successful completed but source file invalid. 

My goal right now is to have the properties of a few Things that, when changed, are updated in a DataTable which is in a separate Mashup. The guide I somewhat worked off of gave me info on populating a DataTable but only by writing info into a number/text box and clicking a Button to add and update the table. If there's a tutorial more closely related to what I need done that would be appreciated.Background: My overall project is a home security application. We've already created a Mashup that changes the On/Off value property of a few Things(representing sensors for us). We have a simple Slider that can change from value 0 or 1 and will change the color of a Shape that sits above the slider to physically represent the sensors On/Off state for a user. This all works and bindings make sense so I am positive that our On/Off property for our Things is correctly being changed.I'm saying this because I've been having trouble binding this information onto a Data Table, and am not sure whethe

I am having problem installing CREO software (student version). I tried uninstalling the software and try installing it a couple of times but now are getting an error message during the License Identification step. In the Simple License Entry product code field, I enter the product code and click Install Licensing, after a short time then the error shows up and stop installation.How can I proceed?

same issue as found online in a forum, cant install creo, after submitting my code and trying to install licensing it's stuck on processing, all my antivus are disabled.

hello:everyone. When I change a wireless network, the host id will change, and the license will be displayed as expired, and creo cannot be opened. my creo is 8.0 student edition.

Installation process does not start.Firewall and all virus blocker are switch off.Running setup.exe as admin brings no action!How I can start a successful installation process?

Dear Sir or Madam,I purchased the Creo Student Premium Edition on 26.07.2022 and sent my certificate of enrollment to ptc.nam@digitalriver.com on the same day . On 29.07.2022 I received the order confirmation with my product code.To my problem:After calling the installation, I was able to generate the license with my received product code. However, in the next step, the application selection is empty and I could not proceed with the installation. In my assembly, I want to create holes on top of existing holes so that they refer to each other. However, the existing holes do not have a center line, so "coaxal" dimensioning does not work. So is there a way to create a hole inside of one of these holes by only using their lateral surfaces (as well as the surface upon which I want to put the hole)? An example would look like this (notice that the existing hole does not have a center line):

The standard screws I downloaded from the https://www.traceparts.com/de website cannot be opened in the Education Edition, it says the part was created by the Commercial Edition, How do I solve it?

Hi, I have creo parametric education edition and am working on an animation file to present an assembly, I took all the key frames and everything and worked on it for a few hours before I accidentally clicked 'close' it asked if I wanted to save it and of course I clicked yes and saved before I noticed it was saving to a weird directory, I then opened the animation tab again and saved it to my own directory before working on it for another few hours. Once I was done I saved it to my own directory again and closed Creo. When I opened Creo and the assembly again though, it automatically opened the original animation file from earlier without all my progress and seemingly no way to open my new directory file. I have the file and can see it in my folder, It is a .pba file type. Is there a way I can again now open this or import it into my assembly? Thank you
