Hello gurus... For years we ran a script to replace the ascii.src with an edited onthat added tics to the "1" and "I"... The updated file does not seem tobe working.... I'm suspecting the resulting ascii.fnt file is in adifferent location for Wildfire 4. It compiles correctly (I think) andis placing an updated ascii.fnt file in the"C:\loadpoint\x86e_win64\text\usascii\" directory. Thanks, and Happy Holidays (and Merry Christmas)! I have a user who is trying to launch ProductView from his IE PDMLink browser.When ProductView is started the Window appears then it hangs. I also tried it with Google Chrome(I couldn't get that to launch at all onany systems)Has anyone had this issue? How can I read an Excel spread sheet with x,y,z coordinates into CreoPro5 to create a section?

I can assign a default template with template_drawing and I can assign a default open location with File_open_default_folder but it has limited options that do not inlcude Windchill. Seems like there should be an option for this same as formats (pro_formats_dir). I want to avoid our users having to browse to a location every time they need to use a different template than the default. How do I assign a default Directory for template locations in Configuation Editor?

Sorry if you are getting this twice, but the Sys Admin post I sent is taking forever to go through.Just rolled out CREO2 and have 1 user with an issue. CREO froze on them and they killed it. Now CREO gets stuck at the Retrieve Previous session screen. It will not let us retrieve or cancel. In Wildfire 4 you could set the shade quality anywhere between 1 & 10In Creo 2 you can set it anywhere between 2 & 50.[

I just rolled out CREO2 and have one user that had it freeze on them. They killed the CREO session and now they cannot launch CREO past the point where it pops up a screen saying that the previous session was aborted and asks them the question if the want to retrieve previous session or if they just want to continue. How can I read a Multi Point Spline file into CreoPro5?

Gurus,I'm checking in CAD files from the Pro/E embedded browser when I noticed some mission options. Where is the setting to change the dependents from All to None? In PDMLink 9, I was able to check in with no dependents. Also, I was also able to remove items from the list. WF5, M130 (but I think I've experienced it in older versions too) I think I may have asked about this before, but don't remember getting asatisfactory answer. Has anyone else found that the keyboard delete key will stop working insketcher?  Sometimes it does, other times I have to RMB & click ondelete.  If so, did you find a way to fix it? Thanks, --
