Hallo, ich benutze Parallels da ich einen Mac habe, vor kurzem installierte ich dann dort Windows 7 Professional 64 bit um Creo 2.0 student zu benutzen und zu installieren. Erfolgreich installiert, aber wenn ich ohne internet öffne kommt der Fehler mit der Lizenz und invalid host... ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll, und die Fehleranleitung mit den verschieden Netzwerkkarten funktioniert auch nicht da nur eine gespeichert ist.Was könnte es sonst noch sein?Danke im Voraus!

I am trying to figure out a problem that has been plaguing us here at Western Dakota Tech for some time now.  We are using ~30 student editions and it only happens on the computers of one or two students every semester and I have not been able to narrow it down to anything common between these computers.We are using Creo Parametric 2.0 M050.When they click the Open, New, Assemble, or sketcher pallet buttons the dialog box starts to come up and then it just sits there and thinks – sometimes for 1 or two minutes before it comes up and lets them continue the process.  Every now and then Creo will just completely crash when using these dialog boxes.  It’s like something is getting stuck whenever Creo needs to access a file from the hard drive.  Creo starts normally and no other programs have problems with the open process.Is this a known issue with a fix?  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this are appreciated.

1) I drew 6 sequences using Creo Illustrator, saved them in PVZ format, and then extracted PVI files from it to open in Thingworx Studio.In Thingworx, the first two sequences are well played but the others are not played at all.Can it be resulted from any file size limit?2) I attached a Thing mark on a curved surface of the stuff which I worked on.The Thingworx View app on my smartphone rarely succeeded in recognizing the Thing mark.I guess it is because a Thing mark contacts only with a single tiny point on the curved surface of the modeling.Is it impossible to place a Thing mark on a curved surface?3) I applied multiple concatenated fade-in and fade-out effects as drawing a sequence in Creo Illustrate.When playing the sequence, however, the effects are not rendered except the last one.Is this normal?4) I used some symbol objects such as arrows in Creo.But I cannot see any of them in Thingworx Studio.Is this normal?5) It takes too long time to download a modeling in Thingworx View.My

Hi, i've been using Creo 3.0 Student Version in my laptop and in my College's pc. I used to learn CAM in my college's pc, but today i can't even create the manufacturing file. Is there any extension that i have to download? thanks in advance

I use Creo 2.0 Students Edition to learn it and I'd like to know if the auxiliary applications and J-Link are available in the Student Edition or only in the professional editions?Currently the Auxiliary Applications button is disabled.

I've installed the student version of Creo Parametric 3.0 M110 and the software won't even open when I try to open it. I'll click on the icon and literally nothing will happen, I've tried reinstalling it, running as administrator, and nothing will work. HELP!

I purchased creo 3.0 premium student version and the install manager will only let me install creo 4.0.  That's fine except the license only works for creo 3.0.  I have emailed ptc academic support 3 times since feb 1st.  I have received nothing.  I just want one of them to work.

I have made academic account (and received the confirmation email) in order to download PTC Creo. But when I try to log in my account to download, it says such a usename doesn't exist! Please advise.

How to Install PTC Creo 2.0

I'm attempting to merge a series of parts in an assembly.I have assembled all the .prt in the .asm and all parts are fully constrained.I have then assembled a blank .prt into the assembly. I then follow the procedure: Component dropdown > Component operations > Merge > Blank .prt in model tree > Ok > Parts to be merged in model tree > Done.The blank .prt which I have attempted to merge the existing parts into then fails to regenerate.I have checked that all relevant files are using the same units from File > Prepare > Model Properties.What should I do to resolve the problem?Thanks.

I keep getting an anomalous error message when trying to complete a Pin Connection.  Firstly I am working in a Simplified rep with just the parts I need in the rep. I set the axis constraints and they seem OK, I set the Translation constraints and they also seem to be Ok. In the Sim Rep I get connection complete as you would expect.  I then open the Master Rep and the same connection here gives a message "Failed to satisfy motion axis settings"  I do not understand what is going on, can anyone shed some light on the situation?

Hi. I have a structure which I'm trying to perform a linear static analysis in Simulate on. The structure is a series of rectangular frames with a sub-series of diagonal members. When I applied a transverse out-of-plane load, I found that the diagonal members were not actually "connected" with the rectangular frame, even though in the .asm the diagonal members actually intersect the rectangular frame. Hi! I am trying to complete revolve feature from the wheel.ptr exercise (PTC academic program, Module 5, Page 9) When I accept the sketch, software shows this message "All entities should be on the same side of the axes revolution". Can somebody help me? Do you know what is the cause of this message? If have drawed the arc and the line just like the instructions. Thank you in advance.

I ran setup-schools.exe, entered my PTC account information, then it stops for some seconds with the message "Please wait while we retrieve your license" and then it shows no products, and the window is marked as "Not Responding" by Windows.

I have an assembly of several parts and want to split some of the parts and then delete them. Referring to the attached figure, I have several parts which go past a rectangular frame which I've defined. Is there any way I can "delete/trim" these excess parts?Thanks

I am having a compatibility issue with the recent update. Seems like my student edition is not being updated to the latest version. Is there going to be an update available for the student license soon?
