The company I work for is upgrading to Creo 2 in the next few weeks, I am supposed to learn animation using creo2. Do I need a specific add on to perform animation?thanks in advance for any input.

Hello All,I have been having this problem for quite a while now. While using planer section option I am not able to see the section of the model. However the 2D section can be seen in the separate window but the model is not updated. I am adding a snapshot so that you understand the problem more clearly. You can see I have moved the plane by 100 units but the model is not changed.Please if anyone could help me on this.Regards,Shashi

Hi alls, What would be a good notebook computer for :- Using Creo occasionally, for viewing purposes essentially.- Most current usage would be MS Office.- Lightweight for traveling but with a big screen (touch screen ifpossible).- About 1000$ max... I have a little HP tablet PC with 2 graphic cards and it's works fine withCreo but HDD is about dead ;-(I think it's time to change 😉 Thanks for any (good or not) experiences or advices.GB

Folks,I created some constraints and I am struggling to get the correct results, or should I say what I think should be the correct result.As you can see above, I created a rigid link between the Pin, Bushes and the Arm. I really wanted to create a pin but for some reason I could not get the results correct either.What I was expecting to see was some load going thru the pin, but I don't see any?Any ideas or help ? much appreciated.CheersChris

One of our Product is giving this error when you try to add objects to a project.[cid:image001.png@01D067C7.DE2E3F30]I can add objects from a different Product to the project. So it's nothing to do with the project.What permissions would cause this? Has any seen this error? "A problem has been encountered with the browser. Please restart application to access the browser again." Only some users get this error some of the time. Anyone know what may be causing it?Using Creo 2.0 M130 and PDMLink 10.2 M020

Creo Parametric 2.0, M130:If you delete a "SEE DETAIL A" note, is there any way to get it back?I don't see it in the "Show Model Annotations" dialog. I tried selecting the detail A view, then right-clicked, picked Add arrows - selected the section view. No success.I tried redefining the reference point, the boundary, the boundary type - no success.In older versions I could show all notes to get it back -- which had its own problems but at least I could get it back.Yesterday I ended up creating a new detail view, but goodness that's the hard way around. Thanks All, I made a rookie mistake. I listened to the kid who told me he was online. So when I went to investigate the problem I never checked the online status which I thought was the problem in the first place. I took him for his word and assumed he was online. So now the old proverb comes true and two asses were created. (Really it went 4 asses deep) One with the problem who at some point answered YES to work offline, One who should be helping with these problems, one who was reached out to by the second and then finally me who ultimately got involved.Again fantastic exploder. 2 minutes to the correct answer. Even if I did know it before the problem even started.NOW for the bad news. I got answer in two minutes. Hallo!jeder von meiner Baugruppe hat einige Paramtern. Ich möchte sehr gerne in meiner Zeichnung von der Baugruppe ein Stückliste haben die die Parametern von die Teile enthalten. Ich habe im internet viel gesucht und was gefunden, dass ich die Spalten von Parametern an die Baume dem Teil hinfügen muss. Und dann an der Zeichnung, "Tebelle aus Datei" ancklicken und dann sollte ich suchen auf ein Zeichnung Tabelle in Bibliothek.. Ich habe aber dieses Tabelle Datei in meinem Rechner nicht. Diese Datei die ich bräuchte heißt struktursrk_a4q_alles.tbl Kann ich diese Tabelle irgendwo kriegen oder gibt es ein andere Weg dafür.Vielen vielen Dank.Beste Grüße,Edna

Hi,I have a problem, because my thesis supervisor uses Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 and I need to work on some files from his computer.As I see, there is only Creo Parametric 3.0/2.0 or 1.0 avaible for student to download, and they are not compatible.. Where can I get Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 from?And he has commercial version. Is there any way to work on his files using student version?
