Hello ,I am using Thing Worx 9.3.0 version I have created 4 separate mashups which is merged in a single mashup like the below image like this it is showing now , I need to scroll every time to see whole mashup so instead of scrolling I want to add a expand window button so that when I click on it it should show the particular mashup  in a expansion form either in a new window or in the same window , if anyone has a solution to this issue please help me out with this.  Regards,Shree

As a beginner, I am actively seeking a sample project (not simple one but a bit advance) to accelerate my learning journey. By engaging in hands-on practice, I aim to enhance my understanding and skills in a practical manner. I have already done a sample project from documentation and i am looking into documentation these days. Anyone please recommend me an advance project or some other suggestion for my growth.

Hy! I searched a long time for this and couldn't find an answer that suits me. So I will try and make my own topic about it. I have data that is showing me on different Items different counts of good, bad and TU2. I would like to have in one chart the items on the x-axis then the good and the bad on the primary y axis stacked and overall the TU2 on the secondary y-axis not stacked at all. Now I tried a lot. It is working with the secondary y axis when it is not stacked, but as soon as I click stack series it also sets my secondary y axis on the bottom just as a thin line and doesn't show me the secondary y axis at all. Now as a sample of what I want to achieve I made an example in Excel. Is there a way to also achieve this in Thingworx? BTW I am using Thingworx 9.3 for this project I am working on. 

I am  creating one thing (large machine Digital Twin) with ~320 Properties(plc tags) We have seen connection issue with our Kepware server that usually resolve after a while, restarts etc. when trying to navigate the properties or import them at the beginning using All Tags via Manage Bindings) . Is this a common issue exceeding a certain number of properties. I can do this smarter by structuring kepware folders ahead of time, so the folder structure supports a more controlled import via manage bindings.(break down the properties in groups that summarize logically per function for example). I assume that will pay off later using getProperties, QueryPropertyHistory etc. in the Mashups.Are there any best practices out there, property limit per thing limitation. Most of our data comes through kepware from the PLC .directly 

 

As per the original post.    If we look into a .zip export of the audit logs I can see two variables:   { "message": "User session has expired.", "user": "RdmcInitUser" }   I therefore created token 'com.thingworx.things.security.SecurityMonitorThing.SessionExpired.Audit' with value '__message__ For user __user__'. Not sure if the missing token was fixed in a later TWX release (I am also on 9.3.4 where it is missing).

While exporting with two modeltags, it exported the entities which having combination of  both ModelTags instead of summing it up. How to export all the entities with union of both model tags ?

Hello Community, I am looking for a way to set entities "General Information". In particular I am looking to set the "Login Style", "Login Prompt" and possibly some other things of an organization from a service. I could find a "SetHomeMashup", but I can't seem to find any other service that fulfills this requirement.Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,Jens

Mail Extension was working fine`in thingworx server. Recently the server is upgraded to Ad-SSO. Now iam receiving the following error while sending mail. Hello everyone, I'm going to do an upgrade of my Thingworx system.I wanted to ask if the porting could be done directly from version 8.4.9 to 9.2 or you need to do an intermediate update.Is there any documentation for upgrading from this version?I was interested in understanding any incompatibilities between the two systems (e.g. extensions etc.)

We are trying to setup a Thingworx server with Azure PostgreSQL services. Reffered few articles.  ThingWorx installer fails to connect to an Azure PostgreSQL database ThingWorx installation fails on Azure PostgreSQL Here it says, Thingworx Foundation Installer is not supported on Azure PostgreSQL. Is that possible to setup a Thingworx with Azure PostgreSQL in manual mode of installation (without installer)?
