I am trying to install Mathcad Prime on a new PC. I have entered my information twice on the PTC website but I have not yet received an email with the installation file.
I have a few engineers testing out Mathcad. They're working on Workspot (Virtual machine) and are getting an error when attempting to license.Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Service guest session.Workspot is not remote desktop... Thoughts?
We are retiring our Windows Server 2012. I have the license manager setup on the new server but need a new license file. Where do I go to request a new license file for that server and Host ID?
I am on a Honeywell support team and a user cannot get a license for MathCad 15 after putting in the license and port info. Other users have a license. Our local help desk cannot figure out the issue on his local machine. The license server has been checked. We are out of options to help this user get his work done. I should add that other users have had this issue but it is resolved by entering the server and port information. That has worked in the past for this user as well but not this time. Also, in the past it started working for him after a few days without changing anything.

I had a PC failure and now need to reinstall MATHCAD 14 (yes, old version, I know). I installed the software with no problem, but when I go to retrieve the license code over the internet, I continually receive a server error, with some gibberish language in a dialog box about a header being wrong or something. I just need to get the software license so I can get back to work. I have all of the product codes and CDs, and have been a MathCad user since version 8. Please help - this is quite frustrating. Thank you.
When my trial ended, the program reverted to Mathcad Express. How do I install the full version again? I have purchased and received the licensing email.
After Initial Splash for Mathcad, Software closes. Individualized on 1 computer and 1 user. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling Mathcad to no changes. Can boot into Mathcad as an Administrator but not as a user. Saw a Windows Update for a previous version that fixed this issue before but not for Mathcad 8.0 Express and Windows 10.
1. Run LicenseWizard.exe from default location C:\Program Files\PTC\Mathcad Prime X.0.0.0 ( Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0 - 8.0.0.0 ) or Launch using Windows #Search and #Run as administrator 2. Select Mathcad Icon M' and then select #M' Options Select option #License 3. Follow the Steps as highlighted in numerically ascending order and select #Next 4. Enter the Product Code, #Next on Acquire License Page check the product for which the license needs to be activated and select #Acquire License (4) 5. After selecting #Acquire license, a license will be generated for the provided product code. User can double click on the Mathcad Prime icon and launch the application successfully. 7. Now you are all set - You'll be able to launch Mathcad Succesfully!!!!

Try to install purchased prime 8. Stops installing before the installation guide pops up. I had Prime 6 and 7 installed
I have been trying to work with multiple Mathcad files in version 8.0. While doing so, there are crashes when trying to link files files which are already linked with some other files. At times these kind of files work but there are crashes randomly. I also tried to turn off the cache worksheet option so that I want Mathcad to update the sheet whenever I am opening the file. Another problem is that some times sheets do not get updated so I need to press ctrl + F9 to relink the values. I am current user of Mathcad 7.0 which had the same issue so I am trying out in Mathcad 8.0 trial as of now but no luck.

When attempting to install Prime 4.0 (and also once Prime 4.0 is installed I will wish to install MathCAD 15 per the purchase agreement in place) on a new computer, I received the message that the product code had already expired. I had purchased this software for educational use in 2016 and my old computer is no longer usable so I need this on my new one. There was no end date specified for my purchase back in 2016.
