Good day,one of my tasks as ThingWorx-Admin is to move user from "available member" to "member" in an user group.Important: The username needs to have only lowercase letters to fit to the corresponding AD-group. As soon as a user logs-in with uppercase letters or misspelles the username, a new "available user" is generated. It's getting messy already, so I would like to delete all these accounts. Is that possible? Kind regardsMartin

Hi ,  i am using  ESP8266  board.,  i followed the tutorial name "Connect an Arduino Developer Board"  and used the code given in it. By using Arduino IDE  i compiled and upload the code in it with necessary changes in code like WIFI  SSID name,  WIFI password, and in place of  const char TWPlatformBaseURL[] = "https://pp-2007011431nt.devportal.ptc.io"; the above code i have replaced it with my thing Worx server address which i am usually going to access it using url https://xxxxxxxx.thingworx.com and app key. also i have created AND  i have permitted the visibility of the resources to everyone  in the thing Worx composer and i have followed each and every step given in the ptc tutorial  but still my esp8266 board is not connecting to thing Worx, please help me still what changes I need to do in my code or what needs to be done in thing Worx ......   here is the code which i have compiled in my Arduino ide  /**

Hi,I need to upgrade Thingworx Navigate from 1.6 to 9.3, From the Thingworx Navigate Upgrade Support Matrix I saw that  I can upgrade Navigate from 1.6 to 8.5 and then to 9,3.But in Ptc software Download it seems that the release 8.5 for Navigate isn't available.Can someone help me?

HiI like to avoid any discussions and issues with PTC and like to know if you have a named license to run Thingworx Navigate View can one run Creo View Lite ?I know one can purchase a separate license for View Lite, but we have some ThingWorx Navigate View's in spare.

Hi, Is there any way/service to get the BOM in order as it displayed in Windchill? every time I query REST Api to get part structure details by id it gives me JSON which always comes in shuffled order, so is there any filter or query that i need to apply to get it in the exact level/order that getting displayed in Windchill?  Thanks

I can't find Thingworx platform's ScriptLog, Where is the switch to controller thingworx's log?

I cannot verify exactly but have seen enough cases where I thought I might task field. We have some custom apps in Navigate controlled by a group. If your in the group, you get access. Randomly, users report that they cannot see the custom app tiles like they used to. Sure enough, I check and they are not in the group. Simple, you add them to the group and move on.     Except, I've seen a handful of these cases and was almost certain that these folks were there before. Has anyone see this or know the cause? Running 8.5.3. I guess I can make an export of the group and see if it changes in future to prove that they were there before and not now. Very strange.

I learned today that when you save an Annotation from Creo View in a CAD Document opened from Windchill, the Annotation is saved in the Content tab of that CAD Document in Windchill.   Cool! I want to be able to use this further and view that Annotation via ThingWorx Navigate (actually so manufacturing can see it). When I created a new Representation from Windchill, I was hoping the Annotation would be Published along with the CAD Document and that I would find it when I opened the CAD Document from the View and Measure in 3D App in Thingworx Navigate. That was not the case however.  Does any one know if what I am trying to do is possible? and if so how to do it?  I imagine maybe it is in the setup of the Publisher...  This is posted in the Windchill forum as well.

Hello, I am using REST to query WTParts. I currently filter for name, number and a specific type id.I also need a filter to search for all iterations of all versions instead of only the latest one.I tried providing a navigationCriteria but I actually do not know what to put in here. Does anyone know how to filter for latestVersion? Best regards

Hello, I built a mashup with a dropdown and a collection widget below.The collection widget contains a dynamic amount of mashups (items). Those mashups have a dynamic height. Using the dropdown I can switch between objects and display the data of the currently selected object.However, those objects all have different data and therefore the height of the mashup inside the collection widget is dynamic. I am calculating the mashup height in a service and using the property CellHeightField of the collection widget I managed to make it dynamic. Everytime I load the page (and the collection widget) the dynamic hight works fine.The problem is that the widget does not rebuild/refresh when the height changes when I switch to a different object using the dropdown without reloading the page of course. So basically the new height is stored in the CellHeightField but the widget / mashup does not apply the new height and keeps using the old height. When resizing the browser windo

Hello,   i just created a API class and an endpoint in Java (Using Windchill and Navigate). The endpoint is displayed in Swagger UI, executing it also returns the correct value (just a test string - no inputs for this endpoint)   Now i tried to execute it from my Navigate Thing. i added a new service in ptc windchill integration connector with AddServiceDefinition. Now the service exists and I can import it to my Thing services. But when executing i get this message: No service handler defined for service on thing windchill integration connector.   Does anyone know how to fix this?   best regards
