We've been trying to set up a RTPPM lab which will be used to deliver a solution for OEE calculation to our customer, we've been experiencing several issues and error messaging.We don't know how to solve the shift invalid configuration problem. thingworx 9.3rtppm 2.0.2  

I have a ThingWorx grid with two IP address columns (IP1 & IP2). Clicking on the IP column in the grid should redirect me to a webpage with the IP address as a URL. Is this feature available in grid? Sharing a code snipper is more appreciable. Thank you.

We created Database-Thing using Database ThingTemplate. If the query executed for more than 60 seconds, execution stopped and throwing below error.Error:Unable to Invoke Service Query on Database-Thing : Execute Query failed: net.snowflake.client.jdbc.SnowflakeSQLException: SQL execution canceled The input query takes 3 minutes to fetch output. But Thingworx connectivity is not allowing to execute query more than 1 minute. Kindly let me know how to increase execution time to run query in Database-Thing. 

Thingworx 9.4.0.  I thought this would be straight-forward but it's been a nightmare.  As the subject states I'm trying to pass the data from an Infotable into a collection widget.  Setup:Parent Mashup:Collection widget:Mashup -> set to Child mashupMashupPropertyBinding:{"cva": "cva","cvu": "cvu","mva": "mva","mvu": "mvu","TagLabel": "TagLabel","TimeStamp": "TimeStamp"}Data Service: (Data Properties populated with values) Child Mashup:Mashup ParameterLineTrendingVariables_DS: Line Chart widget:  (Mashup Parameter data bound) Result: I was able to verify that the service is being processed and delivering data by placing a Grid widget in the Mashup to collect the data.  This was successful so I know there is data coming in: Debug Info:Here I can see that the system is showing DATA (The mashup parameter shown above in the Child mashup) as undefined.  NOTE:  I'm pretty sure the issue has to do with the MashupProp

Hello, Since which patch does the QueryNamedPropertyHistory as an input option "fillOption" available? I was looking for this in the documentation and was unable to find it. 

Built an custom widget using polymer js and highcharts js. it was working well in web application and down below image is the output of web application   then we built an extension.zip file and imported into mashup, but in the mashup. Output is empty (i.e blank white page). down below image is the output of mashup   And also in the browser console, their is no error showing up, you can see in below image   why it is not showing output in mashup ? which is coming output as web application   @slangley  @c_lowy @PaiChung @CarlesColl  @VladimirRosu_116627 @VladimirN @pshashipreetham 

How to Integrate Teams Bot on Thingworx created Applications / Mashups for communication, text, Image , ask questions and so on..    

After installing 9.4.1, I opened a large project in a web browser and none of the grids were showing in the mashups. After opening a mashup in composer, I saw this Warning (pic1), and where the Grid Widget should have been, was now blank, and the new Grid Widget does not show in Widgets (pic2). pic1:pic1 pic2:pic2    I checked the release documentation before the install of 9.4.1, and as expected for a new widget introduced in ThingWorx 9, there was not mention of it being removed. When I found this odd issue after the install, I opened a case with PTC Tech Support, have not received  any help yet... I used “MED-61212-CD-094_SP1_ThingWorx-Foundation-Installer-mssql-windows-9-4-1.zip” for the install, if not already done, that should be removed as a download option? Is there a way to manually add the new Grid Widget?

Have a Micrologix 1400 on Ethernet controlling a Filter Bank. The PLC5/60 is on a DH+ network and connected to a DCS via Kepware v5.8.109. Looking to add control from the PLC5/60 to add controls to the Micrologix 1400. Is this possible?

I created a couple of properties in a ThingTemplate and I wanted to retrieve them using the service "GetPropertyDefinations" but there is no data in a result . so how  can I retrieve the Property names from ThingTemplate?                      

Hi! Is there any way that a ThingWorx mashup can be invoked through a POST Request with parameters? The data that we are trying to pass is of sensitive nature and we would like it to be hidden. If this is not possible in ThingWorx whats the recommended way to implement this? Note: I have tried Mashup parameters and am able to pass the data via URL formation but ideally we would like the parameters to not be visible. Thanks,Ashish Tamhane

We're trying to get our Kepware installation up-to-date on licensing...which it would seem like it is, but we still get the constant nag about "one or more features are time-limited."What am I missing?  Is there another license that we're still missing?Please see attached image.  Thanks!

I can't get this service to accept the output from a DateTIME picker widget.  It always says that the parameter is the wrong type.  If it isn't looking for a DATETIME, what is it looking for?  

I want to bind my models to a thing using analytics events. It works just fine at first. Then I made a new analytics event to bind my model with another thing, But it is not working. I used the industrial connection thing first, then I changed it to the generic thing (I duplicated the thing that's working) but nothing works. I already checked analytics jobs but nothing shows there (already unchecked filter completed jobs). Please help me to bind my models with the industrial connection thing. (Because I want the input from kepware) 

I'm using the trial version of Kepware on a local machine and I'm completely unable to connect to the OPC UA server from FactoryTalk View SE. I was able to connect to the GE PLCs I need to through the quick client, but haven't been able to communicate with anything in FactoryTalk at all. We currently are testing a remote OPC DA connection that brings in two tags into Kepware. From there, we add those tags into the IDF for Splunk. We are able to send information to Splunk from these OPC DA tags, but it only updates on changes when I ask to send the information to Splunk on every scan. Pictures below: I'm only receiving 12 events but there should be thousands of events if information is being set every scan.  We already have multiple Splunk connections set up that send information to Splunk on every scan. The devices on these connections are Omron FINS Ethernet devices, though. Here are the events for the omron devices:  This looks much better as we have ~30k events and I can see the differences in time stamps. I'm not sure if I'm setting up the OPC DA connection improperly which is causing this issue? I've tried to change the OPC DA from exception to polling and a couple other settings on Channel3 but that did not work either. Any ideas or
