The installer of any University approved version of PTC CREO (7.0.8.0 and 9.0.0.0) is not running with no error message given. The process simply terminates after a few seconds before a window is opened. System Specs:Windows 11 23H2AMD Ryzen 3900XNvidia RTX 2080 Super64 GB Ram200 GB free SSD storage on C:

No tags show up and it comes up as empty and when i try to manually place tags it says item validation failed. I have tried disconnecting and connecting the runtime since I am using the trial version but that does not seem to help. I am trying to connect it to CODESYS and then to Factory IO. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 I have a fresh installation of CREO 11.0 with a free university license, every time I open the CREOParametric software I get the following error, and when I click OK the program crashes: Licence Request Failed for Feature Requesting CREOPMA_Student3... Run ptcstatus.bat for server status   Any help is really appreciated 😉 

Hi,I activated my Mathcad Prime Student license whiile I had the network setting "Dynamic Host Address" activated in Windows 11, so my license is not bound to my real HostID of the NIC and I can not use Mathcad Prime because the HostID changes with the time. I turned the setting off, but I need to change the HostID that is bound to my Mathcad Prime Student License. hi there, i am trying to install creo view adapter, but it does not let me,

I want to install Creo 9.0. I succeeded in unzipping file "MED-100WIN-CD-460_9-0-0-0_Win64". But I couldn't open setup.exe and install_licenseserver.exe in my computer. When I searched control panel and task manager, I couldn't find any app in operations.When I forced shutdown, I found "unnamed" file is running. Maybe this file is setup.exe which I tried to open.Here is my laptop information.CPU 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H 2.40 GHzRAM 32.0 GBOS window11 homeThank you for your support.

I have downloaded the zip files, extracted them into my C: drive, attempted to run the "setup.exe" as an administrator, I have also tried running the "install_license_server_exe." as admin, and regardless of what I do I get a popup saying, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?", I click yes, I get a little blue loading circle above my cursor for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. I have deleted/redownloaded the files directly from the website multiple times. I have tried disabling my firewall, antivirus, running it as administrator, ran the msconfig command and rebooted, updated my drivers and system. I do not know what to do and genuinely need some help. I am on a Lenovo intel i7 Thinkbook, 64 bit, Windows 11 Pro on a NVIDIA T600 Laptop gpu. Thank you in advance!

I downloaded the Express version, I still have 9 days free trial. However I cannnot write code anymore. Everytime I write something it is shown in an opaque color, and the program does not  allow my to do any operations, it does not show me values. Does someone know where the problem lies? I worked two days without an internet connection with Mathcad, I believe some issue with the license might be the problem. I am happy for any solution suggestions. I urgently need to finish my work and I cannot right now due to this issue.

I have an error that says I have the max. licence requests available for the licence type. I don't have CREO logged in anywhere though. The licence key that I used is BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI. I wondered how you reinstate it. Thanks

Hi, Im a college student and our university is upgrading from creo 7 to creo 11 so I also tried to upgrade on my personal Laptop. I then tried to install the licensing via the code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI but it didnt work and said, that I had reached the maximum limit for license requests. I thought that maybe I need a new license or at least a new code so i google a bit and found this code BE100908EDSTUDENTEDK12. This code worked and I can also open parts with it. So my question is, if there is any difference between the K12 and UNI Version of Creo or if it is just the same. Also if there is a difference where i could find the right code for the UNI Version. Thanks in Advance Niklas

Just 2 and a half hours ago I started downloading the Creo 11 student version and had network issues. When I tried to continue the download after restarting the wifi, it cancelled, and now when I returned to the site to reinitiate the download it didnt load it up again. I tried re-entering my credentials and it got me no where. I still have my download link and it isnt starting the download. Please help me.

Hi, I'm starting the Windchill Technical Essentials course. One of its instructions is to "Create a Windchillvirtual environment from a template". When I sign into PTC Cloud Portal, there is no Template Library in the sidebar menu, so I'm unable to create an environment:The browser console has errors: Any suggestions?

I am a student and I bought the licence from the university page but I put my personal email instead of my student one, and also I bought the PTC Creo 10 licence, instead of the Creo 11. Now I can't have the PTC Creo with my student license, it's only a testing version, so there aren't some tools I need for my university homework.Thank you,Shalu.

I downloaded the University Student version of CREO Parametrics, but it seams it doesn't allow the "Simulation Live" option, wich is the tool am most interested in trying.
