Hello, I can't find an efficient method just to hide the entire model except for certain model items.I want to perform this task without setting model items in Vuforia Studio, but only using JS.Any advice?thank you

Hi there,Is there smth wrong with spatial target on Android devices? I use Samsung S21 Ultra. When I put my model on floor or table, after a while it simply drifts away... Has smth changed in implementation? I don't experience such issues on iOS. 

it would be very helpful if you could set the center of rotation of a model widget in vuforia studio as you like

I have created model target for two object and created a database of the two object (Trained) and export the file.   I have imported the database to Unity    1) I have selected the imported database - here new object2) In model target showing the two object that I have trained - here "newcube" and "monitor" 3) I have selected the new cube and added a 3d object for detection on cube - place a 3d model of rubix cube - child of model target   4) Then selected the "Monitor" and placed a 3d model of monitor - child of model target     But my Objects are not tracking when adding two or more objects - when adding single objects its tracking    The way I have done is correct or not for multi target object detection please help @tmccombie @Suraj_Patil

After updating to latest versions of Vuforia Studio, I have come across certain issues regarding the animations imported from Creo Illustrate. Many parts within an assembly are hidden while previewing or after publishing them on devices. Few months back, the animations were running fine in Vuforia Studio but now, the parts seems to be hidden in preview. However, those parts are visible in 3D Canvas.The parts which are hidden are involved in the animation sequences. Also for few parts, I noticed the parts to be translucent or 20% opaque while no property was changed. In Creo Illustrate, the animation still works without any issues and I could see all the parts which were missing while Previewing. Is there a reason why the parts turn invisible and some turn translucent while previewing or after publishing on devices? The previous work is being affected because of the issue.

when i open an experience on iphone 11pro there is a gap of about 1cm on the right edge of the screen when i switch from portrait to landscape mode...how to avoid that ...in css -> position: fixed, right: 0px ...does not work... or is it the iphone ?? and not due to vuforia studio css

How many Number of ThingMarks do I get when sign up for vuforia studio?And It is possible to increase it?  (Free or Paid?)Now I sign up for Traial version of vuforia studio.In the trial version, three ThingMarks were available. 

Hello All, I've been having problems while creating an experience for Hololens 2. When I try to switch sequences using JS, the hololens wont change the sequence. I've added the PVI files of the sequences, that used to fix the problem, but not this time. I've made a workaround by splitting the sequences to different models, but now i can't toggle the model visibility when a sequence is selected. The model opacity also cannot be changed when the sequence is selected. My workaround was to change the scale of the models to 0.01 to hide them, but this not a good solution. Is there a proper fix for these bugs? Best wishes Alex

Hi, I discovered some strange behavior of the 3D-image-buttons in a 3D-Panel. In vuforia studio, they randomly go to position 0,0,0 in the canvas. The position values though, take the same value as the 3D-Panel, just rounded. After repositioning them to the correct positions, it might work first time after saving, but after several times of saving they all randomly change position again.I think the 3D-Panel is available for half a year now but is still with bugs. This is not good ☹ 

Hi, We're doing prototype development specifically navigation app. I have a vendor that help us to scan area using Matterport. One of files I received from them is .E57 file.  My question:In ATG, can I use .e57 file from Matterport to generate area target file in ATG?I got error (figure below) as I use .e57 file in ATG As far as I know, Matterport account with professional license subscribed is needed for this. Since I have .e57 file, I thought I could use it without purchase the license as this is our proof-of-concept development.  Thanks. 

I'm using creo illustrate to create an assembly sequence. In Illustrate I see some black components and in Vuforia Studio they turn into grey. Why? I suppose is a matter of shaders? How to solve this issue?

Hello. We have been having some challenges keeping models neat and stable after we acquire tracking via a model target. I was under the impression that, after the HoloLens2 maps an environment, the position of the models should improve. This is not, however, my experience. So, I have several questions that I hope someone can answer (preferable from PTC): 1. Is Vuforia Studio using the Mixed Reality Tool Kit for SLAM, or is this a PTC-developed algo?2. I know with certainty that SIZE of the Thingmark/Model Target sets the SCALE of a model when loading it. Is this also true for the HoloLens, or does the SLAM provide scale?3. If the above is true, and the SLAM sets the scale and relative position of objects, then could we REMOVE a Thingmark after the initial anchoring and still maintain alignment? Thank you very much!

Hello everybody, when I upload my models in Vuforia Studio, the tree structure is removed, so that theoretically I have to select all model elements individually with the model item widget. Is there a possibility that the tree structure of the 3D model will be adopted directly? Many thanks and best regards Marcel

Hello community,I've just came across the Azure remote rendering adv.That looks impressive and I started wondering if it's even possible to use it with Hololens2 and Vuforia Studio.In Microsoft doc. they speak about the implementation of SDK for Unity...Any chances it's a way to go with Studio?It would be so good to take advantage of it especially when using models with millions of polygons. Best regardsThanks!

Hello, I've noticed that if a user is not in composerusers group in thingworx it cannot access even to vuforia view.my goal is to give some users only the possibility to login to vuforia view and view the AR experiences without giving them access to thingworx composer.
