Hello,I am a student and have an academic product code for Creo Parametric. However, I am receiving the error message:"You have reached the maximum number of license applications available for your product type."I installed and reinstalled Creo several times, and now my product code is blocked.Could you please reset my license activations so I can install the software again? Otherwise how to do?Thank you very much.Your product code: (BK120908EDUNIVERSITYED)And my license source was automatically set when I could still put the code. Except that it was marked as unsuitable. What to do?

Hello dear ptc community,as you can See in the first picture, I created a bolt and now want to make a thread using the helical sweep tool. Although when I select 'remove Material' it removes everything except for the thread (2nd pic) instead of it carving out the thread so I'm left with a spring-like shape. Am I using the tool wrong or is this a bug? Note that I am fairly new to Creo and CAD in general. Thank you in advance 🙂 here you see the base of the bolt
Dear all.Does anyone know if it is still possible to download the Creo 10 program? I would also need instructions for installing the student version.Thank you in advance.
Does anyone know how to download Simulate in applications tab on PTC Creo 12 - University Edition? It is not available for me and I need it for an assignment due tomorrow. Please help.
Good morning,I installed a sample machine with a K12 education license.I extracted the creobase.p.xml and pma.p.xml XML files and performed a silent installation on two other clients with "setup.exe --xml PATH_TO_XML etc."The installation was successful, except that when I started it, it said:C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\LICENSEK12_license.dat does not exist. This is normal, because during the initial setup it asked me for my PTC account and released it immediately (on source PC)I'm wondering, is there a way to force the license request to the PTC servers for each client via the CLI? I can't have a technician go station by station to enter the product code and validate.
I followed the instructions and entered the license code BK800908EDSTUDENTED UNI, then my username and password (Message: success). Then I received the error message: invalid file or format.Creo 8Tested on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and on different hardware (64-bit)Virus scanning and Firewall is off How can I fix this?
Hello! @Alex_Cazacu I did as you suggested in this topic. I reinstalled the program, but after starting it, this message appears. It did not ask for an account and password. What should I do?
when i open creo its says "You must register the Quality Agent in order to continue running Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) in Tryout mode; if you do not, Creo Parametric StudentEdition (for educational use only) will shut down.Do you want to register the Quality Agent?"
Is the "Creo University Free Edition" available for all students, or does my university need to have some licenses for it? I am asking because my university for sure does not have any licenses for Creo. But if it would be free to use for all students, then I could still use it. I am from Germany. Thank you for your help!!Creo University Free Edition: Creo University Free Edition | PTC
I am facing issue with launching, I am unable to uninstall the software and re install as wellPlease give me any suggestion for the re installation of the software
Hello All, Greetings! We have a peculiar scenario in which a command or set of commands work in one version of Creo Parametric but does not work in the other. Solidify does not work in a direct manner on an offset surface/quilt in Version 11.0.1.0 but works straightaway in Version 11.0.5.0 by selecting the surface and it finishes the task!...I wish to know what made this difference. Are there a few patches installed in the later version, I mean. How can we know what is the difference between the two versions? Where can I find this information? I will appreciate if someone can please provide guidance. Thanks a ton.
I want to take a licence or take 60 days free. I'm a student, please give me free use.
I had an issue with my computer and had to reset / fresh install Windows. On Login, I see: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." After searching high and low in these forums, I found this link, which is also not helpful:https://support.ptc.com/appserver/lm/programs/licensing_programs_v.jsp It says its meant to "Transfer an Existing Student License" (which I think is what I want to do) - from https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Tips/Transferring-Mathcad-Single-User-or-Student-license-from-an/ta-p/819143#M1600 but it gives the same unhelpful message that says: "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com." Isn't this the whole point of the transfer tool?Incredibly frustrated after purchasing the license.
I have an Education version of Creo 11 but need to move this to a new PC. The nature of the existing license does not allow me access to the licence manager tool or e-support. Is there anyone who can give me some advice please. Many thanks
Good morning, Our school robotics team is currently participating in the FTC competition, and we’re in the process of organizing all the models in Onshape. The "FIRST team" kindly shared a file with us, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to identify the material of the parts used in the model. If someone could assist me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!
