I downloaded Mathcad Prime 11.0 Student Edition and was activating the license when I got a pop-up message saying to try again later due to server connectivity. After trying again, I got a message that I had reached the maximum number of license requests for the product. I have also called support and was instructed to come here. Please help!

I'm a mechanical engineer who's been using Creo Parametric (formerly Pro/ENGINEER) for over 20 years.  If I were to start a beginner level Creo Parametric course for local High School students, what free training materials (from PTC or other) - books, PDFs, online tutorials - would you recommend we use?  Also, any idea who at PTC might be willing to provide support in this endeavor?  Got an email address for them?  Any comments regarding students using self-paced online Creo Parametric training with or without an instructor/mentor in the same room?

I am a university student, and want to use the 9.0 version of Creo for my class. I ran into an issue where the the licence is "not suitable". How would I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

When I try and run Creo 9.0 on my laptop it's giving an error and saying it can't register with the quality control agent and is shutting down. Any thoughts on how to fix this?  

I am trying to install creo 10 for college projects and i keep getting an error message when i input the license code. I know its right cause I've input it several times. Its through my university

I installed creo 11 but it stated that its installed with a warning, which is that "Creo cannot detect the supported JRE version of Java 17 on your machine or the version installed is out-of-date and not registered. Creo supports either Oracle or Amazon Corretto Java 17. If you prefer to use Oracle, PTC recommends that you install Java 17 from here. If you prefer to use Amazon Corretto, you can install Java 17 from here.". What does this mean?

During setup the ptc software, I need to input the license number.  But I haven't received any license code when I check the email. 

Hello,I have recently upgraded my study laptop, and desired to transfer my licence from my old one.however, when utilizing the platform i understand to be for it, on the customer support center, i recieve the message:"Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com."Am i really not meant to be able to move my licence from my old laptop with a student licence?Any tips or ideas as to how to solve it would be greatly appreciated.

Fiz o download da versão 12, fiz a instalação, cadastrei a licença mas ao tentar abrir o programa esta aparecendo esse log de erro anexo, alguém sabe me explicar o que devo fazer ? 

Hi,I am a uni student who uses Creo 9.0 student edition as part of my degree, we are required to follow the student edition download procedure. I did so and it was working for almost 6 months. I took a 1 month break from creo. I went to reopen, and it said license expired, I couldn't find how to renew it so I deleted creo and all ptc files in order to re-install from scratch. After installing it, I typed in the license number I was given and now it says status is "Not Suitable". I can't find any information on this issue. If you can help me in any way, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks. 

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my current software from Prime 10 to the Prime 11 student version. I purchased my license in March this year and would like to upgrade to access Python features as well. Thank you!

If I try to log into my PTC account in the license activation program for Mathcad Prime 11 I get this message: "the http request was not allowed with client authentication scheme anonymous"I tried logging in from different netwotks, deactivating the firewall and all anti-virus programs as well as setting a new password. With my data I can log into my PTC account at the website, so the data is correct.

I've seen the other solutions, but those get me back to Creo 8 licensing problem, and so they are not actually real helpful. So, I'm asking for direct solutions.

Hello,My CREO student version 11.0.0.0  license expired yesterday 10th of august 2025.I don't know how to renew it, I am in a big trouble now, as I was working on a large personal modeling project since more than on year... Could someone help me ?

Looking for a way in a drawing to show the back side of a connector with all of the positions for where a wire could be to be numbered. So in a drawing once the connector is shown (like the ide view from the flat harn file) I can add that photo along with a table to show where each wire goes in the connector. I know I can just show a view of the rear of the connector but I don't know of a way to add numbers or letters and make it something that I can save and just drag in when needed. Added a picture of what I'm looking to do.

We want to export a pvz as obj (or any other 3D-format that Unreal Engine supports).If we import the .pvz as geometry model into Creo Parametric, we get a few error reports without context. The export for all other components work fine but the ones with errors don´t get exported with them.If we import it as automatic (or facet) to Creo Parametric, we have no errors but 0 triangles on export.Are there any reasons why some components are faulty imported as geometry model?We did not create said pvz file, could this be a problem on the creators side, either while creating or exporting?we have tried pretty much everything we found online, please help!!

We are looking at moving our younger students to use Onshape instead of Creo. Mainly as it is web based so student can use a home as it wont be limited to a Windows PC. However for our   A-Level and GCSE Students Creo would still be the go to programme due to the increased features it offers and the rendering capabilities. I understand that OnShape can export STEP IGNS files etc but is there anyway Creo can open an Onshape file which can be Edited  in Creo Ie retains the model history. On  one webpage I found  it doesn’t mention the option to export directly to Creo   But I can see this option on the education version. Is this a possible future update to allow both to work together?

I want to simulate my designed pneumatic gripper. It works with a pneumatic cylinder. I want to move this pneumatic cylinder with the tool "linear motor". The motor should simulate the compressed air which can be turned off and on. A compression spring works against the motor (in real: pneumatic cylinder). So when the motor (in real: compressed air) is turned off, the spring pushes the piston back. How can I edit the linear motor that it turns off and on automatically every to seconds and how can I edit the linear motor that it can be turned on and off by myself whenever I want?

I am not able to install the CREO Education software version 11. I am getting error in the license tab. I have tried many times but couldn't get through it. Please find the attached screenshot of the error.
