We've been trying to run HTML Reports on objects such as Test Objectives & Test Sessions. However this functionality does not provide the images (despite of the image's extension) in the report and instead show up as useless broken image icons.   Is there any way to include the images (or links to them) in the report? Also, attachments in the report are not clickable links. Is there any way to enable users to be able to download the attachments from the report?

Hello,I've got a problem with a single file that updates in both the main line and a development path in a project. I want to branch that file specifically to be updated on a developent path. I followed the process of creating a new development path, and from there, do the needed modifications in some files. At the time to do "check-in", PTC asked to branch the members to avoid those changes to appear in the mainline, which was OK. The problem is that one file that I needed to branch, was not branched for a reason and was updated both in the mainline and the only development path that I have. I tried to manually branch the file to the development path but I only got a branch that will be updated both in the mainline and the dev path. I tried to discard the changes from the change package but I get the error "The entry cannot be discarded since the ChangePackageMandatory policy is set. I've tried different thing as merging back the member to the mainline and then try to re-branch it to

when project name different from directory name where the project resides in, sharing with integrity create a new directory with the project name. When executing checkout from Integrity all files are checked out in the new directory. Is there a way to use different project name and directory name?

I am trying tp generate a PDFX conform file using Arbortext Publishing engine, and to do so I need to set the attribut outputIntent of the PDFX tag.I've looked on the documentation and all what it says is the outputIntent must refere to some sort of CDATA. and It appears the it's a file that contains the profile of the distination. I couldn't find furder details about it.So the question is, how to set this attribut (outputIntent) ? and is there a specific location in where I should place the file ?

For documentation purposes as well as for getting something like a complete data model I like to give out every admin object with it's referencesfrom our Workflow and Documents module.To our solution:We have defined own (==> from PTC Solution deviating) types and several other objects belonging to this (incl. Scripts).I now like to give out all of this stuff including infos:for a certain object:  what does it include ?for a certain object:  where is used ?for a certain object:  how has it been set up ?Reason:  Get an overview which allows to see where a change will be effective.Does anyone have an idea how to do this ?Waiting for any idea....Klaus

We're having major issues getting Test Objectives to print correctly. Everything is authored in Arial font and looks great on screen. However when printed, certain characters are displayed as weird symbols (sometimes Greek, other times it looks Russian - not sure because I don't read Russian).Extremely perplexing because everything looks great on the screen but when printed, it's impossible to know what the author meant.   Tried changing the font of all text and that didn't help. Problem likely exists with printing other items as well, but I have not tested it as of now.   Has anyone faced this issue in the past? What are the possible solutions? This is a real show stopper for us because testers need their objectives beside them when setting up the test and if they can't read the instructions, we have a major problem.

Hi Team, We have integrated MKS Integrity client in our product. Need to generate report out of file changes by using MKS SI command.Please let me know the command to compare remote and local file changes without MKS GUI.  I have tried to used "DIFF" command without gui but i am not sure where the files checked out in the filesystem. And i don't want to overwrite the local file changes also while checkout the file. Please let me know how to proceed further.Thanks.

Hello,This regarding PTC IntegrityRequirement documents having various Documents and each document having there sub-document. Every Documents/Sub-Documents having there respective attached file in the form of jpg, pdf, ppt, doc etc. whenever i do Export to excel then, A Excel sheet opens but didnt get any attachments in the sheet.So how/ Can we make attachment link directly to the excel sheet. the visibility should be seen in the excel sheet only.Thank You.

Hello,I wrote a visual basic script to extract information about all files in a project (and its subprojects). The filenames and their metainformation are stored in the extract.txt file.Afterwards the script parses this textfile and writes the retrieved information into several excel sheets (the file gets overwritten for each subproject). The problem is, that the number of files retrieved varies very much sometimes. If e.g. the number of files in a subproject is 3000, sometimes even only 1 file (the project file itself) is retrieved. To get information about all files for all subprojects (in my case 6) I have to run the script 5+ times and still need to have plenty of luck.After a little debugging I discovered that the problem probably comes from the <si viewsandbox> command itself. The extract.txt file, in which the full output of the <si viewsandbox> command is piped, contains the same (wrong) number of filenames/information that is parsed into the excel sheet, the transf

I am currently trying to get started with ptc integrity for requirements management. However, I am stuck at the beginning, due to the fact that I seem to be unable to create any project or document without having a configuration management license. The company I work for did not deem this license necessary. Nobody in the company is using ptc integrity so far, so finding some help is difficult. Is it actually possible to create documents or projects without this license? The exact error:MKS124789: You require an Integrity Client license with configuration management capabilities.I appreciate any help.

Greetings!   I'm currently parsing an excel, extracting information from there and I want to dynamically create a test case for each line of the excel. I already have extracted the information, but I have a problem when creating a test case using command line.   For example:   im createissue --type="Test Case" -> throws an error that says : "Can not create an Item of Type Test Case" (?)   but I managed to create a test step using the same command... im createissue --type="Test Step"   Is it not possible to create a test case from CLI ?   Please note that I have searched all the IMS manuals and I found nothing.   Regards, Adrian.
