Hi so i accidentally registered for a basic account a few months back but when i needed to use creo i realized that i dont have access to the academics part. I registered with my school email, hope someone can help

These Fundamental Certifications are now available on the PTC University website, where you can prove your product expertise to stand out amongst your industry peers. Each exam is 90 minutes long, and can be taken regardless of if you've taken any PTCU training courses (though we definitely recommend that you do!).    Have you gotten certified yet? SPR 10097712 has destroyed another drawing.  Sometimes when you redesign a part you lose the drawing mode Datum A feature.  If you delete the entity that the GTOL was placed upon (surface),and the Drawing mode Datum A was placed upon this GTOL, then you have permanently (no fix) screwed your drawing per no Drawing mode Datum A allowed -- ever.  Skips to Datum B 100% of the time...  The Datum A is no where to be found using any utility.  And of course is not on Drawing Mode Annotation Tree.  I can create this bug 100% of the time.  The problem is avoiding it.  You are just working on the part -- drawing not even up in memory, and you can permanently destroyed the drawing if later the no broken GDTOL with the datum is deleted. I have 5 sheet E size drawings that have taken days to recreate.  And we are ITAR, can never send PTC the files to be fix -- per PTC's request.  Anybody see this?  Anybody fix this?

The case viewer seems to be dumping the raw contents of inline images directly into the case viewer.  Seems like it should just be listing the image name without exposing the encoding.   See the comment below in this case:  C15472736      

The case logger datecode list is out of date again.  I would have thought new datecodes would automatically appear when released publicly, but that does not seem to be the case.  Looks like someone needs to go in and manually update these.   Missing Creo 5.0.6.0   Missing Creo 6.0.5.0   Missing Creo 7.0.1.0   Apparently these lists haven't been updated since at least April...

Did you know that configuration changes made to the model tree are automatically saved to the user's creo_parametric_customization.ui file? This includes modifying the display of model tree filters, column widths, and the display of columns. Because these settings are saved to the user's customization file, they remain in subsequent Creo sessions that you launch.   What kind of settings do you find most helpful or do you use most often?

Hey, PTC.  Have you ever watched a user who has been through PTC University try to use CREO?  You'd find it enlightening...and very concerning.  Your user interface is as complex today as it was in Pro/E 2000 and is not intuitive.  If a competent engineer with decades of experience in solid modeling can't sit down and figure out how to create a feature, your interface is too complex.  If you watched me, or any other competent SolidWorks user, try to use CREO (after completing PTC University training), you'd learn a tremendous amount that you could put toward a better user interface.  You'd see us struggle to know what to do while CREO holds us captive creating a feature with no indication of where in the interface to provide information that we know CREO is waiting for, for instance. You'd learn that the way you allow feature creation (a plane, for instance) is not intuitive and doesn't allow simple but powerful on-t

Hi, May I know why I don't have any selection for Site ID? I want add new hardware for Mathcad, but the is nothing to select at the Site ID selection.

How do I download an older version of Mathcad?

I'm noticing today that the feedback widget and the left side menu are missing on all PTC KB articles.  It's not browser specific,not computer specific, and not article specific.  Seems to be something going on with PTC.   Yesterday: (still had a browser session open)   Today:  (stuff highlighted above in red boxes is missing)  

when i open a support case. The following error will appear. "A problem was encountered with your web account. Please contact the Customer Service webmasters to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience" I am not sure what happened on my web account. please help me about it.

How do I found out the online supervisor for our account?   My account has not been given the licence admin/download privileges yet although it was already upgraded to be a live support OU account.   The accounts supervisor at the OU needs to grant these privileges to this account, but I don't know who it is?

Did you know that you can set the language used by Windchill independently from your browser language? For example, if you want to use Windchill in English while using German as your language default for your browser, you can simply select Language Settings from the My Settings fly-out menu.   Are you excited about this Windchill feature? Has it made your learning experience easier? 

When I create a user account for a colleague, he does not receive any notification email (looked in his Spam inbox, nothing). The account number shows up in my list but he doesn't receive the email to change the password and I can't re-trigger anything from my end as admin.    Can somebody help?   Thanks,

Dear PTC, I wanted to know, if possible, the link to do the online exam on ThingWorx Developer Associate. I looked on internet, but I did not find anything. Can you help me?      

1. If we checkout and promote on PF so will implementor automatically recompile all LF and dependent RPG, DSPF , printer files etc ? 2. If record format of PF is used in other Files then will implementor automatically recompile them ?

I'm trying to download latest CPS14 for 11.1 M020 but the HTTPS download button just takes me to the PTC home page. Is anyone else finding that?
