Hi all   I'm create a Things based on MQTT Subcriber  and connect to MQTT broker. i'm using subcription on this Things with datachange events. When i'm change properties value with mqtt broker, the subcription is not triggered.  But when i'm use UI change value, the subcription still work.I'm changed Properties Data Change Type from Value to Alway. And  I have set visibility to ThingworxPeristentProvider for System User by reading similar topics but the situation is not changed.   P/S: I'm create a Things based on MQTT (combine connection and subcriber), it's still work. Please support me, thanks.

Hello, My ThingWorx Installation Fails with following Error: "An error occurred during Installation For more information review the Installation Log files" Can anyone help me with the Location of Installation log files where can i find them? Thanks

I am using pause function in a thingworx service. I need to know the upper and lower limits of this function and whether it allows decimal values

I am getting below error while trying to install extensions to Thingworx through composer EXCEPTION trying to load [file:/C:/Program%20Files/Apache%20Software%20Foundation/Tomcat%209.0/webapps/Thingworx/WEB-INF/extensions/thingworx-mail-extension.jar] with URLClassloader.addURL I have imported the above extension in other instances too .It got imported susccessfully. Can you help me on this?

In system repository, I want all document in all subfolders under a starting folder which is a input.  The actual path is - C:\ThingworxStorage\repository\SystemRepository\cName\mName\type\dName\sName\DetailedInfoFiles\csvfile.csv. The input is cName. From all subfolders of cName Folder, the restAPI search for files and return the filenames.  Any useful API is available in SystemRepository?

Hello  I am referencing the below link for salesforce integration with thingworx Connecting to Salesforce with ThingWorx | EACPDS On following the mentioned steps while authenticating salesforce session in thingworx , I came across an error -   I am a fresher and new to thingworx and also to salesforce , major aim is to integrate salesforce with thingworx, so help me rectify this error. I want to be able to turn scrolling off for everything except the main(parent) container. This way the page scrolls like a normal web app would. I have a parent container with many other containers within it. I can set the parent container to "scroll current container" and this works sometimes. One instance it does not work is if I have a collection widget in one of the child containers. I do not know ahead of time how many collections will be in this child container and thus I cannot make it a fixed size. The collection, therefore, scrolls even though I do not want it too. How can I turn off the scrolling for the collection and have it fit the container completely, or dynamically resize the container so I only have a single page scroll? Another example is if I have a label widget that pulls large text bodies from a DB that can vary greatly in size. How can I make the text dynamically resize the container it is in so that no scrollbar appears? This problem seems to only exist when

I have several projects that were recently migrated from Thingworx 8 to Thingworx 9.  In these projects I had  FileRepository Things where I was using the built-in GetFileListingWithLinks service.  In Thingworx 8, I was using the following syntax for the nameMask: nameMask = *.jpg | *.png if I wanted to search for either format in the repository.  This no longer works in Thingworx 9.  What is the new syntax for nameMask to search for files of multiple different formats?  Thanks!

Hi, I imported mashups from 8.4 to 8.5. Whenever I open the mashup, it asks to replace the deprecated widgets with standard widgets. But, we do not want to replace them and wanted to continue with the same. If we are not replacing and giving the option 'No' whenever it asks, will there be any problem in long run? And will it stop working after sometime? Please help us understand the negative impact of not replacing deprecated with standard widgets in 8.5V.   Thanks & Regards, Shalini V.

Hi, We are using ThingWorx 9.0. When we navigate to screens we developed, it doesnt display the css we have applied on all screens though we have used proper style theme for all screens. The buttons are automatically showing different colors. Unless and until we reload the browser it displays the style that we didnt apply. We faced this issue multiple times. where can I find mail extension in PTC market    

Hello, I'm workin on an app with Thingworx 9.1, user are able to create alert from the app. Know I'm trying to make them able to delete an alert. For this I'm using the RemoveAlert() function, to work it need alertName, property, persistent. I can get all this information from GetAlertDefinitions() service except for the property. And i didn't figure out how to get it. I can find it in the composer but I would like to make it work without the need of using the composer. Any idea ? Thanks

I have an issue while binding the output of my service to the dropdown widget. This is my service below when I execute it by clicking on 'play' button it gives me my desired output.   let alldata = Things["Paitent_Data_Table"].GetDataTableEntries();let params = {t: alldata /* INFOTABLE */,columns: "Paitent_Name" /* STRING */}; // result: INFOTABLEresult = Resources["InfoTableFunctions"].Distinct(params);   but when I add this service to the 'data tab' in mashup builder and when I expand all data tab of this service I am not getting data over there. but this is happening only for this service the other services are working properly.
