Good afternoon.I recently updated to MATHCAD PRIME 10 and started to work.This morning I realized that when a file created with the PRIME 9 is saved in PRIME 10, this cannot be opened again with the version 9. One of my office colleague receiving some work pointed me out. I honestly thought that when the PRIME versions came out files could be saved  and opened with no problem. It was like that until MATHCAD 15.I tried to install in parallel MATHCAD PRIME 9, to redo the work from PRIME 9 version, but it doesn't work.Is anyone in the community encountered this issue and is there any work-around solution? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello, I am attempting to set up a sheet to calculate the allowable stress due to live load for 27 different vehicles. I have an equation (see screenshot) where all variables except one have been defined into matrices. I need to figure out a way to iteratively solve for fcLL for each of the 27 different loads given the other defined inputs. I've tried using a solve block and I've tried using root() but I haven't quite figured out how to use these to solve for a system of matrices. The number of rows for each matrix is static and won't likely change, but the number of columns is dynamic based on earlier inputs. For this example, I have three columns of data.I have Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0 and I've uploaded a simplified worksheet (so nobody would have to peruse 40+ pages to get to the example in question). Please help - I am not married to any particular method and am admittedly very new to Mathcad. I welcome any input!

Does anyone know how to save the state of a listbox in Prime 10? I know how in v15, but cannot get it to work in Prime. When a worksheet is closed and reopened, the list boxes all reset to the top line, not the choice that was made. I agree a lot of improvements have been made with Prime, but this needs to be addressed. 

I would like to help the company I work for solve the problem of Mathcad 15 to Mathcad prime 8 conversions. However, this turns out to be a big problem because the same variable is not used in different formatting during the conversion and Mathcad prime then does something that destroys the calculation. Currently have PTC Mathcad 14 on my old machine and i downloaded mathcard 15. i tried to transfer the License.DAT file from old to new and it says there's a problem. i re-run the wizard and select the license.DAT file and it says import successfull or something to that effect. i close the window and re-launch the program and get the same issue.. I tried installing mathcard 14 and did same thing and get same issue. i'm trying to retire my old computer and put it on the new updated system.please advise.

Hello All, I am trying to recreate the solutions in Prime 10 to a 'characteristic equation' from a technical paper involving the Bessel functions.The equation to be solved is shown belowThe first 10 solutions is given as: However it appears that the solve block essentially just returns my inputs  I have removed all units as I recall in the older versions of Prime that units in the solve block tend result in errors. I have never had to use the Bessel functions, so I am not sure if I am overlooking something or making a simple error given how the equation is stated. Can anyone review and provide some guidance ?
