Windchill Navigate

Objective: I want to see list of drawings that are in 'PRODUCTION' state only. I've changed the Lifecycle State filter to include only 'Production', but after I run the search, I see drawings in different states such as 'In Work' , 'Under Review' and 'Production' etc. Is there anything that I'm missing related to the filter?      

I have a Infotable with Labels: Sr.no, MachineID, Description, Created-by, Time, Status. I want to update the infotable via a Mashup. The Mashup takes input MachineID and Description. There will be a Submit button. After the button is clicked, this information along with current user and time gets added to the infotable. How can I achieve this?

Hi. I'm testing on a local machine before deploying SSO to a real production system.The software versions are as follows Thingworx  9.3.2 (Navigate 9.3.0)Windchill 12.0.2PingFederate 11.3 I want to configure PingFederate as an IDP.I have finished configuring SSL for the three servers. But, the automation scripts in ptc guide articles do not work on Windows OS.Where can I find instructions on how to manually configure PingFederate?

Hi, Am using an Odata service with some filters, I use $select to select specific part properties among all. Lets say am querying a part detail in that, "GeneralStatus" is the property am looking for, but this particular property is not available in some of its child parts. Because of the am getting error for API call. {    "error": {        "code": null,        "message": "The property 'GeneralStatus', used in a query expression, is not defined in type 'Part'."    }}Question is, is there a way to skip the selection if property not available? so then we can avoid error coming from nth child?like, $select=GeneralStatus(if available),Name,Number thanks,Jankiraman

Do you know why the count number retrieved in Navigate's Service is different from the count number retrieved in WRS?When I created and ran the service in Navigate, I got odata.count: 35050.But the result of the search in WRS was 34179.When I logged the url accessed from Navigate and accessed it, it was 34179, so the numbers are different only on the Navigate screen.Why is this difference in count results?I am sorry if there are any errors in the text, as I am translating from Japanese.

Not able to find BOM file in Windchill 

Reposting here as wellWe are in process of upgrading our Thingworx platform to 9.3.3 We are using integration-runtime-8.0.13-b1669 Integration runtime. We are seeing below api timed out issue intermittently.  We are actively working with PTC on this issue (C16735337) however, the issue is sporadic in nature so we are not able narrow down what is the issue here. The client processor thread is not receving 200 response back from Windchill on the web request intermittently. We have been very stable on our 8.x enviroments in production for last 5 years. HI ,   I have installed thingworx on windows machine connecting to Azure SQL. I get below error in scrrenshot. Upon checking through the KB i didn't linsence file gnereated . I see F:\ThingworxPlatform\licenseRequestFile.txt . Good day,one of my tasks as ThingWorx-Admin is to move user from "available member" to "member" in an user group.Important: The username needs to have only lowercase letters to fit to the corresponding AD-group. As soon as a user logs-in with uppercase letters or misspelles the username, a new "available user" is generated. Hi ,  i am using  ESP8266  board.,  i followed the tutorial name "Connect an Arduino Developer Board"  and used the code given in it. By using Arduino IDE  i compiled and upload the code in it with necessary changes in code like WIFI  SSID name,  WIFI password, and in place of  const char TWPlatformBaseURL[] = "https://pp-2007011431nt.devportal.ptc.io"; the above code i have replaced it with my thing Worx server address which i am usually going to access it using url https://xxxxxxxx.thingworx.com and app key. also i have created AND  i have permitted the visibility of the resources to everyone  in the thing Worx composer and i have followed each and every step given in the ptc tutorial  but still my esp8266 board is not connecting to thing Worx, please help me still what changes I need to do in my code or what needs to be done in thing Worx ......   here is the code which i have compiled in my Arduino ide  /**

Hi,I need to upgrade Thingworx Navigate from 1.6 to 9.3, From the Thingworx Navigate Upgrade Support Matrix I saw that  I can upgrade Navigate from 1.6 to 8.5 and then to 9,3.But in Ptc software Download it seems that the release 8.5 for Navigate isn't available.Can someone help me?

Hi, Is there any way/service to get the BOM in order as it displayed in Windchill? every time I query REST Api to get part structure details by id it gives me JSON which always comes in shuffled order, so is there any filter or query that i need to apply to get it in the exact level/order that getting displayed in Windchill?  Thanks
