I have mashup, where I have 1st container with a button, second with tabs, and in first tab I have mashup container with mashup AAA inside. Do not want to present this internal container, until button is not pushed.Case 1. I set tab ptcs-tabset-6 # 1, lazy loading true. I set connection of clicked button to Load Container. I open mashup... and see inside of mashup AAA  just after I've loaded mashup, without clicking button. Case 2. This same structure, but this time tab ptcs-tabset-6 # 1, lazy loading false (unticked), container 3 lazy loading true, ptcs button 5 connected with Load Container for container 3. This time it works perfectly.So I create similar structure inside my already existing mashup. Do it with this same mashup.I load mashup, click button... and I see tabs, but do not see mashup from mashup AAA. Logs confirms, service called by mashup AAA OnLoad is also not started. Why case 1 is not working? What can be wrong with on mashup already exist

Hello,   I'm having an issue with sql queries in thingworx that gives this error:     "Unable to Invoke Service DBL_datalabdb_R_EQUIPER_SelectAll_SQL on DBL_datalabdb_SQLFourFusion : Execute Query failed. Please check Database logs for more details."    any clue why it is giving this error?    Ps: i have data coming in on applications (indirect link with db : ok)  which is strange

I have added a number of tags to the device. But when I open the quick client, I get an Unknown value and Bad quality. This is for an Omron PLC and the addresses are like GSR_NXTC.S_READ.AS_TC[0].S_CH[0].N_PV. Also, when I click on "Launch Quick Client Here" I get 5 times as many tags as I want. I have to delete unwanted tags. But if I make a change they all come back. There are 53277 items. I only need about 30 of them. All the other stuff is un-needed. Is there another way to handle editing? It doesn't appear to be able to be done from the Quick Client. KepserverEx 6.14

Hi, I tried alot to connect the subject PLC with serial port to kepserver, but its not responding. Though its works with FX Cpu but not with q series PLC with serial port.when i select the series and whatever it select the default setting for serial port are different from the setting in the programming software GX works-2. with by default setting its not communicating, while if i change the communication parameters as i set in the programming software, then it give error for device not responding."Date Time Level Source Event29/04/2024 22:57:16 Warning Mitsubishi Serial Channel1.Device1 | Device is not responding. | ID = '0'.". Seems like kepserver 6.6 is not support q series serial port driver. Please help me.

Have noticed big efficiency problems during our DevOps are preparing all their starts and write/checks their scripts and I try to use Composer.Normally server works correctly, reaction on anything is "immediate", mostly <1 sec delay, sometimes can happens 5-10 seconds delay in reaction on saving, opening entities, etc. But longer delay happens... once per hour?When DevOps tests are made... it takes 1-2 minute to load page, sometimes even 5 minutes.Is that normal? Any solutions (different than organisational/time slot reservation for DevOpS and developers)?

Hello,with the service: result = Things[thingName].GetServiceDefinitions({    category: category /* STRING */, ,    type: undefined /* BASETYPENAME */, ,    dataShape: undefined /* DATASHAPENAME */}); i can get all servicedefinitons of services of a special category.But which Sting do I need to use if i want to get all uncategoriezed services?I've tried *Uncategoriezed*", "'Uncategoriezed*", "**Uncategoriezed**", " ", "", "uncategoriezed", "*uncategoriezed*", "**uncategoriezed**", nothing.All of them are wrong.Does anyone have any idea what the right string is? We use thingworx 9.1.8 and 9.3.7.

Every 30 minutes, without fail, my Application Log is inundated with 22 SystemMetricLogRepository messages at the Warning level. This can make it hard to read my own error logs and has become a source of frustration for me. Is there any way I can make it so that I don't see these logs, reduce them down to a single Debug/Trace level message that tells me the metrics were measured, or have them be set to the Debug/Trace level altogether so they are out of my usual log viewing level?

As you can see this is an infotable why i am unable to remove it. any idea please? <========================================================================================================> FURTHER TESTING  I am removing row and updating that entry with removing that row but it is removing row at run time means i get what i want as an output but it not updating it in datatable. Anyone has an idea?

I had configured SSO to ThingWorx(which had SSH configured) using Azure AD SAML authentication.Now I want to setup SSO for ThingWorx with no SSH configured. And I found somewhere that it had to be done without using SAML authentication. Need suggestion on how to achieve this.    

Scenario:I have three mashups in total 1) Main Mashup2) Popup Mashup 13) Popup Mashup 2 On Main Mashup I am navigating to these above two popup mashups. I have opened Popup Mashup 1 then Popup Mashup 2 means The popup mashup 1 was still opened when i open popup mashup 2 then i close the mashup 2 and onclose of this mashup i evlautate this EXPRESSION which returns Output=true I send this output = true through the mashup parameters in popup mashup 1 there i have event router and i want to close this popup mashup 1 and i have bind the closeifpopup event with changed event of this event router as below you can see. but it does not work when i close the popup mashup 2. The popup mashup 1 remains opened BUT when i close the popup mashup 1 manually and then open it right after then it closes automatically means now logic is working. How to get an output as float with 2 decimal values from valuestream without using for loop- we tried using querynumberpropertyhistory to get an output as float values with2 decimal points with for loop. but for loop is creating an performance issues on server. so tried to bind querynumberpropertyhistory service to line chart and tried to to achieve y axis values as float with 2 decimals but its not working on line chart. its working only on y axis labels not values. can anyone knows how to achieve this? Thanks!!!

Has anyone else been able to connect Thingworx to a database using Kerberos authentication and provide any tips or high level steps on what files must be created and where? I'm trying to connect to a Hive database using a Persistence Provider with the "GenericJdbcPersistenceProviderPackage".  I've also tried connecting using a "Database" Thing with no luck.

KEPServerEX 6.15V6.15.132.0I have multiple ODBC values that show correctly in quick client but the sim tags they are linked to keep changing to negative values. The SIM tags will eventually show correctly but this behavior isn't expectable for my use case. For the life of me I cannot figure out what's going on here..

I am using Canary Labs Historian to collect opc data from KEPserver. I am experiences issues where we get NoData due to the fact that Canary is receiving messages with out of order sequence numbers (off by 1). Canary thinks this is an issue on the KEPserver sid. What could cause this and is there a configuration setting that could help alleviate this?

Hello,     I am sorry for this simple question. I want to know is there any configuration to be made on KEPServerEX or Allen Bradley PLC side to write tag values from KEPServer to the Allen Bradley PLC.   In my project data is being stored in database from a KEPServer using a Data logger. Some data from the PLC will be read and stored in the Database and some data we need to write from DB to the PLC. I want to the configurations required to write data to the PLC from DB. Thanks, in advance.

For ThingWorx in windows, iam using Ctrl+Alt+F9 shortcut to debug mashup. But what is the shortcut to use debug for mashup in Linux, Ubuntu ??

I am giving the input false but still validator is taking it as a true. Can anyone has similar experience about it? MASHUP 1 and from here i am sending the value to another mashup which is false but another mashup is still taking it as a true why?     MASHUP 2 : this validator execute when the value of the mashup parameter will change which i am sending from mashup 1. 

Hello all TWX masters. I installed TWX  9.3.6-b1323 from installer  and I have strange behaviors with time. I have some records in MSSQL DB with time 14:05:56 but when I execute it from TWX side I have 16:05:56... I checked server time - its okI checked DB time - its okI execute TWX service like getDate() - its okI checked Tomcat JVM setting (-Duser.timezone=UTC) so its ok...I have empty mind where it could be a problem... Best regards,Jan

In Master mashup, How to get data from a service which output is infotable. I getting "no data to display" in grid from an infotable service . while , that service is  working properly in other mashups.
