I am unable to sketch anything in any plane please help me in resolving my issue.

how is this still not a thing in creo,the amount of time wasted making a sketch to drive a work plane that is centred between two surfaces could be calculated in hrs per year.this stage is a total waste of time, when all i want is thisdose anyone have a macro or something to do this?

upgraded to 3.0 from 2.0 and now some of our offset lines have lost references. is there anyway to fix these without deleting them?

I need hel trying to understand why Windows 7 cannot find all files within a folder structure.Here what I have:A top level called "Work"About 20 folders under the "Work" folderIn one of those 20 folders there are 2 files called: xxx123xxx.asm.1 and xxx123xxx.prt.1When I search for the string 123 Windows search only finds one of the files but not the otherIf I search for *123* then Windows find bothI rebuilded the Windows index but still have the same problem.Any clues?Thanks in advance,Ronnie Shand

Hello,I'm importing data using IGES files. I would like to use this data as a reference but can't seem to "select all" the data at one time. I have to manually click each vertex/line in order to provide a reference.Is there any easier way to select all entities in one shot to expedite this process? Thanks

long time back there was wonderful software going by the name of Pro/Engineer for 3D modelling.what happened to it?it was powerful,it was logical,had lots of capabilities,when ever you thought this could not be done in Pro/E..there was the functionality.then every body started copying it...Solidworks,Inventor,Solid Edge...yes all of them...and now they say that these copied software's are better......yes surely...u just had to copy the main functionality and then tweak it..and say we are better..so original right.never mind....what i do mind is...Pro/E copying user interface...of these copied softwares..instead of building on there own functionality.why have you lost your confidence....PTC?

Allow an Annotation to be related to another annotation/weldnote.Isn't this done by selecting Offset instead of picking a placement?

I could write a SolidWorks add-in to do this in about a minute, but I don't know the Creo API yet. Does anyone know if there is an option to do this or an existing add-in? I didn't mind the Window menu from Wildfire, but the tiny icon in Creo is inconvenient.Thanks

I have a table that I have been using that has "&todays_date" which has been working well and shows the date as 10-MAR-15.I copied this table over to another table, but similar and when I go to use this new table with "&todays_date" it works also, but shows the date as Mar-10-15.How do I fixed the format of the date when they are both "&todays_date"Thanks, Dale

I have downloaded 30 days of trial version of creo 3.0 on my laptop but I cannot find 'setup' folder or neither of 'parametric.exe'.Anybody can help me out to set up or run this trial version properly?Thanks.
