I Have a problem with an execution of service with JS.I maked a simple service to write 5 value into DATATABLE in the Thinworx Composer.IN THINGWORX STUDIO i make this function into Home.js$scope.save=function() {$scope.app.mdl['BEER_DRINKTEC_2017'].svc['putData'];};If I use the button event linked to the service, this works well and runs.if i recall a function save();or use directly  $scope.app.mdl['BEER_DRINKTEC_2017'].svc['putData'];   into antoher function , the service not running.THNXGiuseppe

According to my knowldege vuforia studio was renamed as thingworx studio ,but could not find it in any off the documents or blogs on thingworx studio and can anyoen provide a documentation for the same or could correct me of I am wrong and give me the right information   Kind Regards , Amar.

Hello Dev-Team.Since the last update to 8.0.3 (1.16.633) it is not possible for me to rename the Studio-ID, but only the "Friendly Name". The Friendly Name is represented the project tab to find easily my widgets, but for the js script I need to rename the studio ID.Thanks for the support!CheersMarco

When I run the thingworx studio installer named : setup.exe,  it fails and the log file says: (more info can be found in attachment)ERROR SUMMARYBelow is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.* Activation of https://studio-download.vuforia.io/downloads/ThingworxMobileBuilderApp.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:+ Activation failed.+ system can't find specific files。 (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Just helped someone who was seeing a difference between the Preview mode and what Thingworx View was showing. The experience was being developed for public access, so what was happening is that Preview mode worked because they were using their Studio credentials to run the Thingworx service. When they used Thingworx View, they were using es-public-access to run the Thingworx service. And es-public-access did not have the runtime permissions to execute the service.The error indication was found in the Application Log complaining about the Entity and Service not being able to be run.Don't forget to set your permissions for es-public-access so it can run your services!

Hi,I have a stp format file which was saved by 'Catia'.And I have imported it, changed its color from 'green' to 'red' and exported it as 'pvz' format.Then I built a Thingworx studio project using the pvz file(as a resource of 3d model), but it still shows green color.So I tried to change the color in Catia(using a CATProduct file), but it still shows green color.How can I change a color of pvz ?Thanks.

I signed up for the 90-day trial yesterday and have been unable to get into the thingworx studio. I get stuck on the loading page when I try to get in through Google Chrome and when I open the desktop app. The app says "Error occurred, check log" and there are quite a few errors in the error log. Any tips for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I found a problem, when I try to create a copy of my projects for showing new models.When I make copy of a project via Save As or Export/Import, project look correctly in preview:but in ThingWorx View (in device) does not load any resources (images/model):Has someone the same promblem or a solution  ?Thank you for each reaction.RegardTomas
