Mathcad Installation

Dear PTC Support Team,I created my account yesterday and successfully activated the 30-day trial license for Mathcad Prime. The application initially showed that I had 29 days remaining. However, after closing and reopening the software, I lost access to the full version.Additionally, my local license file does not appear to work, and I can no longer use the application.This is extremely urgent, as I need access to Mathcad to complete my thesis project in order to graduate from university.Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.Thank you in advance for your support.Kind regards,Florin Poppopf34620@gmail.com

I entered registration data to obtain a download link, received the link, and downloaded the installer. I have previously installed Mathcad on my computer a few times over the last few years, when a class required it. I am trying to install the free version because I am teaching a class, and although I have entered my credentials several times, clicked download and waited a few hours (checking spam too) I haven't received a download link. Any ideas on how to get access to the free version? Thanks!

Hi,I have a load of legacy MCD files that I wanted to convert to the new format to use. In the trial version I don't appear to have access to the full functionality of Mathcad Prime.To help me evaluate the software is there anyway I can use the XMCD, MCD converter tab to automate this? Otherwise I'm not really sure how I can use the trial to evaluate the software without the original files?Any help you could give would be apricated.Regards,Steve Fay

I am trying to reinstall MATHCAD 15 (JA150006E3006-Q3PF-8VYW)on a new WINDOWS 11 computer. The installation fails by telling me that MSXML 4.0 SP2 is required. The link provided is dead and Microsoft tells me that MSXML 4.0 SP2 is no longer available.What should I do?Best regards,Rich

I acquired license for 30 days trial on wrong mechine. how can I swap it to my machine? It is assigned to my stationary computer back home and I will be away for long time now and the license will vanish before i come back. I need it on my laptop for university.

How do I move Mathcad 14 from one computer to a new one (transfer license). It is installed on the new computer, but I get an error when trying to register and get a iicense.

Hello I am trying to install mathcad for a company that I work for. The provided license only works for mathcad up to version 10 and the current express installation manager only allows me to install mathcad 11. I have installed 11 and tried the license and it does not work. I have found multiple community posts on how to install these version but they all use the same express installation method and it just seems to pull the then current available version. How do I specify the installation version?

I am assisting a client with computer migration for their firm.  While migrating 9 users/devices to new Dell Precision Workstations with Windows 11 Pro, 8GB GPU, 32GB RAM, I7 CPU, I have encountered an issue with 2 workstations that have this same issue.  I have activated the device licenses successfully and no matter how many uninstalls/reinstalls, removal of PTC folders etc, the software for only these two brand new devices fails to launch in a usable program window.What is interesting is if I click around on random areas of the white program box I can get some program menus to respond and appear above the white screen (See last pic)Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you

I have two Mathcad licenses. I activated them in the PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 application, but it keeps asking for activation. Dear all, I've seen that for the users of Prime 9 with a valid license, the Prime 11 upgrade is available. I'd like instead to have both versions (to be used not at the same time obviously!). Is it possible? If yes with what procedure? Thanks Best Regards

Attempted to load Mathcad 14 on a Windows 11 PC using the disc purchased from PTC. Near the end of installation, received the error code below. Every time I attempt to activate my PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 I run into the following error in the "Acquire License" tab: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type."
