Creo Modeling Questions

Hello Creo genius I hope this is an easy question for you.If my R&D team create a model (for a new innovative product) in Direct Modelling and then once the concept is finished, I want my designer to create multiple variant and maybe having this new product configurable. Can I convert this model created in Direct Modelling into a Parametric Model ?If so, how easy is it ?if not,  does that mean I must start with Parameter modelling and since I do not know from the upfront if a new product will have variant or not, then to avoid the risk of not being able to convert, my R&D Team will always use Parametric Modelling even if at that stage it is not as efficient.ThanksBest regards

How to open the older version file directly??

I have a project that all of a sudden the relations programs will not change dimensions in the project.  It acts like it is locked and will not let them be modified by the relations.  I can go into sketcher and manually change the dimensions.

Hello,I'm trying to create a radius along an edge 3,000 mm long. I am being told by Creo that I cannot enter a value lower than 0,30, but I would like to use 0,25. Is it to do with the minimum radius setting being a percentage of the edge length? How do I fix this please?Many thanks.

Hello all,I dont know if anyone else has faced this problem. Some dialogue boxes just dont fit in the screen. So I am not able to click the OK button to save the changes. I tried a lot to resize the box but couldnt do so. Any help would be aprreciated. (pls see the attached screenshot)Shashi

Hi All ,Here is my problem, First i will start with my pc configuration:CPU: Athlon X4 VGA: some radeon card with 1gb DDR5Ram: 8GB DDR3SSD hard driveSo i am using Creo 3.0 and the problem is that when i enter the sketch and try to move the view around the planes(whit middle button of the mouse) it didnt refresh and all i see is a lot of lines. the problem exist only when i am in the sketch. Does anyone have a Mapkey that will show and select the "Insert Here" marker, no matter where it is in the model tree? I mainly want this for quickly jumping to the marker in Insert Mode.Cheers

‌BuonaseraHo installato creo PE e riscontro un problema legato alla visibilità delle linee in annotation. Si crea la tavola, nell'albero a sinistra compaiono le viste e compaiono anche nell'albero modello in 3d. Purtroppo non si vede nessuna linea in annotation. E' mai capitato a qualcuno di voi? Grazie

Actually in my office i am using creo academic version for teaching(M020), but i cant the open the files in Creo 2.0(M010) which i have done in M010? Is there any ways to open that academic version files in my laptop?
