Hi, my 30 day free trial has ran out for the basic package and i am wanting to continue using it.e

I am responsible for ordering software for our company. I would like to order under our user name software.compliance@cmc.com but if I do, am I able to assign the software to a user? Or does the software have to be purchased under the user's name?

I was not able to activate the product. When I try using the MathCad license wizard, it says, "program ID already expired."

I'm developing a MathCAD worksheet in Prime7 that works with data extracted from input matrices.  I cannot figure out how to take two variables, each of which comprise a 12 row x 1 col matrix, and compare each pair of values row by row to find the Maximum value, then spit that row's maximum value out into a new resulting column matrix. My last attempt at a programming block with a simple concept is at the end of the worksheet, but instead of producing a column matrix only goes straight to the last iteration value and reports it. Worksheet attached...thanks for any help!

Hello,  I tried to calculate the  price in euros but unfortunately I am not able to view it in Euros. I could view it view it only in the form the declared currency. How can I resolve it

Somehow I am not getting the function to work in 15. Can someone help on this. 

When I converted a trial version of 8.0 to a licensed version, the legacy converter was not enabled, and this means 20 years of Mathcad 2001i Professional programs are not available.  There is a drop-down menu comment that 'setup' should be run again to enable the legacy conversion option.  I see no 'setup.exe' anywhere in the 8.0 files.  Does this mean that you have to download a new version of Mathcad 8.0?  Why is this not a default load since it is one of the dropdown menu options?

Hi Everyone,  In my MATHCAD Solveblock, I have four implicit equations, with four independent variables, whereby I need to find a solution to those variables.  The four independent variables are as follows:  1. Angle, β  2. Angle, Φ 3. Length, a  4, Length, b  In addition to that I have a couple of constraints for these values as well.  The PROBLEM that I am facing currently is the fact that the 4 variables above do not converge to single final values, as it is highly dependent on the guess values that I initially enter into the SolveBlock. In other words, if I change any one of the guess values for any of the 4 variables, the final value for the variables are change drastically.  I have attached my file in this post for review. Hoping someone could help me with this!

Can anyone help with a problem I'm having with with a Given function inside a loop as shown below:The function Fopt is defined previously. The steps work correctly one at time when f1 is not an indexed function but it won't work as shown. Any suggestions? 

It seems that I have a corrupted mathcad file. I get the following error message when I try to open it. I am using version 15. Is there a way to fix this, I've attached the file.

I'm having trouble returning an array for a term in an equation. I have a spreadsheet that should generate a P-M diagram for a column. It correctly calculates the array of P values, The spreadsheet will return an array of M values, but they are incorrect. When picking the equation for M apart bit by bit, I have found that one term returns a scalar value rather than an array. Preceding calculations for this term correctly return arrays, but this one does not. The term in question in the attached file is c*((ri^2) - y^2). Even when I rewrite the variable c in terms of y, it still returns the same single number. For reference, when y= -11.5, the correct value should be 0, and when y= -11.25, the correct value for the term above should be 18.876 in^3. What am I doing incorrectly? 

A simple equation solved symbolically for an unknown variable returns two results, - as expected.However I know the result lies in the range 0 - 1.If I add an 'assume' modifier to limit the result to the value <1, I get quite an unexpected result.The units are obviously causing all sorts of mayhem.What's going on here?

I do not understand why the result being returned is a vector.  I am passing a value for both R and Y

I had MathCAD Prime 7, my CPU bricked and now have a new computer. My IT department installed MathCAD Prime 8. I have a license for 7. Also I need the license for 7 updated to my new MAC address.Please help.

As per the original post..   Andy, my situation is similar to Jamie’s. I bought a single perpetual license (at least that is what I thought I purchased) many years ago and therfore I have no SCN or an SON number, only the product key. Now I have a new computer and due to the current situation I can’t get a new license file. Can you forward me to the customer/technical support, so that my mathcad 15 license will be transferred to my new computer.   Michael

I cant use the Trial-Licence, that i got via email. Error message:8/2/2022 10:32:24 AM : The license request failed.Requesting MathcadPrime ...C:\MathCAD Lizenz\sw_license_email_XXXX.dat: (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.what did i do wrong? I installed mathcad on a virtual machine in azure, in Amsterdam.
