Mathcad Installation

I have done some job with mathcad prime 7.0. However, according to my professor's requirement, we can only use mathcad prime 3.0 when we submit our paper. But mathcad prime 3.0 can not open any file that created by mathcad prime 7.0. Is there any method to solve this problem? Thanks.

Mathcad Express Prime 3.1 program will not open. It worked when I first installed it but after a week or so, I tried to open it again and got an error message. When I hit, "OK" the message disappears. When I try to open the program, the program does not open and the message comes back. This just repeats and the program never opens. Das setup Menü lässt sich nicht öffnen. Ich habe den Ordner bereits extrahiert, aber wenn versuche die Datei "setup" zu öffnen, kommt zu erst das pop-up "Möchten Sie zulassen dass ... Änderungen vornimmt" ich klicke aus "Ja" und danach passiert nichts mehr!   ------------- Setup menu cannot be opened! The setup menu cannot be opened. I have already extracted the folder, but when I try to open the "setup" file, the pop-up "Would you like to allow ... to make changes" appears, I click "Yes" and nothing more happens!

Installation process never completes it always crashes at 1%

Hello,I recently bought a new computer and now I have a problem installing Mathcad and Creo. After unpacking the zip and double clicking the setup.exe the mouse turns into this spinning thing for a few seconds and thats it. I dont receive an error message, just nothing happens.

Den Anzeigebereich zu vergrößern ist keine Option. Bei Mathcad 15 kann mit Hilfe des Pfeils am Rollbalken der angezeigte Bereich zeilenweise, beim Klicken in den Bereich ober- oder unterhalb der Markierung seitenweise und beim Ziehen der Markierung auch proportional gewechselt werden. Wie bekommt man das bei Mathcad Prime 7 hin?

Hi,I have recieved a sw_licence_email.dat by my email and I have copy this into the server Computer > C > Programs File > PTC > Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0, but unfortanly I can't activate my Mathcad. I go to the button "Activate" in right from the program, then "Configure product to use existing license" and in File I browse the file. Than it said "The following products have been licensed. PTC Mathcad Prime 6.0.0.0.", but it is not. What can I do?

There is a problem when installing and unpacking the free version file. There is information that the installation is completed, and the program is not installed.

I have received and installed a license file for Mathcad 14 (new 1Tb SSD), but when I try to run the program I get an error message (Invalid Host). It gives the host id as 74F3:0E53 which is incorrect.I originally, mistakenly, gave this as the volume name for my c: drive. The correct volume name is 74FE:0E53 (FE instead of F3). I then went through the license request again with the correct volume name I got a second license file. When I installed this one I still get the same error message (Invalid Host) with the same host id (74F3:0E53 instead of 74FE:0E53). Can you help?Thanks,Kurt Tatektate49@hotmail.com

We are attempting to do a trial period of MathCAD prime on a user machine, but no matter what we try the trial license does not activate. When we go to Options it states the "cannot activate an uncounted licenses." Please assist.
