I've loaded Creo 8.0.2.0 and CreoView Adaptors 8.0.0.0, I copied the install folder to a central location and have set my protk.dat paths to that location. I've double checked the paths in the protk.dat by using the dir command in a command window to list those files. I've done this many times before with Creo 4 and earlier, no issues.  With Creo 8 I'm getting this error: Creo Toolkit registry file: C:\Users\haigh1\pro\Creo_8_Home\protk.dat: cannot spawn application `proe2pv`; read error `No such file or directory` I'm having similar errors with other toolkit applications we have. All have worked fine in Creo 4 and previously.

Is there a way share or transfer my map keys to another user? We both use the same version of Creo, but on separate machines. Any instructions available or point me in the right direction?Thank you.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.3.0I've been trying to give myself access to the ModelCHECK config_init.mc ( in C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 10.0.3.0\Common Files\modchk\text\usascii\config). I am the sole user and a system administrator on the the machine. Hello, I'm trying to upgrade to Creo 10. I received my license text files through email. I went to the software download page and got the latest version of Creo 10 (Version: 10-0-4-0) and downloaded the .zip file. The problem I'm having is that the setup.exe file does not seem to work. When I double click or right click>run as administrator nothing ever happens and no installation window ever opens. However, when I go into Windows Task Manager I see a process called "PTC Installation Assistant" which is running. If I don't end that process I get an error when trying to re-run the setup.exe file which states "Please exit the already running installer or uninstaller first." I was able to successfully run the "install_license_server.exe" and it recognized the license lm___.txt file and installed the license server successfully. That does not seem to help getting the setup.exe file to work. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise. I've seen a few possible solutions on this foru

I was using Creo (v10) under a school given license for about 4 months. Since this license only worked at campus and I needed more time to work, I decided to add the online student license that my friends recommended to me.  At first, it was not working and continued to operate under the school's license and did not work away from campus. Then I went on my desktop to Creo open file location> Reconfigure. Here I went to the licensing page where I only found the student license. I accepted and went through with everything hoping that Creo would now work under the student license like how I wanted it to.Instead, now every time I open Creo it says that I must register the Quality Agent for Creo to keep running and when I allow it to register it it says that Creo is shutting down under code 0x00000013. It might be helpful to note that when I first installed the student license under my laptop and it did not work I installed it on my PC and did a project on it meanwhile. hello, i had creo 9 before working perfectly fine, but wanted to upgrade to creo 10 and this is what is showing me once I installed it, any advice on what to do? 

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0I have a colleague, that runs Creo parametric version 9.0 on a Dell precision 3640, but creo will maybe crash 4-5 times a day with little to no warning, minus the not responding ciricle from windows. We went through the complete uninstallation and reinstallation multiple times, and even led to wiping the computer to try solve the issue. We removed any other applications that could have been affecting performance. The pc is also connected to 2 27 inch monitors displaying 2560 x 1600 resolution, but the issue still remained.If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear, thank you.

After downloading Creo 10 student per the directions given in the instruction PDF, I have continued to get the two errors in the image below. The 1st error says "Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if this issue persists." which is followed by "Creo Parametric Student Edition (for educational use only) is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required in this edition.
