Hi everyone, let me start by saying I am very new in Thingworx.   My goal is to use MsSQL database to log data coming in through Kepware (OPC). I am trying to do so using a Value Stream, pointing locally to a thing which contains all the data I want to store, and a Persistence Provider that connects it to my database in MsSQL. All the properties have the checkbox "logged" active, and Data Change Type is set to "Always". The data is coming in fine, and I also verified connection to the database with an additional thing using the MSSqlServer template. This thing is configured exactly like the persistence provider (using JDBC driver and connection string) and I can successfully send queries to the database.   I do not get any error message in the diagnostic logs, nor configuration errors, but the properties I have configured in the Value Stream are not coming into the MsSQL tables (or no table is being created in the database).   Am I doing something entirely wrong? Hi,   I'm having Service which will returns the Mashup name as result output based on condition. I will bind the service result (Mashup Name) to the navigation widget. Here we can assign only the fixed popup width and height . This popup size will be same for All popups. But My requirement is I want to Show the Popups with different size based on mashup name. Hello,   On the chart widgets there is a property named, YAxisFormat, that is given a default value of "0000.0". My question is, what is the format string that equates to whole numbers such as, 1, 2, 3, ... etc.?   Thanks

Hi , I am looking to show Entity names in Dropdown box , i have three Things created by adding BaseTemplate as whatever Created ThingTemplate. but in DisplayField of Dropdown widget i have selected name, and its showing me all three Entity or Thing names in Dropdown but i want to show only few (two). Hi, I have a CSV file and I have simple request which is to upload this CSV file to thingworx. When I try uploading from data, it didn't work. When I try to upload from Import option, it didn't work. I don't want to upload data with parsing. I want to upload whole data at a time. Is it possible? My data is clean, there is no problem, but I cannot upload data. By the way I'm workin on PTC Cloud, because desktop version for ubuntu cannot be installed any way.   Thanks.

Hii,Actually i created mashup, I want to display a pdf file in a mashup (webframe), but the problem is that when i click on a grid i download the pdf file instead of display it in a webframe. Can u help me to do that.. I attached my screenshot below.

Today, many of the IoT devices in field are based on uClibc and mbedTLS instead of the glibc and openSSL toolchain. Is there any version of such a C-SDK available from PTC targeting such devices. If not, can the C-SDK be simply ported on to uClibc/mbedTLS safely?

I am not able to start my postgre sql. when I attempt to start, it stops immediately. Also, my "ThingworxPostgresqlStorage" folder is taking 198 Gb  space out of 250 Gb. Because of this my "C drive" goes full. I tried removing some files from this folder and attempted to start "postgresql serviece". But, again "ThingworxPostgresqlStorage" folder is taking lots of space. I am using Thingworx version 8.4. What is the solution for this ?

Hi Gurus, I am trying to find some information about integrating Thingworx and oracle Netsuite.  Has anybody done this?If yes, can let me know how in-depth your integration went? Hi,   I am facing an error when trying to delete an extension. I have deleted the dependencies but getting error as below when deleting the extension. Hello,   I am new at Thingworx and I am basically trying to set up a Time Series Chart to display my RPM on the Y-Axis and the date (HH:MM) on the X-Axis.  Now my questions: Which Service should I use to get my Properties (for example GetPropertyValues, QueryPropertyHistory,...) How are the Bindings on the the Chart I found a YouTube Tutorial according to this topic, but unfortunaley this was for an older version of the Composer.   I hope someone can help me here because I can't find any solutions for my questions.   Greetings from Austria Sebi8200

Using the .NET SDK 5.8.0.   I'm seeing a problem where if you remove a property from a VirtualThing's PropertyCollection then try to add the same property name back later it will throw an exception "an item with the same key has already been added".   This is very simply to replicate:   defineProperty("test", "", BaseTypes.STRING, new AspectCollection()); getProperties().Remove("test"); defineProperty("test", "", BaseTypes.STRING, new AspectCollection());   The exception will be thrown on the second call to defineProperty.  Apparently the call to .Remove is not fully removing the property somehow behind the scenes.  But if you examine the collection it definitely has removed it.  So maybe the property name is being stored somewhere else as well?   Am I doing something incorrectly with the removal of the property?  There is no other way to do it that I can see.
