Hi,    After i always got an error with the code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI, i managed to install CREO Student Edition with the Code i found here in another topic, BE600908EDSTUDENTEDK12. Now i get an Error starting CREO parametric, which says Lichense file does not support this Version. Can anyone help?   Thank You and best regards 🙂

Olá. Depois de baixar todos os arquivos. Clico com o segundo botão do mouse e aperto em "executar como administrador" no arquivio Setup.exe.O problema é que nada acontece depois disso. Não consigo instalar o Creo Parametric 6 e nem o Creo parametric 7. Preciso urgentemente para realizar as atividades da Faculdade de engenharia mecânica.

Hi, Our license ran out for the students!  How can we renew?

After looking at many questions and solutions posted here, I finally give up.   The license I requested does not seem to work properly with my Creo version. I have tried the key I am supposed to use, two others from the forum, the license files from my email are also added.   What else can I do?   This is the second machine I am trying this install. On the other it worked fine - is there a way to port the license in case it is restricted to one machine?   Thanks in advance, Moritz

Hello,     I am teacher on technical faculty and I recommend my students to create their engineering project in Mathcad. The grey message of Mathcad express behind the calculations makes them little hard to read and as I am going to check over hundred works each year, I would really appreciate, if the watermark could be little different. Good example is Autodesk's students versions, where i.e. AutoCAD drawing has the message that the file was created in student's version around the printed drawing. If such change would be possible, at least for students, it would be great. Or at least if the grey color could be little lighter. Anything, what would make created pdf more readable.    Thank you O. My license code number not supported, its seems to be an error

As I go through the installation steps beginning with the licensing after I enter my order number and then I am prompted to enter my login information, which I do, the installation process freezes for a minute then a red ERROR appears. Please Advise.

Hello everyone! I had following issue when trying to install the creo 7 application: The common files could not be installed because apparently the creo 7 Platform Services were not installed, althroug the were. The problem should be clear in the attached screenshot. Here it says the requirements for the common files which are creo 7 platform services are not met. Above it says the creo 7 platform services have been installed. I would like to restart the whole installation process because I had other issues before which I solved but may have caused this one. But I used a License Key from my school and do not know wheter I'll be able to use ist again. Thank you all in advance!

I am unable to download the Mathcad software I purchased onto my windows 10 computer. It gives me an error saying it cannot run on my PC which has a 64 bit operating system.

Hello sir ,previously I have installed CREO 2.0 but it is uninstalled now I installed CREO  7.0.2.0 but CREO parametric showing "License request failed for feature ".  my license expired on 5th march 2020. what should I do ,please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

A student of mine had a license out of date error since he had taken an earlier course using CREO Parametric 6.0. He since tried to reinstall and ran in several issues. I worked with him to fully uninstall all PTC programs and delete all folders containing any license data (like ProgramData\PTC and any QualityAgent folders for PTC). We seem to run the install fine using BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI, but got Error! instead of Success! I ran into this before when a student tried to install too many times.Please let me know how I can assist this student. We are using CREO Parameric 6.0 since that is our school's on-campus license.

Hallo !habe die Installation schon mehrmals gemacht, rebootet und Dateien im Programmordner gelöscht - hat nicht geholfen.Alter PC, auf dem Creo2 funktioniert hat ist leider defekt.Neuer PC hat Win 10. Obwohl ich gesehen habe, dass Win 10 nicht in der kompatibility Liste von Creo 2..0 aufscheint, hab ich eine Installation gewagt. Beim Starten von Creo 2 Parametric kommt der Fehler: 0x06000003 (Qualityagent kann nicht gestartet werden).Also mit VMware eine virtuelle Maschine mit Win 7 Prof  aufgesetzt - aber gleiches Fehlerbild: 0x06000003 (Qualityagent kann nicht gestartet werden).Hat wer den Fehler 0x600003 auch schon erhalten - und wie beseitigt?Vielen Dank!

Hello!   I imported .dxf file into Creo. The program doesn't want to extrude it, at least not the part I want.   Here is the procedure to repeat my "error":1) Open Creo.2) New. 3) Uncheck "use default template -> Choose "solid_part_mmks_abs".4) In Creo, click "Sketch" and choose a plane.5) "File System" -> select .dxf file.6) Place file on the plane.7) Click "OK" (after some time many markings appear).😎 Around 100 times click "No" on these windows (and then I got file "Bookend.prt"): 9) Try to extrude the part between lines (I also need to extrude all stars, but this is a detail).   Step 9 is the one which I am unable to do. I can select the space between lines (see image below): and when I click here, then message "No geometry was created" appears in message log: What I tried to do is make a "negative" of this model, so I would substract this negative from a cylinder and then get the final relief I want. Can you please share Creo Trial Installer

I'm a student who is using PTC Creo 3.0 Student Edition, I have installed the software on my laptop since September of 2016, and it works great without no problem. But yesterday the software crashed and started works very slow, when I try to do a sketch or access the menus its works very slow. I think the problem is not in the computer's hardware, because the software works great until yesterday. I have others CAD and design programs on my computer and I've checked them, for make sure if I had a problem with the graphic card, and there isn't any problem with them. I have windows 10 and also all the drivers updates.I have checked the forum before and I saw a similar post about it, it mentions about modify the config.pro file, I followed all the steps and tried it, but the program still have the same problem.

When I attempt to install Creo 7.0 using the Academic Installer, the Installation Assistant never moves past where the screenshot shows. What might be causing this?
