Dear Stuart or other power user,You mentioned that beside of mathcad you also experiment with maple. As I stick to real mathcad I would like to have a plan B for the moment my mathcad no longer works. So I am transferring some of my mathcad sheets into maple as exercise. In the attached worksheets I believe that I did exactly the same in both programs but the end result is 10 units lower in maple than in mathcad. I have tried to find the reason for days but was not able to pinpoint the issue. Would you be so kind to throw an eye on it? As the maple file could not be uploaded I provided it as a txt fileI already want to express my gratitude in advance for your help.Filip
can anyone please convert this file to latest mathcad prime supporting file

I would like to use genfit to fit a function with more than 9 parameters, and its not clear to me how to do that. The web description page for genfit says: • vx, vy are vectors of real data values of the same length, corresponding to the x and y values in the data set. There must be at least as many data points as parameters.• vg is an n element vector of guess values for the parameters. If n = 1, then vg is a scalar.F(x, u) is a fitting function, or a vector of functions, where x is the independent variable and u is either a vector of parameters or individual parameter names. The following equation is both a valid representation for a fitting function:• n is a positive integer. In the case of non-vectorized parameters, there is a limit of nine individual names. For 9 or fewer parameters, just including the parameters in the fitting function definition as F(x, u1,u2,
I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0With an VisualBasic Programm we extract Calculations out of MathCAD 15.0into an Excel Table.I managed to transform the file from MathCAD 15.0 into MathCAD Prime 7.0but the extraction of the values does not work.I managed to open theI changed"GetValue" -> "InputGetValue"and"getelement" -> "GetMatrixElement"but the values still do not get transfered to Excel. What is the right syntax to adress the values in MathCAD Prime?(mcws stands for MathCAD-Worksheet)VB-Script-Line for MathCAD 15.0:Set MC = CreateObject("Mathcad.Application")Set mcws = MC.Worksheets.Open(pfad & Worksheets("Stammdaten").Range("MCDatei"))...WertEinlesenMCAD.uwrk = mcws.GetValue(varname).getelement(0, 0)Script for MathCAD Prime 7.0:Set MC = CreateObject("MathcadPrime.Application")MC.Visible = TrueMC.ActivateSet mcws = MC.Open(pfad & Worksheets("Stammdaten").Range("MCDatei"))....WertEinlesenMCAD.uwrk = mcws.InputGetValue(varname).GetMatrixElement(0, 0)

There are two options to acquire 30 days Mathcad Prime 7.0 license file. Please follow below listed, Step by Step procedure: Retrieval of License file via Internet 1. Install Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0 and launch it. 2. This will trigger PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0 License Wizard 3. Check the Radio button as highlighted "1" in above image. Once selected click option #Next. 4. Please enter your PTC username & password. If you don't have a PTC Account(Basic User), than instead of selecting the option "I have a PTC.COM account"(1), you need to check the second radio button "I am New to PTC.COM and need to create an account". 5. Select #PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0 and opt for #Acquire License. Once you select #Acquire license, it will get greyed out and initiate the process of acquiring the license from PTC Server. Below picture reflects how the email will look like along with the license

I am trying to achieve result with units however as soon as I input the units the answer changes Am I missing something
Heya, I've been looking everywhere, I've been following basic plotting tutorials, but I cannot for the life of me find a way to plot my function. Each time I try I just get a single point on the y-axis. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
Hello everyone! This book is free to read as a Kindle on Amazon. Cool stuff. Best,Sergey
Hi, Im trying to solve an ODE equation system for an adiabatic closed reactor. When I try to solve via ODESOLVE all variables keep as straigth lines. Thanks in advance!
Hello! I have installed the trial version of Mathcad Express Prime 7.0, but I can't use the conversion function XMSD, MSD to convert from the XMSD format. what could be the problem? And i don't understand, do I need to apply licensing for the trial version or not?
I am installing Mathcad Prime 7.0 in a new computer but it´s not working. I received the license file via email but still cannot activate the license. Need some help.

I have a matrix and i need to assign the first column as a second column in another matrix , can this be done without identifying each individual element? In the example above id like to be able to create matrix D without having to specify every element from matricies A and B . Hopefully with the output as per matrix C. Thanks , Ross
to all, Attached is a 1st test of using mcad15 inverse Laplace. While I get something, is there a way of getting a “neater” response out of mcad15? For example mcad15 returns sqrt(wf^2) – why not wf ? I think one can end up getting imaginary numbers if one uses specific values ! I know some of the regular users are very handy at using Laplace operations so maybe I might get a few tips and/or tricks Thanks [correction: a square was missing!]
How do you uninstall MathCad?
Hi everyone. I'm trying to plot 2 lines and a circle in mathcad prime 4, in the form (x-x0)^2+(y-y0)^2=R^2. I have values for x0 and y0 and R, but I can't figure out how to plot it. Solving for y gives me complex numbers. x0 and y0 are defined values of some earlier calculations, so their value can change, so they are not "fixed" numbers. Any simple way to do this? (Seems all the info on this I can find is pretty old, and I can't open example files and such...)
This thread was broken off of this original topic thread. BTW, does anyone know, why Primes symbolic can't solve this simple system of equations? The new symbolic in Prime 6 claims that no solution was found and the legacy one (muPad) runs quite long and then we see A similar useless result in MC15 which uses MuPad, too. The system can be easily solved by hand and we get Guess MC11 with Maple under the hood for symbolic does not show that problem of not being able to solve this system.
Mathcad prime 7. Problems on Page 9 Answers not as expected. Probably issues on how I did the subscripts.
I have only one Mathcad-sheet with ORIGIN not 0 or 1 See ORIGIN - PTC Community I have only one Mathcad-sheet with continue programming operator. I can show it! But we can creat this program without the continue operator. But with the continue operator it is nice, fine, прикольно! Do you have or do you seen a Mathcad-sheet with continue priogramming operator?
need a working programm version
